By far the worst place of after sales service in UAE, i dropped my steam iron last week and no follow up at all, i called more than 50 times and no answer, the group call center promised they will call me back but no call received till today. i will have to leave my work and go to the service center just to have an update on the iron repair. completely unfair and unprofessional!*update* so I came to the service center in Aweer and after waiting 20mins for an update from the technician they have admitted that my steam iron has not yet been inspected and they are inspecting now.I asked fir the manager and they lady told me he cannot come but can speak with me on the phone!!!!Is this called service?I think the management should take a look at other service centers and agents and compare the quality of their staff services

Called service center and operator at Aweer and nadd hamar no reply l dont know what type of multinational company is this I was enquiring about spares for the electric shaver but I guess they had a good business

I had to drop my tv for repair. Mr Muttu and Ms Huma has been very helpful and cooperative so far, anticipating my issue to be resolved with their support
