Extremely disappointed with this brand and will never use any Whirpool device at home again, bought top of the range washine machine and use it very moderately and after 3 years, it just exploded just after the warranty has expired. Quiet scary and frustrating experience with whirpool washing machine and decided to never use again.When calling al Ghandi service center and went to ACE hardware they refuse to exchange it as it went out of warranty 3 years and 8 months. We bought our warranty for 3 years... Al Ghandi and ACE hardware did not even want to attend us. Whirpool have recalled more than 500.000 washing machine from the market in UK , I do not understand how come they have product that explode???👎👎👎

They will quote uneconomical repairs and insist on their 150 dirham service fees.send low paid labour round in pick up quote extortionate repairs then insist on service fee. Rinse repeat all day Long.Edit you cant go to their location as it doesnt exist the position of the pin is for the Arabian centre.
