Went there for service my panasonic mixer grinder. They also for other brands. They staffs we very friendly and did the service quickly. Overall satisfied.

Only location change issues, but staff is extremely sincere and cooperative.

Professional. Very accurate service. Our grinder glass container was broken. We contacted them for replacement. They said after 1 month we can pick up as the container will come from outside the country. I got the container. Their communication was very helpful. Thanks Techserve.

Fantastic Experience.I had fixed the connector of my Panasonic Mixer Grinder Jar here the rubber wheel.The front desk guy who was really a nice gentleman took note of the issue and asked me to wait for 15 minutes and Yeah thats it,It was fixed. Just took 20 to 25 minutes and the charge was not so high either. Very happy with the service.

Worst experience ever. I was told that microwave control panel needs to be changed and I had to pay 240 for a Microwave worse new 500 and I agreed. Then, I found after a week that it was not replaced. Finally, I got the door damaged . its a joke honestly!

Panasonic home appliance is worst ..A company which has worst after sales services..really disappointed I highly recommend not to buy Their products..I had bought Panasonic fridge ..now it’s approximately 2.5yrs old . The fridge worked properly till the warranty time later started to show its colors..Anywez1. Every repair took 350 to 400 dhms and guarantee for part change is just 1month after 2 months again same issueNow it’s 3rd time I am having a repair and part changeI think spending on this Panasonic fridge soo many time will buy me a new fridge2. Worst Customer response just to reach Panasonic customer service to lodge a complaint takes 1 -2 days then their ppl come to check after 4 days then with the part they come after 7 days this is the kind of service they give for essential products.N 15-20 we have to regularly followup n then wrk is done which will last for 2mnths its tiring now I am switching the brand but I highly recommend my friends Nd all ppl reading and thinking to go for Panasonic home appliance to take time and think twice before purchasing their home essential appliance ...because of worst after sales n customers response issue ..Definitely it will b a struggle time..

Great that this place is listed on Google Maps and that the folks are friendly over the phone but theres just one poor chap manning the spare parts counter and hes terribly swamped! Waited over 20mins for my turn even though there was only one other guy in the queue (not extremely horrific by Dubais standards tho)
