I discovered Energetic Panacea when I was looking for alternative treatments for my senior cat with chronic illness. Traditional medicine wasn’t able to cure him, so I put all my hope in Dr. Hilke, German Certified Homepatic doctor and she did not disappoint. A combination of homeopathic remedy, and magnetic field therapy allows us to live a happy and healthy life now! Thank you Dr. Hilke! Can only recommend the clinic 💕

We had a very bad experice with this veterinary clinic with the management not able to solve our bill issues and our pet had to suffer and also they dont care about their customers. sad state of affiars. we email calling they more concerned about payment. not recommending.

I will most definitely not recommend this vet. We took our cat, Chloe to Energetic Panacea as he kept scratching his ears and forehead to the point of wounds. We were told that the blood tests were inconclusive, there were varying opinions on the x-rays but some bacteria was found and he was given some seriously strong ear medication. We went home that same day and for 3 days Chloe did not eat or drink (or he couldn’t) and was unable to keep his balance. He kept falling over his own feet and he seemed to be in allot of pain. All these symptoms were not there before this visit to Energetic. We took him back to Energetic in desperation as he was still not eating nor drinking and they hospitalized him for 3 nights. On day 2 of hospitalization, we received a call from Energetic just stating that they don’t know what to do and we must come visit him. When visiting we were able to get him to eat and then he was sent home to recover. We had to give him daily injections of antibiotics and pain medication but he was just stable and not getting better. Up to this point we still have not received an actual diagnosis from Energetic. Two days after the course of medication Chloe slowed down his eating and we were told by Energetic to bring him back to sedate and check up on him. After spending in the region of 10,000AED and no diagnosis, we decided to get a second opinion from another vet. Upon first visit, we received a diagnosis, pictures of the problem, the correct medication and he is on his way to recovery. Once again do not attempt to use this vet as they are just after your money and not the well being of your beloved pet.

I brought my baby kitten Pedro into Energetic Panacea clinic about two weeks ago.I had visited 2 other clinics before that and they couldnt figure out what was wrong with him. He was only 4 weeks old, he wouldnt eat or drink and was barely moving. I wont go into the whole story of what happened before I brought him here because there is a lot of details, but the point is he was given treatments which were not helping him get better, I dont think they made him worse but he was definitely not getting better and losing a lot of weight, even though I was trying to force feed him.Somehow the universe allowed and connected me to find this clinic where we met Doctor Zenia. She correctly identified his ailment (which turned out to be a severe bacterial ear infection), she gave me antibiotics to administer to him daily alongside a medicinal ear flush.She was thorough in her examination, gentle and loving yet determined to find out whats happening with Pedrito. She was honest and truthful and told me to keep doing what I am doing alongside the medicine and hopefully he will find the strength to recover.The first few days were tough, he really didnt like the force feeding but I was persistent and kept giving him the kitten milk, antibiotic and ear flushes. Until the fourth day, when I tried to give him some kitten food to smell and he took a bite!Now, almost 9 days after our first visit to this clinic, he is full of Life, running and playing and eating and surviving beautifully.Pedro and I and our whole family are grateful to have Doctor Zenia and this lovely clinic

Our cat was very sick with FIP and other complications and all the vets especially Dr. Sophia and Dr. Zeina did their best to try to save our baby. Unfortunately he passed but the care and support was amazing. They were also so kind to give us the ashes in a beautiful wooden box and some flowers to celebrate his life.

DO NOT... I repeat... DO NOT get your pets to this place. Our cats were both diagnosed with FLV and post the initial consultation and advice, we have been trying to reach them several times and the level of unprofessionalism they have is ridiculous.They NEVER get back to you.They will ALWAYS say that their doctors are in emergencies.They never have follow up records.Weve spent quite a lot of money with them for our kittens and these guys are by far the worst in responding back.If they practically do not even empathise with pets who are so unwell, can you imagine how pretentiously theyll be treating pets for normal checkups?I can go on and on, but I hope that whoever reads this, can take this as a fair warning and head over to some other clinic because trust me, youll regret bringing your pet here - especially if its for a long-term diagnosis.

Best care my pet dog has ever received when he was in a dire condition. I could not ask for a better team of passionate and caring professionals.The doctor and the team (especially the nurses Lowie and Paul) achieved a miraculous job on my dog when I took my dog in as an emergency from another clinic where he never got the right treatment or care that he needed.My dog now sees the clinic as his second home and is very eager to go through the main doors to say hi to the entire team (including the groomer)and is very reluctant to leave the clinic!!

I would not personally recommend this vet to anyone if they have a scared or frightened pet. The vet did not show any patience or compassion towards my cat who is clearly very frightened. I believe the vet has good theoretical knowledge but that’s it . Medication was given without clear instructions on how long to administer for (2 days one week etc) and when I asked to speak to the vet she refused to call. She clearly does not like dealing with a frightened cat who displays aggression however as a vet surely this is part of your profession and what you are trained for. At the end of the day I’m bringing in a domestic cat not a Jungle animal so I would expect someone who is qualified and professional to be able to cope with this. I’d say this practice has ok knowledge but how they handle the animals is not great. Also the receptionists are quite rude and not too friendly compared to other practices

DISAPOINTMENT - NOT PROFESSIONAL - ADDED COST AT LAST MINUTE - TOO EXPENSIVEFew weeks ago I took my cat there for vaccination.It came out the Doctor said I could not do the vaccin as my cat had some infection.Then without asking for my approval: They took the initiative to make ear check for AED 210 and Check minor for 90 AED on top of the cost of the consultation of 205 AED. I didnt know untill the check out.Then they suggested around AED 1.000 of medicen as treatment.I came out from there with a bill of around 1.500 AED. They should first ask for my approval and check if I approve it or no !However , the doctor asked me to take another appointment for a check-up and that it will be COMPLETELY FREE OF CHARGE.So today I went for the check-up, the Doctor did it and then we went to the reception to take appointment for the vaccin BUT I WAS CHOCKED WHEN THEY ASKED ME AGAIN AN AMOUNT OF AED 400 for the check-up.Then I complained about what the Doctor told me before ( free of charge) so the doctor said OK and they made a silly discount.This company just surcharge you in a very bad way and having an unprofessional team Who in order to get their own business they just steal money from you in this low-grade way.When I shared my disapointment in a very polite way, they just smile at my face so it encourage me to do this review.Advice : never let a loyal customer leave you for such behaviour, you have to think bigger because now you lost a customer + I will make sure people are aware about this bad experience !PS : This review will be copy paste in all social media and whats app group.#Dubaimunicipality#thisisnotfair#dobusinessbutdontrob

This is in regards to their dealing with my cat. Ive noticed people are very liberal with 5 stars, just because things went as per routine. The difference between a 5 star customer services and low quality management is tested during non routine circumstances. They have failed that test in my opinion as there focus is only on myopic profit maximization.We all work for money, but for long term profit maximization one should be ready to bear the cost of returning to society and customer service.

Visited them for the first time last afternoon for my pups annual vaccination. I must say that I really enjoyed the experience here - from the friendly & knowledgable team to the reasonable pricing.

Without overcharging like others have said below.I called a nearby vet first, who wanted to charge more than double, for what was required, than this vet.I want to thank the whole team for helping yesterday in what was a terrible experience.

I recently lost my 18.5 yr old dog. This is a very painful chapter of every relationship with a dog. I could not be more grateful that my dog was in the care of Dr Zenia and her team Lowie and Krisha. They were diligent, kind and compassionate. Having had to keep vigil for 2 days at the clinic, I am impressed with the genuine care they have for their patients.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!! Everyone in the community told me NOT to go here and I finally learned my lesson. I am not one to write reviews, but this is absolutely necessary so that other people are not subjected to this place and their practices. They will do everything in their power to upcharge you. You have to defend yourself at all times.

DO NOT USE ENERGETIC PANACEA!!!I was asked if want to sedate my cat during grooming I feverently declined twice and agreed to Only apply the funnel collar.At home she was showing all signs of sedation: disorientated, drowsy, unable to walk in a straight line. I then noticed my cat limping when trying to walk. Alarm bells were raised.Having spoken to vet zenia, all I received were denials, excuses and no apology. They said no sedation was given (which did not explain the state my cat was in) and she was limping because the groomers held her legs hard and down for too long.The least they could do was offer a refund as a good will gesture but I was told Im already helping you by giving a free consultation and pain killers.I wished to view the security footage but was conveniently told that it only captures half of the room and does not show treatment of my cat.The conduct behaviour and customer service of this clinic is abysmal. If you want a happy healthy pet please do not send them here. The emotional stress isnt worth it.

I called inquiring about a castration of a male cat, I was told its AED 520 and they require a consultation to see if hes eligible for castration. Other clinics charge less, but Ive read good reviews about this clinic and I didnt mind paying a bit more if he gets a pre-neutering consultation and therefore extra care. After the consultation I was told I need to pay that, an additional AED 200! Now were talking about over AED 700 for castration!! I called them to argue, as I wasnt informed of the cost of the consultation, and they told me the castration actually costs AED 620 because hes staying over the day and we need anesthesia and medication. Its unbelievable to not mention all of these costs when my question was extremely clear: how much does a castration of a male cat costs?! I truly dont recommend them, just for their lack of honesty.

Vet was good but I mainly go for the grooming and my dog comes home looking great.

4 years ago Dr. Hilke used Homeopathy medicine to heal my cat who had been vomiting for months, and after taking him to a number of other Vets and spending thousands on antibiotics, x-ray and all type of treatment no other Doctor could find a reason or cure my cat. Dr. Hilke was my angel who saved my cat and I will never forget what she has done for me and my precious cat who is now 13 years old and still full of life..

Very professional! I loved Dr. RAI he gave so much attention to my cat when she got sick and all employees gave her love and feed back to me by what up while she was stay in the clinic for 3 days.

Grooming standard was pretty good when I took my Shih Tzu here.

Our Floyd had a super spa day with swimming, grooming, nail clipping, playtime and even got his vaccinations done. Thank you Energetic Panacea.

The service is awful , very bar reception and i took a rescue accident cat which was bleeding without caring about the cat they asked me straight for bill to pay ; they didnt even do anything and told me 800 only one x ray !!!!Very very poor service and not advising them at all !
