This journey has not been only about losing weight but gaining so much more.. Yasir Khan helps in developing a mindset that benefits & does us so much good.. He works very closely with every client & ensures that results are delivered..Their entire team of trainers are exceptional & the fact that we have different trainers ensures there is no monotony..

I have been training with Yasir and his team for over an year now. They have an excellent team of trainers and nutritionists. What I really liked about Yasir and what makes him different than the others is he truly cares about his clients and supports and encourages them in their transformation journey. His team is knowledgeable and attentive and have a great way of keeping me focused during my sessions. I would highly recommend TYB to those who SERIOUSLY wants to TRANSFORM themselves.

If there was an option to give 0 stars for rude behavior, that’s exactly what Yasir would get from me as a review..he doesn’t know how to talk, no manners, completely disrespectful..I wasted 5mins of my life talking to him, got my refund and left his office..I did not even bother starting here because of the way he spoke to me (a customer and stranger to him) It was just unacceptable and unprofessional! Pls do not waste your precious time and money, there are plenty of other much more professional trainers in Dubai..
