Well well well, I typically used to hate going to the gym but my first encounter in this gym got me liking the place af😍. From modern equipments to professional staff, I love the Metro fit family. At reception, expect to be welcomed by a fine gentleman or one of the ladies, I recommend a guy called Ryson, he’ll assist you pick a package that would fit your schedule and plan, and like he did for me, suggest an appropriate training coach. Indubitably, coach Kris is the best there....specializes in weight gain (I gained 8kg in barely 8 weeks), also an expert in weight lose, boxing, name it; just tell him your plan and expected results and let him do his magic; of course you would have to show up for the sessions to have the magic happen....lol. The gym is well maintained and observes COVID protocols. It has different sections apart from the main gym hall, you’ll get studios, outdoor section and so on. Enough lockers for everyone and separated changing and bathrooms for male and female. Check it out yourself, you’ll not regret it.

Everything is good but one thing i dont like it at all which is the car parking for the gym, every time you should call them to open the gate for you and sometimes nobodys available so you have to wait for few minutes to open for you ,i hope they think about that

The Gym is great and staffs are very polite and helpful. However, the only issue I find in this Gym is that no one puts the weights back to their place which is quite frustrating at times. You cannot seem to find the matching pair of dumbbells and other plates which are not put back in place.

I like the metro fitt gym at szr, which is has out door practicing area in top of the building. It is my first and best experience to workout in the gym.

Zumba is fun ..but is should be done in a nice place & fitness gym and you got now what you want to hear ..its all good 👍👍

Hi guys, please be very very careful in this gym when it comes to leaving your personal belongings unattended whether INSIDE your own LOCKER room or in the gym itself. You will not have a sense of security in this gym. Overall experience is very very bad . Worst experience I ever had n a gym ever! I can defo say all the bad reviews about them you will see below are very very true .ZERO STAR!

I saw an incident inside the gym that the male training in the gym disrespected a female working out by herself. The female just wanted to focus on his workout and insisted that she does not want to socialize inside the gym but still the male harasser tried to hit on her. It was pretty obvious that the female is NOT INTERESTED and ignoring him.DO NOT EVER GO IN THIS GYM WITH YOUR FEMALE WORKOUT BUDDIES OR THEY WILL BE HARRASED BY THE MALE WORKING OUT THERE.Their STAFF(s) are also very UNPROFESSIONAL when communicating with FEMALE customers. I highly not recommend this GYM as they are portraying a CHEAP and UNPROFESSIONAL attitude towards their female customers.

I Am very disappointed when I see not only once but few times some guys training there hitting on nice ladies . Even some personal instructor /staff there don’t have boundaries. Very unprofessional flirting w clients and what worse is these people are very aggressive even if the lady is already uncomfortable and when things like this happens they just let it go . They don’t do any actions . They’re losing clients for this unprofessional and very poor costumer service . I give them ZERO star . Worst gym ever!!! This is for high management concerns .

Cheap with premium equipments, this gym offers one of the best qualities of services with enough gym equipments just for price of 199 per month.

I give 5 star to metro fit because of their professionalism , they keep track and record of your weight loss progress, they have free boot camps that you can join with the trainers pushing and encouraging you to keep going. They also have some freebies on picking up a membership and I am sooo excited they are come to my door step at AGC soon cannot wait ..

I join since 3 month and the lady in front desk promise me if you let one friend from your said join will take one month free after that I let my friend join already join and she change the her words and inform me you should add one more friend so that after this month I will cancel my membership .. thank you 😊

I truly miss this place, I used to train her back in 2019 and I was able to get in the best shape ever, sadly I cannot join any more because I no longer live in Dubai. I did not have any personal training consultation but coachs at metrofitt were so kind & friendly to give advises and instructions regarding the forms of different exercises. In addition, it is affordable to join and easily accessible by metero. Highly recommened for people staying in Dubai.

Horrible horrible experience. Completely contradictory to what they tried to show you when you pay. Based on two facts:First, Their personal training services is absolutely miserable. Ive been through quite a lot personal training sessions before and I do have a clear clue about what the services should be. I checked with their personal trainer on my reasonable target and trainer was so confident and nice when they tried to sell you their classes. But after you pay, everything changes. Once you have little question about your training, the trainer become so impatient to you and start verbally abusing you, body shaming you. This is absolutely not how a gym attract its business and the feelings of positive energy you should get after gym. It turn to be one of my most humiliating gym experience. Also, lack of preparation. If they trainer does not know something, he should check and find it out, instead, this one totally refuse to learn something that he might be not aware of. I tried to communicate nicely, but they took advantage of my politeness and kindness, threw a attitude and mocked at me because I could not lift enough weight. As I client, you dont pay to digest their emotions and unprofessionalism.Second, I have no limited entry to other gyms, but due to the covid impact, this one opened earlier, thats why I went for one month membership with them. they did not tell me that my contract will be automatically renewed when I started my membership in June. In stead, they told me if I want to continue in July, I should tell them. So I told them that in July Ill still be there but I would be leaving in Aug. I told both facts to my trainer and the reception there in June already. However, I found they deducted money from my credit card again in Aug. This is a fraud!When I tried to refund the training sessions which I have not consumed due to their extremely poor qualify of service and horrible attitude. They declined without played tricks with you.When you try to communicate with their management, the manger Gerald looks nice. But what he did is simply to push responsibilities away.sorry, Im not able to solve this. I do not have the right.sorry, Im not able to provide any other contacts of your companyThats what all he could do. Well, whats the validation of his position then? Its a total failure in services, communication from basic staff to management. This gym has no credibility at all!Hope this genuine experience could help before you make your decision.

Dont pay for any deposit when you join this gym - IT WILL TAKE YOU MONTHS, WEEKS, DAYS AND IT COULD EVEN TAKE YOU FOR A YEAR to get it back. Ive cancelled my membership due to my medical condition so I had to cancel and until now, they havent returned my money and its only 199 AED!!! Its so unbelievable!!! Terrible customer service!!! EVER!!! The manager named Gerald always assures me that today or tomorrow our accounts will deposit your money but never happened. They kept opening new clubs in different areas in Dubai but cant even return my money. Its not the amount but its the companys poor customer service, lack of knowledge on how their process works. Manager wont even call me or reply to my Whatsapp messages.

It is a gym with good space. It is also good professional training. But Mr. Gerald needs to be trained to be a little more lenient with those who train at the gym for a fee. That is my personal opinion.

Staff are so fake, unprofessional especially Juanita and Gerald. They auto debit the card without saying in advance as they promise. Now am suffering with them to get back my refund and no one cares. Worst customer service experience

Good workout space.. very friendly staffs and trainers except one indian trainer one mr thaj he is extremely abrupt and dont knw how to conduct oneself well with ppl.. he is only expecting PT from the members unfortunately really very pitiable training he is giving and all the time in the phone 🤦‍♂️ without any dbt i can say its a waste of money .. one thing i noticed that mr. Thaj is a good photographer so girls Be ALERT!!!

Recently joined!! Working out since 16 years and didn’t see such an unhygienic, smelly and un organized gym, specially in COVID-19..improper management.. no music or air conditioning or ventilation, incomplete equipment..

Good gym for self training and good equipments

Its an affordable gym open 24 hours, located at the City Tower Carpark, near Emirates Tower Metro Station.Spacious enough and well equipped with an outdoor area. They have different classes, but i did not get a change to attend to any one of it.I joined last week of Feb 2020 since I am working in DIFC area that time. Its 199 Aed for a month, so I wanted to try it. The Sales who assisted me on my registration asked me to pay for 2 months, so I told her I wanted to try it for 1 month only. My bad, I did not mind her explanation.So Feb was ok, but then after a few days during March, my pin for the gate doesn’t work anymore. Later on I was notified that i need to pay for the month of March since the payment I first made was an advance payment which can be utilized only once I cancel my membership. There is a bit of a confusion to be honest.The reception people are not really welcoming. The team member who assisted me thru whatsapp only, did not even make a follow up after i joined.But they have a bag, small towel, and a water bottle give away once you register. Water is provided but there are no towels. Changing room is fine, but some of the lockers are not working. There in shampoo as well. They do provide hair dryers though.

Its a great 24 hr mix gender gym..AED 199 per month which is slightly more considering other gym in area offer AED 150 per month. The coaches and staff in gym are professionals.
