I had a bad experience with this vet. Very authoritative attitude.Her attitude made me leave the clinic!A vet is supposed to help the customer without judgement. I have never experienced such an unfriendly, arrogant vet before. What a bad vibe. ​She has no clue of how to be friendly.Im also sure there will be a response to this review that matches my experience. I am still speechless of my experience this morning.Im so glad I didnt become a customer here and left my sweet cat there.

We are extremely sad and disappointed with the service and experience here.The carelessness from staff, lack of knowledge and patience from Doctor and extremely ignorant response from the Managing Director, after acknowledging his team had miscommunication and need to improve, not even a single word related to sorry, but keep fighting back with the customer.This clinic is running by a group of people which only considering Vet Clinic as a normal commercial business. All they consider are how many patients they have seen and how much revenue they have made. They will not use their heart to look after each patient and they will definitely not care about any suggestions which will help them improve the way they operate this clinicTo all the pet lovers whom truly love their pets and want to make sure your pets are well treated. Highly recommend this clinic. Staff are always friendly and you can see that they genuinely love animals, it is not just a job for them. They treat the pets as their own. My cats were very comfortable during the visits.I had a lot of emergencies with my diabetic cat and never had issue getting an appointment to see a vet. What amazed me is that if your doctor is not available, you will be able to see another doctor, who will be aware in details of your pet’s history.Overall dealing with Blue Oasis has given me piece of mind when it come to pet care. I would like to to add a special note about my personal experience with doctor Milana. She is very caring, supporting and just wonderful. Dr. Milana has been simply a blessing to me.

This is by far the best Clinic in the MENA Region and iv been around everywhere, everyone over there is helpful super friendly and extremely professional! but the SUPERSTAR is Dr Milana she so kind and so helpful and so supportive it amazes me my cats love her! and you can tell she puts her heart and soul into helping the animals the clinic is lucky to have her! I cant thank her enough and her colleagues for the support and help they gave me and I highly recommend this clinic for you will always get a top notch experience!

Absolutely wonderful support team and medical staff! Despite having very serious medical issues and needing lots of painful treatment, our puppy loves going there and loves getting his cuddles from the staf. I wouldnt go anywhere else in Dubai.

We were referred here by our usual vet in Sharjah when our cat needed a cardiac ultrasound (shes fine, thankfully!)They were very easy to deal with and took good care of our cat while we waited, as owners arent allowed in for the scans. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming, and there is a waiting room set up with hot and cold drinks and a cute parking area for cat carriers. The whole setup seems designed to put both pets and owners at ease.Based on this experience Id recommend Blue Oasis as vets to anyone living nearby, but would also like to reassure others being referred from further afield that the vets here know what they are doing and will do a good job taking care of your animals.

My dog Coker spaniel dog Totti is an old patient to this clinic since 11 years ago and the most difficult experience I had to face was a big mass on her spleen that need to be removed. I was worried about her age to put her under Anesthesia but with help of Dr Elias and the big chef doctors who were following her case passionately, I was convinced to go through surgery option, and with my trust to the whole team to accept this decision. Thank you to all nurses and doctors who were looking after Totti to make sure she recover fast and my strong dog passed this operation and she is healthy now and I’m so grateful to all of Blue Oasis team from receptionist to the top chef doctor.Thank you so much.

As first time pet owners, we had the opportunity to rescue an abandoned cat in June this year.Cheeku was injured and we zeroed in on Blue Oasis for her operation(s) to nurse her back to health.Based on our experience during our 4 visits over the last 3 months, we are happy to share that we have received professional and warm care for Cheeku - ranging from the operation, post operative stay, vaccinations, accessibility, ease of booking appointments, great practical advice and a fantastic claws - trimming session!Everyone is the team there has been brilliant .. in particular, we had the pleasure of being taken care by Milana, Oksana.We wish the Blue Oasis team success and will continue to visit them for Cheekus needs.

Had a very bad experience when we used them instead of our usual vet who was fully booked. Unfriendly vet who refused to talk to me on the phone because she had to go to a meeting when my husband brought our cat in (because I didn’t want to take our human baby there during Covid). Went on to treat him without consulting us about anything racking up a crazy bill of almost 3000 AED. Said she did ultrasound instead of X-ray because that was available first (why do they take case when you don’t have time and resources?). Didn’t bother to tell us X-ray results until the next day. We ended up picking up our cat and taking him to our usual vet who is excellent, friendly and far more reasonably priced. Money should not be first priority when it comes to treating a family member but that goes for the owner AND the vet. Please do not take patients if you don’t have the time to properly care for them and talk to their owners.

Fantastic vets, who looked after our 4 cats whilst we lived in the UAE.Amazing and friendly service with a special mention for Ramona and Dr Edmondo who provided support when we had to say goodbye to Ruffles.We have now moved back to the UK and we all miss you very much.Many thanks again.

I attended today to enquire if there was a particular vet who could spent a few extra minutes with my small dog bonding before any examination as she a little nervous. We relocated from Abu Dhabi and she loved her usual vet and with that few moments of extra affection she was very happy. The receptionist today was incredibly awkward in assisting me, stating they dont have a spare half an hour! that certainly wasnt what I was asking. Im sure there are lovely vets at this clinic, but with attitude like that at the front desk Ill spend my money at another clinic.

My dog Charlie was a patient at this clinic long time ago and they were fine as vets.5 star is really to whomever writes replies to the negative reviews - love your responses! you are awsome and keep at it!

My husband brought our rabbit yesterday to them due to not pooping, not eating and drinking well. He noticed it since he got up in the morning, around 10 and brought our bun immediately to the vet around 11ish. The night before, our little bun was his normal self. Since it was an emergency the vet saw them in between her appointments. Firstly, she was sarcastic when my husband was explaining to her our concerns , the new treat we gave him and his symptoms, her verbatim, she is not inside the rabbit so she doesnt know whats happening. Secondly, she acts that our rabbit being sick is our fault. The same thing happened when we brought our other rabbit a week ago for neutering, she acts like it was our fault the rabbit is being neutered. Thirdly, she was in a hurry with her check up because she just fit them in between her appointments, she let our rabbit go home and adviced to just give medicines which the 2nd vet (in another clinic, husband said we will never go back to Blue Oasis) we saw that same day questioned why those medicines were prescribed. We saw a 2nd vet around 4ish and our bun was worse than he was in the morning. We are so disappointed with the kind of care we got from this clinic and to make it worse, our bun didnt make it.

I have been taking my three dogs to BOVC for the last three years and have only had exceptional service and treatment for all of them. The vets are great, the vet helpers are gentle and kind with them, the frontline staff are warm, friendly and always helpful, and now I am relocating them back home to South Africa and Jenny the relocation specialist has been amazing, very professional and guides me every step of the way. Lastly I sent them all for grooming today at BOVC and they came back with the exact haircuts I had asked for and again excellent work by the groomer who also called me to be certain. They provide a collection and delivery service for grooming and the young man who collected and dropped them was wonderful, kind, friendly and polite and great with my babies. The owner Dr Wolf also gives residents in my community discounts for charity work we do with stray and abandoned animals. I could not recommend them highly enough. If you are looking for the best vet practice in the country this is the place to go, the best all round experience from ALL staff without exception

Dr. Magda saved our bunny when we almost lost him. We are extremely grateful for all her work, the care and dedication she shoved in Leos treatment was beyond our expectations. Everyone at the clinic, all the doctors, nurses and reception staff that we met were super friendly and helpful, a big thanks to all of you! :)

The staff over here were so nice and friendly. They spayed my female rabbit safely and even gave a follow up call the next day to make sure she was doing all right. They made sure my pet was comfortable. The nurse handled her so well, that when he carried her she did not try to kick even once. As soon as the surgery was over they called us to give us an update on her status. They even gave a certificate for her bravery which was adorable. I absolutely loved this clinic and will not hesitate to bring in my rabbit again if need be. I highly recommend this clinic to everyone.

I found this amazing vet clinic from one of cat facebook groups. Dr. Mariana was the doctor assigned to my cat Lily and she was really compassionate towards Lily and handled her with love. Dr did her best to make my baby feel better. The receptionists and nurse Rey were very accommodating and always happy to assist us whenever we have difficult questions and requests. This clinic particularly knows what they are doing and providing the best service they could offer. We will be forever thankful!

My wife took our pug for an MRI scan - he died during anesthesia they said his heart stopped and he is sick but our dog had only back pain it was showing in his medical report he did blood test x-ray and ultrasound we took him just for final diagnosis !!!!!! we are very angry we dont recommend .. think twice before doing such a mistake .

Our puppy has a condition that’s made it tricky for vets to diagnose and work around, but it’s because of Blue Oasis that we’re finally optimistic about our little Rey’s future. Sara and Dr. Magda have gone above and beyond to help our little puppy. We’re also very lucky to have Dr. Dieter’s insights available when needed. We have been bringing our doggie here for almost 2 years, but the latest experience was really really poor. After their treatment I felt a little bit over charged and I have raised the issue privately with them, with no luck. In my email I have asked for a few things(explanation, test results), but they did not even have the interest to reply to any of my email or call us to discuss. Short advise: do not bother to go to them. There are much better options, even nearby!***update 02/SepFor my public review, they have managed to contact my wife and send her a half-hearted text message.They asked her to send them the original complaint again.I resent it on the 24th of Aug.No reply from them since.Really, really poor.

Our chocolate Labrador has been receiving treatment from Blue Oasis for an ongoing skin complaint, we have seen other clinics over the last twelve months without success in finding a solution. The staff at Blue Oasis were great, very friendly, extremely professional, and attentive, and were able to suggest the correct tests that quickly identified the problem and put a treatment plan in place that so far has been 100% successful. We will continue using Blue Oasis from now on for all our pets, and would not hesitate to recommend Blue Oasis to anyone else who wants to receive great veterinary care for their pets. There are 3 veterinary clinics within 5-10 minutes of my house. I have tried all of them and none have been satisfying. Though, for the past 4 years, I chose to take the extra miles/time and drive for 20-30 minutes to see the BOVC’s doctors. Friendly staff, attentive and highly professional doctors who have never disappointed me with their work. Highly recommended.

Great service . We got referred to this clinic in June when our fur baby Bella started throwing up.Since they are located far we had our second thoughts but eventually landed here . That’s the best decision we made . Recently without any second thoughts we also took Bella for spaying. We had been too nervous from the day before and while we dropped her off . They checked her teeth during the spaying procedure and called us recommending to get it cleaned and remove what’s necessary . We just asked them to do what’s best for Bella and I can assure they really did what’s best . Bella just finished her recovery period and is doing great . Thank you . My only issue is the distance from where we live but I guess we can cover that to get what’s best .

Great first impression. I brought my 2 cats for a possible flu virus I will have to follow a 10 day treatment and will update regarding that. But I liked how the Dr. took his time while checking them up, he was in no rush and very caring. The prices for the medicine seemed reasonable. And the waiting area was great with a coffee machine and magazines.

Been dealing with then since 2015. Great doctors, always managed to give good advice and timely responses. In general a bit pricey but they still manage to provide good service and value for money.Frontline staff are great to deal with in person but they are unprofessional over the phone as they miss delivery schedules (common in UAE).Overall experience is good.

Rate 0-10 = 2I used to driving from Downtown to this place for my Cat, coz was thinking this is the right place,lately he was suffering from fungal .we took him first time, the veterinarian forced us to shave all his buddy and gave us tiny / expensive cream to apply on his body for a week, the cream finished in second day!!! and it had no effect and we paid about 1,400 or 1,800 AED.after finishing his treatment we took him there and another veterinarian CONFIRMED he is ok. he made an injection TO MAKE SURE IT WILL NOT GONNA BE BACK and result was another +1000 AED bill!!after less than a week all of fungal signs back,,we had to take him to another place to start a better treatment for a better service and price.i am no longer gonna take my cat there.

Our pets have been with Dr. Dieter and his team since Day 1! The doctors and staff have always shown our pets the same love we do, through the happy and sad times. They have been professional, polite and it feels like one big family. I believe that their rates are reasonable compared to others of the same quality of service. We have had only one questionable experience when our Golden Retriever was neutered without the advising doctor informing us that it was still possible for him to impregnate our female dog in heat for up to 6 weeks! It was the surgeon (Dr. Sigrun) who told us this later (post-surgery). This caused us added worry. We suggest that they improve pre-procedure communication and information. But, all in all, we highly recommend Blue Oasis to all animal and pet lovers! We wish them continued success!

Pet Relocation. The best place for it. Jenny was so professional, informative and went above and beyond our expectations. We relocated one of our cats to our family in the U.K. and 2 to Singapore to live with us. They are very competitive and know the airlines and processes very well (essential if you dont want your pets being held up). We highly recommend them.

I got both my dogs neutered from these guys. I am very happy with the their service as both my boys came back with the high energy levels and happy. It appeared that were back from a happy picnic.One of them had a recurring Urinary track infection and i had spent quite a lot with other vets in trying to figure out the issue. Thanks to Dr Dieter, Dr Sandy and BOVC team for identifying the root cause and solving the issue.If u have tried other vets and still got recurring issues i would strongly recommend them. The care is more personal and service is very professional. The instructions for care after surgery were crystal clear.They r open even on weekends.Many thanks again.Krishna S

These people look at the animals like MONEY. They do not refer any of them to any other clinic just to keep money for themselves.They butchered my dog, Menahi , who was there for a simple surgery. They invited a doctor to come from Italy to do the surgery and then they denied to the municipality that they did such thing because obviously it is illegal to do any kind of surgery without permission ( and I was not aware of that). They do not have enough knowledge to care for the animals.After the surgery my dog was in so much pain that he robbed his eyes on the cage he was in and as a result he got ulcer in both eyes but Dr.Sabine called me and told me your dog was stupid and he robbed his eyes on the cage the whole night!!! Really? You are stupid Dr. Sabine not my dog. You gave gallery pills to my dog when I said he cannot go up the stairs instead of checking his back!!!I pray to God and I wish you all go to the SAME PAIN and SUFFERING you made my dog go through. There is God. I believe in that and I am sure I will get justice for my dog.Dr. Wolf do not write in here that you do not have such patient in your clinic. I will post all the document about it.You do not deserve even one star for the review. You are so cold hearted people and do not care about the pets. I am so sorry I trusted you guys to treat my beloved pet. I paid a high price for that.

Blue Oasis are the most compassionate, caring & generous team from the front desk, the vets and to the helpers. I have used them for relocation, treatment & boarding and every time they have been absolutely incredible. I love my cat the most and Blue Oasis have been so amazing with him and I always know that they will always ensure the best. So blessed to have such a wonderful team for my sweet little buddy.

I would to give special thanks to Dr. Isabel. She is very helpful and kind to our sweet Pablo. We came because of our dogs ear infection. Upon entering, the atmosphere is very friendly and relaxed. The staff are accommodating and helpful to us even if we dont have appointment and just walked-in. And the consultation with Dr. Isabel gave us the feeling that she care about the condition and targeting the specific problem. Unlike from our previous experience from other vets that we get the feeling like they want to squeeze pockets for unnecessary tests and treatments. Now we feel that this clinic is trustworthy and sincere. Thanks a lot to everyone! Btw, only 4stars because the consultation and meds are pricey. We wish it could be more affordable its a big help for us too.

THE best vets in Dubai. Ive been taking my pooches to Blue Oasis for 10 years now - it might be a bit hidden away in the Green Community, however please dont let that put you off as it is well worth the trip. To be honest it only takes 15-20 mins from The Greens, which is no time at all when you consider the care and attention you get. These guys genuinely care and will always spend time with you and your pet, making sure youre comfortable and understand exactly whats going on. All the vets are wonderful, but Dr. Dieter and Dr. Edmondo in particular are fabulous. My pooches actually look forward to a visit to the vets, which in my humble opinion says it all.

They take great care of our pets, the five of them, outstanding team, each and every member of the staff.But the one thing I will never forget is how they took care of my deceased cat, when she was very ill and I was out of the country. I returned urgently and, thanks to them, had the chance to say goodbye.Warm, caring, highly professional team.

Over priced

I was lucky to be a father of my first cat for more than 15 years and when I relocated my baby to Dubai and she developed cancer and had surgeries and chemo, Blue Oasis team were more than incredible with her for her relocation and throughout her treatment. Then when I found my new cat buddy mush mush with the nastiest wound on his leg requiring skin grafts 4 times, they just did more than I could have imagined to make him well and I feel blessed that their whole team from receptionists to all the vets who are always are so empathetic and caring and make my buddy well always when he needs proper care. Really fantastic vets. Thank you all.

Loved coming to Blue Oasis during my time in Dubai - I started to use their services because my previous vet had been a bit rough with my cat and Dr Dieter was recommended to me by a colleague. Dr Dieter was very gentle with my cat. The whole staff was very proactive, very professional and friendly. I relocated to the US with the help of Blue Oasis - it couldnt have been smoother.

The clinic is clean but very expensive ! The staff is polite. But exactly the most important ‘the vets’ are not easy to deal with. I have been waiting for days to get a call back and for days to have a medication question answered :(. The vets do not bother unless you Pay for the consultation! Even if you saw them today and you have an inquiry tomorrow - they will not care to come back to you. Imagine you pet baby suffering and not getting a Med related inquiry answered 😖. They are also very very slow! One vet will stay 1 h with a patient and then they have in hospital visits .. brake... I have had to call and email more then 10 times and then wait for a week to get a fill up prescription ( if you are lucky to actually get it). Just to have My lab tests sent to the lab they took 2 days which is from the start a compromised sample. Not good.

I really recommend Blue Oasis. Best service and staff were so polite and helpful. Doctor was so kind and helpful as well, God bless you. My cat is very healthy and doing well. Thanks🤗

I have recently relocated 2 dogs from Dubai to the UK (via France). Jenny from BOVC was instrumental in making this a smooth process. She responded very quickly to any inquiries, and answered millions of questions from me during the process. Getting the paperwork done through BOVC made it to where I did not have to take a day off to figure out what to do for getting EU Health Certificates and Ministry attestations, etc. The guys who picked up my dogs for the pet taxi on the day of travel were also great, they had an issue with the big van but immediately had a back up plan and everything still ran on time. They kept the dogs comfortable and secure and walked me through the whole process. The dogs are now settled comfortably in our new home and are happy to be with their daddy again! Much thanks and love to BOVC for everything! Also - they were more reasonably priced than other pet relocation companies which was a plus!

The best clinic ever, I highly recommend this clinic, to anyone who is looking to keep their pet/pets healthy and safe. All the staff are very friendly, professional, caring, knowledgeable. Reasonably priced too, affordable compared with other vets!!! Excellent service!

I cannot express my thanks to Dr Magdalena Lisinska who showed my do care and love as well as medical excellence.She dealt with my worry and made me feel like we were her only patients.I like the way the receptions staff know me and my dog by name too and how all the assistants stop to stroke him on passing.Also when a dog with a contagious sickness came in the whole place was disinfected and we were told to wait in another room until this was done, hygiene is of paramount importance.I am being relocated, I wish I could take the staff to Geneva!

Our cat Oreo was really sick. I would like to thank Dr. Magdalene for saving his life and turning him around . Also our heart felt thanks to Dr. Oksana for feeling our pain and her concern. In all a big thanks to Blue Oasis. I would highly recommend this place to all pet owners.

Extremely Disappointed by this clinics system and how it worsened my cats health,I brought my cat to have a check up last time related to his eye and they gave me eye drops for him that is worth more than 100dhs. That time they also charged me with a 50 dhs because i asked them to cut his nails that they didnt it tell me its included and the whole total was 481 and thats too much for something that i never got a great result. After weeks of using the eye drops to my cats eyes his eyes worsen and they told me to come again and check up with an eye doctor coming from abroad that costs 750 for his check up. What is this? Fooling people around? Extremely disappointed how inhumane this is. Money is not a game here to everyone coming to your clinic ! I brought my cat here to feel better and get his health on the line not for it to become worse !Another point i brought him before to do the spraying surgery and he stayed there up to 3 days ! without giving us a reason why he stayed for this long conscious ! I do not recommend this clinic at all.

This is the best vet clinic in Dubai as far as I am concerned. I have been to at least 3 others. The clinic is spotless and state of the art. The team is warm and very professional and their vets are the first I have come across (whether its in Dubai or Montreal) that genuinely care for your animal and take the time to listen to you and explain whats going on. When my cat was seriously ill, I took him to 2 clinics that couldnt properly diagnose him. Dr. Dieter and his team did and thats reason why my cat is still alive. I recommended the clinic to a friend whos cat was also really ill and her vet couldnt tell why; the Blue Oasis team diagnosed him and hes better now.

By far THE best and most trusted vet clinic in Dubai - they are not only highly knowledgeable and professional - they actually very genuinely care about the animals - and have been invaluable with pet relocation support - took care of everything!

This is the worst vet ever! Every time I took my small maltese there she was terrified, but I was there to supervise and calm her down. Today I took her perfectly healthy to do a dental cleaning, which is supposed to be a very basic procedure and they killed her. She was only 2 years old, perfectly healthy and full of life. Such a loving dog. They called me to say her heart gave out because of the anesthesia and they could not do anything. They stole a big part of our life, she was our baby, our child. I will never forget the look in her eyes when I gave her to the doctor. Their medical negligence is unforgivable, they administered too much anesthesia to calm her down and they killed her. NEVER take any of your pets to this vet!

I was already warned in the past not to go to this clinic as they care only about the money. I went last year for my dog for the vaccine and it went well so i didnt want to look for another one.This year I brought my dog to be spayed and I also had her sedated to have the teeth cleaned which is already super expensive. I asked for an age certificate to give to municipality, they said they would do it but went I went to pay my bill for spaying and teeth which was very high, they charged me an additional 100aed for one sentence and a signature without informing me before that I would be charged. Justification was I wanted to bring my other dog to be neutered on the same day but he was too young for it so they did the favour of not charging for a consultation, so now I have to pay for that paper!!!Yesterday I brought my dog to check her paw, paid for consultation and medicines and they asked me to come for a follow up that will be charged as a normal consultation once more.I dealt with a vet who was clearly annoyed to answer my questions and who wants to charge for just a follow up.. after the experience of the charging for a piece of paper without informing first Im really angry. this clinic doesnt care about the animal but cares about the money. Im definitely bringing my 2 dogs to another clinic!
