We really like Dr. Stella and we do appreciate all her love, care and understanding. Our Ginger is not well and we along with Dr. Stella are doing everything possible to keep her well and longer her life for her to stay with us. Thank you so much Dr. Stella.

Dr Mena Rabadi is very professional and a reliable vet. He explain all the procedures and medicine just so we can understand what’s going on with our dog.As for the receptionists, Mr Rico is very helpful and he has a good knowledge about the field as well.

Dr.Isabelle and the nurses are absolutely incredible at handling our cat. Our cat has advanced heart disease and were so fortunate to find a cardiologist, especially Dr.Isabelle because shes kind and caring and really tries her best to ensure our cat is getting the care he needs. I highly recommend this place and were so lucky to have found them, considering it took us 3 different vets to find the best one.

My 9 week old Scottish straight kitten has Been receiving treatment around the clock in their ITU unit, the Vets in the centre are second to none. The Clinic is pricy, however you get what you are paying for which is amazing service and amazing VETS such as Dr Danilo. My Kitten has been saved by the professionalism of this veterinarian clinic

I like how kind and attentive their reception staff are and then Dr. Danilo spent time explaining to us the situation and what best cpuld be done which helps when you are anxious over your pets health.

I have a little hamster.Important to mentioned because many overlook or don’t place as much importance as for cats or dogs,sadly. I called to 2 clinics before and was told doctor is not qualified to treat or check small animals.Here not only doctor was amazing and kind but also got reassurance I needed and my pet got thorough check where cannot be happier how knowledgeable and professional she was. Handled so well,my pet was not agitated or afraid.Everything went smooth. I would definitely recommend to visit the clinic with your pets if you are looking for help,advice,efficency and kind manner.Thank you for a great experience.

Misty and I really like coming to see Dr. Stella and Dr. Isabelle, and all nurses. They are so wonderful & gentle with Misty, shes a nervous, dramatic large dog, which can be a little tricky.. but they dont even give it any attention and find other ways to soothe her. This for me makes such a difference. The treatment quality is great, they take the time to listen and share information.

Super helpful care for our dog. We live in JVC, but still go all the way to City Vet. Their advice has been spot on so far and very helpful. Emergency care with very little notice period is possible if your pet is in dire need of professional attention. They also carry a range treats and pet related gear.

They gave us an emergency visit appointment at very late notice and were kind and professional throughout, advising us well on caring for and medicating our injured cat.

Can’t tell how happy I am to finally have found a great Vet Clinic! Dr. Danilo is absolutely the best! Everyone there is so caring, my dog really feels that which I can see on her behavior, and you’re seen not as a “wallet” (which unfortunately is often the case at many Vets), here they really care, the diagnoses are top correct and treatments are properly prescribed. Pets are taken so well care of and pet parents are consulted transparently and very professionally. High quality overall!

We have been using The City Vet Clinic since we adopted our 2 rescued puppies nearly 3 years ago now! They have always provided us with excellent care and customer service. The vet doctors have all been very knowledgeable , confident and genuinely caring for our dogs. Highly recommend their services for your dogs, cats, or birds.

The quality of treatment is second to none, and the staff take the time to really listen to my concerns and answer my questions. Our pups love this place! The team take such good care of them, even when they are being bad-tempered and boisterous.

First time experience going into the city vet clinic today. I was very impressed with the veterinarian’s caring attitude towards my new puppy and the lovely assistants as well. I would highly recommend to friends.

Had very unpleasant experience with city vet in al wasl a couple of years back. My cat almost died because of their wrong (and costly) prescriptions. This is not a new case but I decided to write my review now, because until nowadays the same thing happens: someone I know very recently lost her furry baby from their wrong ‘treatments’.

We have been coming here for almost 5 years now. We have always received wonderful care, be it from the doctors, nurses, groomers or admin staff. Great clinic, great staff, great service.

I think you guys are the best when it comes to a veterinary clinic.Especially Doctor Stella ! (Jumeirah branch) She is the best doctor I have come across in many years.Doctor Stella, has seen my rescued bird twice and with such precision, has handled the situation and advised the correct simplified medication. And the issue was resolved just in 2 days.The staff are very friendly and co-operative making your pet feel comfortable too.The clinic and Doctor STELLA are highly recommended !!! You GOTTA try them.

Dr. Isabel Nunes is a great and friendly vet especially for complicated cases. She examined my dog and always tries to comfort the animals because she knows they are stressed. It’s slightly expensive but very worth it. I always take my cat here and I took my dog, very satisfied. Reception is very professional. Overall 10/10

My cat has been getting helath care here since 2015, when we needed to travel, they cant find it. Their records arwle poorly managed so they claimed they can only get records for 1 yr. Now i cant get the vaccination records to get proper paperwork for my pet to travel.... the drs are geeat but the manager of the clinic is rude an unprofessional. Avoid if u can. Really sad to get such treatment after 6 years of spending money with them.

I was referred to Dr. Stella Pantazopoulou by City Vet JVT for my male yorkie Franki of almost 12 years for an issue that had gone undiagnosed for years. Dr. Stella was extremely thorough, professional and understanding towards me as I am a neurotic crazy person over my pets. She performed a major surgery in July, and now again in October. Within a week Franki is now the playful loving fur ball he has always been. I highly recommend City Vet Clinic Al Wasl branch - with high praise and gratitude to Dr. Stella. The entire, staff from reception to the nurses were excellent! Dont waste your time going elsewhere.

Dott Stella is very professional and kind.I reached the clinic one night with my cat Pepper almost dead due a wrong diagnosis from another clinic. If wasn’t for her my baby will be dead! Dott Danilo also followed up with me everyday during Pepper recovery and was always available to answer my million questions!The poor nurses were subject daily to Pepper scratch but they were always nice and friendly!I highly recommend this clinic!!!!

I have been a regular at cityvet for almost 8 years and generally i’ve been satisfied with their services, the doctors in this branch are of high caliber and they don’t push aggressive treatments unless necessary. However recently i have been facing quality issues from the supportive staff to the point of it becoming a danger to my cats’ health and wellbeing (forgetting to give me medicine, leaving IV in my cat’s arms after discharge, and so on) and i’ve had enough and moving my cats somewhere else.I would recommend the doctors but i will say to be extra cautious and diligent with the supportive staff.

Would like to thank the City Vet clinic for their assistance and support!Not only that they are knowledgeable and friendly but they go the extra mile to help ease any concern and provide great consultation and counseling on how to handle pets and are always ready to serve in the most efficient way.

Highly recommend vet Dr. Isabel Nunes. She is a fantastic vet! She truly cared when our cat became ill. I can’t thank her enough.If you have an animal that gets stressed in the presence of other animals. Keep in mind that this clinic gets very crowded sometimes (especially with big dogs).

The staff seemed to be in confusion yesterday on my visit. Kept me waiting a long time on all stages of the treatment. . Came out to the car eventually with medicine for the animal with no gloves on and if I remember correctly no mask. Coming very close close to my car window with no thought of safety. went back in and had forgotten to bring the pet! Message sent this morning for feedback with wrong pet name!

Although some of the reviews might be bad, rest assured that this clinic truly has wonderful and caring staff who will take good care of your pets. The vets are knowledgable and the staff members were really helpful and kept in contact with us throughout our pets surgery. Thank you!

Very Very Very Bad and horrible. I do not want to select any star, but it is this form that did not let me.I had the worst experience ever in this clinic. I can not get over the shock dealing with them, I will not return there even if it was the only clinic available especially with the presence of that vet. Only cares for money, not for the animal or the feeling of the client.The doctor who was following my kittens case did not bother to answer any of my several calls when I wanted to have update about my kitten, the kitten passed away in the night or the next morning. I do not trust that the kittens had the required and the needed medical attention. Unthoughtful, unprofessional and inappropriate comments I have heared from this doctor while I was crying over the sick kittens, he did not check the other kitten instead he took me to reception to make the deposit (do not care about the sick kitten all he wanted was money), he did not give me the receipt and when I wanted to take a photo of the receipt he said yes take a photo and take a photo of me also if you want !! and took a pose ! how ethical, smart and funny he think himself?! I am literally boiling while I am writing this.I took the poor kittens as emergency as they were about to close, they charged me AED 800, which is more than any other clinic in Dubai, even the best clinics charges less. One kitten passed away the next morning, what he only cared for is Money, he asked me to make another deposit and try to make instalments each day. I have just lost the kitten and he is asking me to deposit more money, in all the reputable clinics I have dealt with we were treated with compassion & I have only been asked to pay the bill once the cat is discharged, which raised my doubts that he is not taking care of the kitten and he is sure kitten will die, and he want to make sure to have the money.Moreover, the kittens were not eating, which was stated by the doctors themselves, on the bill they have charged me for food, fourteen (14) bags of food in just two days, they have charged me for food the innocent poor kitten did not eat and did not live to eat. The charge of deworming tablet is AED 85, is it gold or diamond!! the final bill was way too much. the receptionist as well was unprofessional and knows nothing about customer service, I went to her colleague to revise the bill, and she said the kittens do not eat but we open the food..I am totally angry with the behavior, comments, and medical bad service myself and the kittens have received. RIP my beautiful kittens, I did not think we will face such a horrible nightmare when I took you to this place, I thought I am helping you to get well. I do not wish what happened to us to happen to any other cats.** Unfortunately my overall experience was very bad.It is totally true that the kittens were not in a caring hand especially when your vet didnt respond to my calls & asked me to pay money daily, despite that I have already paid 2,000 as deposit. No vet do this. Only cared for money not for the kittens or client feeling.In medical ethics, patient file is confidential, but your clinic chose to share details on my file and kittens details here!Again I mention the inappropriate & non-decent comments from your vet when I wanted to take a photo of the receipt, he said Yes, and take a photo for me also if you want and he took a pose !Finally, the receptionist who prepared the bill was very unprofessional & knows nothing about customer service, (Attached) the bill she asked me to pay for TWO days, if I did not REVIEW your receptionist work I would have paid for more days.The discount at your clinic is what you give to stray cats, the kittens were living in the street. they meant a lot to me & I wanted them to recover as I do with many stray cats. I believe any clinic should participate in helping stray cats & people who help strays in very considerate way, so by this very little discount you are not doing me a favor, I have paid thousands at your clinic just to be treated badly and loose the kittens.

The place feels like a factory, no personal touch at all. Pets are being handled like on a conveyor belt.Did a blood test, they emailed the result but did not call me for 3 weeks despite me chasing multiple times. Guess they don’t care, sad.

Do not take your pet to this vet!This vet surgery dropped my 2.5kg cat whilst cat was sedated and put her in cage whilst not advising the vet they had dropped her!!I picked the cat up hours later and was not notified she had injury.I contacted vet in the evening as my cat could barely walk, back leg was twisted and cat was struggling to hold herself up! And still the nurses did not report it to vet they had dropped her!!I took video and contacted again vet and vet thought it was neurological issue! Still the nurse did not share she had dropped my cat!After taking another video following morning vet said it wasn’t neurological and that a nurse had dropped the cat so bring her in for a consultation!Shocking that they left a cat unattended after a fall. My cat is tiny so it must have been some “fall” for her leg to be twisted and unable to walk. Cat is also very placid, I must add!Cat now has muscle and possible ligament issue in her back leg and has medication for 10 days!! Shocking behavior from people you are supposed to trust!

Always feel comfortable & confident that my cats will get the best care and lots of love & understanding, too. All the staff are super with them from the minute we walk in 😊

Dr. Zia was the only reason I used to visit the clinic, he would show full care and empathy towards strays and pets. I cant say the same about my recent experience with this clinic. They will do anything to charge you unreasonably, the receptionists tone are so stern and unfriendly. I was not even informed that the stray cat I had brought had passed away. It seems they will call you endlessly regarding money but do not have the decency to let you know your cat has passed away! I am so upset with the way things are being handled. I have been going there for years but I am really horrified with my recent experiences. Sorry..

Dr. Danilo is a great veterinary doctor and cardiology specialist. He is very affectionate with every pets we see under his care. Our baby is very much relaxed with him compared to our previous doctor from another hospital. He is highly recommended.

My sugar glider had an injury where she start getting worse and a vet advised me to see dr. Stalios .. it was the best advice... hes expert in exotics animal which is rare in UAE... and knew right a way what to do with her... he monitored her daily by phone ... and he always try to find the least extreme solution... till we had to do the surgery... it took us around 2 weeks and shes fine and back to her normal life... hes a good doctor... and the clinic works all week... so you wont have a problem with weekend emergency.

They have very good vets and they take good care of your pets. Its sometimes hard to get an appointment with a specific vet. They usually just make you an appointment with whoever is available. Prices are reasonable. Staff is friendly and quick to smile.

I am grateful. Dr. Bledar has saved my dogs life 2 times in 1 montheverything that you guys have done has exceeded my expectations. The staff at City vet are very personable and outstanding, always going above and beyond! The clinics prices are fair and reflect the excellent care we always receive! You guys are the BEST

It’s generally a good vetinary clinic and the vets are great with the animals. However, not entirely happy with the grooming of one of our cats as they cut his nail a little too short and it was bleeding. Mistakes happen but not something u would expect from a practice that has experience with cats and I have to mention that the cat in question is a Scottish fold home cat so not a wild or aggressive cat by any means

A typical money spinning factory, with no sense of responsibility towards the pet. I visited them for an emergency, when my pet dog started throwing up multiple times and passing motions as well. The doctor examined him for all of 10 mins, gave him one injection(to stop his vomiting) and one Promax (probiotic) recommended 2 stool tests, on the spot and took away AED 850! The clinic never called me post my visit, to even let me know the result of the tests. I called them back asking for the test reports, to which their reply was we dont give written reports. I called up the doctor and spoke to him, demanding a report, to which he said he would email me a written report, which never came. Overall, a pathetic experience, I would never go back to them.

Not a very honest place to take your pet. The vets are more interested in top selling additional things and you get a shock at the time of paying the bill. The reception staff is trained to hike up the prices if you have not checked and confirmed the prices in advance.

Without a doubt that is the clinic with more updated equipments and vets. Prices and quality of service very compatible and affordable. Recommending to everyone.

Staff of City Vet Clinic took excellent care of our dog during a very serious illness. They treated us, and our dog, with kindness and compassion. We were kept updated on our dogs condition and treatment while an inpatient. My family is so grateful for the wonderful care we received.

We’ve been going to City Vet for a few years now. Dr. Stelios & Dr. Stefania have been amazing everytime we take Chico for a visit. Our other furbaby recently needed knee surgery. The orthopedic surgeon, Dr. Stella, performed the surgery and we couldn’t have asked for a better ortho surgeon. Dr. Stella was always there ready to help.It’s stressful when things go south with the little ones, but it puts our mind at ease knowing they’ll be seeing any one of these doctors. We’ve seen several vet clinics since my Shih Tzu and I moved to Dubai many years ago. And there are plenty of clinics closer to where we live but we choose to drive all the way to City Vet for our 2 dogs. We have only good things to say about City Vet JVT and Al Wasl. We trust the caring & competent hands of Doctor Stella, Stelios, Isabel and Stefania. These doctors are professional and full of compassion for their patients. They wouldn’t do any procedure unless necessary, so you wouldn’t feel like you’re being robbed every time you take your pets. We are also so grateful to Dr. Stella for helping us with our rescue. Thanks to her, our Chihuahua can now walk properly and live a normal life. The nurses and reception staff are always helpful and friendly. It’s been a good few years for us at City Vet. Thanks for taking such good care of our furbabies.

I want to start of with a warning... This is EVERY animal parents WORST nightmare..I had the upmost respect for this clinic until I had bought my very sick cat in..she refused to eat and was in distress They suggested a blood test and with those results (hematology) had informed me that my cats kidneys where quote shredded and that she is diabetic and that she has a maximum of a month to live.. this prognosis was based on a blood test ONLY! When I asked what would be the best step euthanization was suggested...Me being in utter shock as I was just told that my darling baby was on her death bed..Reception had no idea about anything and I ended up paying a ridiculous amount and they did not even have the decency to give me an INVOICE, me being in shock and sobbing uncontrollably had forgotten to request. I had sought a second opinion from DKC after another blood test and urine test there was NO GLUCOSE in her URINE (which was HALF of City Vets bill) they informed me that she is not diabetic its a kidney infection....Honestly I feel absolutely cheated and taken advantage off but this clinic and if I had listened to them my cat would be DEAD. Shame on you guys... They even had the nerve to repeatedly call me to check when am I coming in to put down my cat..... PLEASE DO NOT TAKE EMERGENCY CASES HERE...EDIT: After seeing a few other doctors...my cat is on the road to recovery...their diagnosis was COMPLETELY wrong..there was NO NEED for euthanization my cat was suffering from a UTI + a kidney infection.. I will be seeking legal action against the doctor and nurses who have still not provided me with an invoice, Its disgusting to think If i had not gotten a second opinion my baby would be dead because of these stupid misinformed doctors.

SNIFF has been facing more challenges every day with the increasing influx of the abandoned pets as we are entering the summer holiday season.The City Vet Clinic has taken in and supported us each and every time without any second thoughts even when we reached our rescue credit limit. Their support is invaluable, and they come out of their way and work around the clock to save the lives of so many injured and sick animals. Without them we wouldnt be able to carry on our rescue operations.The team of Doctors at the clinic is fully on board and care as much as we do about the rescued pets we bring to them. Its fair to say that we work as one team to tackle the huge abandonment crisis in the UAE.

It started off very well and the experience was great when i took my puppy there for the first check and second one. But today i got a call that my puppy is extremely sick and when i called them they said they do not have a vet and no appointments and they do not have emergency. This left me at no other choice than going to another clinic.

I was concerned when reading reviews that the clinic only cares about prices, but this has not been the case for us at all! I have witnessed that some pet owners just have a sense of entitlement, and feel they deserve everything that they demand for, without wanting to pray the price for it. If you are good to the service providers, your experience will be amazing!Dr. Stelios is great - we are so happy with our experience with him so far. Very professional, knows what he is doing, and never wants us to spend an extra dirham unless necessary. Always gives us options and is very transparent with pricing, terms, conditions, etc. and is very great with our little Maltese, Maya. She can be aggressive around men, but with him, she is friendly and at ease! Never once tried to sell us a product or promote commercialized products - our dog eats homecooked / raw, and Dr. Stelios kindly gave us suggestions to ensure her nutrition is balanced.Only complaint is the parking space! During busy days, finding parking is nearly impossible :( Has led to being late for appointments twice already.Apart from that, we are very happy with the service we have received so far, and wouldnt go anywhere else. Their team in Al Wasl is great. Very friendly, accommodating to our busy schedules, and always want the best for our dog.

Worst veterinarian I’ve seen, my cat got worse and worse when visiting the so called “professionals” and in the end after weeks and weeks of going to them and paying thousands and thousands of dirhams all they said at the end is they dont know what’s wrong with him 💔 all honesty it will be my last time visiting them and I advice all who loves their pets (family member) to stop going and go to some where more professional and that will take good care of your precious pet.

When I entered the villa in which this clinic is run from I immediately called other Vets to arrange an appointment somewhere else.The villa is completely run down, it looks awful inside, I wouldnt want to take any animal (or human or rodent) here.

Great assistance and good diagnosis, but a tendency to over-medicate

Update: I would just like to make it known that although my review was responded to, I have not had any contact from the clinic to speak about the unacceptable circumstances that took place. My 1 star rating has now moved to a 0 star rating.Al Wasl Branch: First, let me start by saying that there are a few fantastic vets that really make the experience pleasant for both 2 legged and 4 legged visitors. However, in the past 3 visits that I have attended the clinic, the overall experience has been shocking. To keep this short, the attitude from the vets has been unacceptable in the way in which they communicated with us. The vet assistants have always been loving and kind towards our pets, but the vets themselves seem to show absolutely no care at all in regards to animal wellbeing or customer satisfaction/service. The vets have offered services without informing us that they were at an additional cost, the treatment of animals was questionable in the way they were handled, and the vets were incompetent to perform injections - I was actually asked to perform the iniection MYSELF because it was too hard for them to do it..not to mention, the vets spoke to us many times in very demeaning and rude ways. To sum up, I would NOT recommend this clinic to anyone that loves their pets.

To say this is the worst clinic in Dubai would be an understatement. Took my cat here after it had stopped eating for a day and the Vet in charge diagnosed it with pancreatitis. They admitted my cat to the clinic for 7 days after which the Dr. discharged him and did not even give me a report on the progress or recovery.The next day my cat had lost all its will to survive and I bought him back to City Vet Clinic to the same Vet upon which she advised me Euthanasia as the only option. I took him to The Vet hospital in Al Quoz for a second opinion and they told me he has been misdiagnosed and there is nothing wrong with him.My cat is now recovered fully and after confronting the Dr. at City Vet Clinic she told me that she is only human and everyone makes mistakes. Well for a premium as high as AED. 4000 for a misdiagnosis I believe mistakes are not acceptable.I have reported the clinic to Dubai Municipality and I am still taking it further with consumer rights to report the clinic and receive a full refund.They are incompetent and the Dr. lacks essential experience. Please do think twice before opting to take your pet to The City Vet Clinic in Al Wasl.

I took my little yorkie Coco to Dr.Bledar for her vaccine a few days ago and I am so grateful that he fully informed me of any reactions that she may have after receiving the vaccine. That same night coco had an allergic reaction and I immediately called Dr.Bledar even though it was late and the clinic was closed. He advised me to bring her in immediately that same night. Thankfully they treated her with the utmost care and patience regardless of how late it was. If it wasnt for Dr.Bledars advice after giving the vaccine we could have easily missed the symptoms of her allergic reaction and the outcome could have been very different. I am so grateful that we choose this clinic as they procvide full information and advice on each visit and because of this it saved my dog. Thank you so much DrBledar & city vet clinic!

High prices, the staff at the front were constantly on their phones when we came in to make an appointment.If your a clinic focus on curing my pet rather than upselling products!

This is the most expensive clinic we have frequented. People and their pets are viewed as dollar signs. Blatant rip off.

Unbelievable costs. They will do everything there to make you pay thousands. not recommended for regular people.
