Horrible service from Samsung for Warranty.. they dont know how to take a backup.. they dont have parts to fix your phone..need to order them.. But also need to keep your phone while the parts are coming to them... Apple is much better.. you give your phone to apple for fixing.. They give you a new phone right away.. Samsung you need to wait for them to order parts and fix and all..

Iam not happy to have any of samsung product again as the call center gaves you not correct appointments and if they gaves you no one called and only receiving messages from samsung call center that contacted you but no one receive the call which is not true i have a problem for my fridge since april and up to now not solved chaged to part but still the same problem it means the part changed were not damaged and still waiting for the service staff to come and change the third part and as you know every time you have to empty the fridge and make us busy .kindly to look up for my problem and i hope you to solve it.

I tried to solve my issue with the TV screen. 4 days waited for the quotation and called several times. End of the day they provided me the price which is more then the price of TV. Outside in the market it’s exactly 50 times cheaper. As I gone through the comments and found very bad comments, it’s showing that unprofessional people are working in service Centre. Will must raise this issue to Samsung electronics and if some one wants the email for complaints, feel free to contact me. I lost 4 days and hours waiting to make a call to customer care.

If I could give a zero for customer service I would. Absolutely no sense of customer service when calling the service center. I purchased a refrigerator more than a week ago and every day they have promised to send a technician to install the water and ice dispenser and still not one person has called or come to install. DO NOT BUY!!!

Customer service department is fine. Technical team is very poor. Bought a brand new Samsung Fridge in 2017. Freezer section stopped working. Samsung came to inspect. Took the fridge for 5 days before calling me to say it needed a new compressor, (under warranty), dryer, step valve, evaporator ref. A lot for a 2 year old fridge. A further 4 days for repair. When it returns it takes 1 day for freezer to reach target temp -19 degrees. I called Samsung technical. No answer. I gave up as it seemed to work for 3 weeks then it stops working. I called Samsung 4 times for an inspection. No response. In the meantime, I have a young family an no fridge so bought another fridge. Requested refund on failed works completed. Not possible. Parts already used. These are 1month old parts under warranty, new fridge bought. Poor communication between technical department and customer service and poor show of good will and testament to there work ethic that they wouldn’t even refund half the works to go towards a new fridge. Buy elsewhere.Further to your blanket response. I asked you to refund me 600AED of the 872AED repair cost that you didn’t repair the fridge. Not a lot to ask as the parts only lasted a month and through your inability to arrange a time to collect the fridge I had to purchase another fridge for my family. Poor customer service, poor technical staff. But you keep asking for feedback!!!! Never recommend Samsung in Dubai. If you want to help you have my contact details.

Just dont want to repair your under phoneeven if its in warranty. Just coming up with excuses. Theres an obvious fault on the Samsung Galaxy z Flip but they with not address it. They like to put the blameon the consumer and have liability no themselves.

Very bad they didnt even call me back samsung uae support the worst support I ever seen even I go emirates mall support shop.and team there ask to get a ticket for customer support and after waiting for half hour I met the guy in customer support section I asked him to get a quotation for my broken screen he said sorry Im mobile support we are not serving screens here I told him already I give a call for your team and no one call me back he said its not my job here I asked him to just put some effort to help he said go to our dealer they can helpIm paying always samsung mobile and tvBut now I will find another alternative in the market at least they car about there customer

Was treated like a King. Service was very good, prompt and excellent repair done to my Galaxy Note 9 phone which had a cracked screen.Just that I felt the Service cost was a bit too expensive for an older model phone. Although they changed the battery also along with the screen.

Been without a washing machine for more then 3 weeks as my washing machine broke down and called Samsung to look at it they came in one week and told me that it was the motherboard that need to be replaced. Next day it broke down again and it took them a week to come back and replaced the motor this time after diagnosing it for more then 4 hours. And again it did not work they came back in 2 days and took it with them this time and called me in 2 more days that I need to pay more for them to change the belt as the problem is the belt.In the end and after more then 25 calls to Samsung I could get a refund but they took 150 dhs for inspection. They were not even apologetic and were very unprofessional Beter not to buy any Samsung products if that is their costume survive.

DO NOT BUY SAMSUNG PHONES IF YOU ARE LOOKING TO USE WIRELESS BUDS TO TALK ON INTERNET CALLS. IT WONT WORK. JUST WONT WORK ON BOTIM. They conveniently blame Botim for this. Which is not a CONSUMERS concern. In this country where millions use BOTIM to make international calls and if your phone keeps gets disconnected by using wireless buds then its an absolutely useless device. SPARE YOURSELF THE AGONY.

Samsung Customer Service has become very poor, They really dont understand anything. I had been a loyal fan of Samsung phones starting from Galaxy Note 2, but now no more. Really disappointed with the camera glitch of Galaxy Note 10 Plus which samsung is not ready to fix or even take responsibility for.

I bought a samsung fridge which was too loud and has a buzzing voice when turned on, i bought from carrefour who basically can do nothing, and called samsung team who says it is normal for 5-7 days after 5 days u have to call back, after 2 days they send a technician whom u pay 150 aed if there is no problem if there is god knows when u will receive a replacement or a refund. My advice do not buy samsung fridge not from samsung and not from any seller. The worst after sales ever!

Customer Service.No one answers the phone and when you confront them the lady there says to your face we are not a call center and were always busy even though i have been there 4 times and its always empty and she is always on her phone but lets not jump into conclusions maybe shes working on her phone.If you dare go there to follow up she will also tell you (again in a rude way)Why did you come?! We clearly told you that when your item is ready we will call you.Parts.Never available no matter what the item is and when they place an order its never on time which makes you wonder how is this a Samsung service center.I have been a Samsung user for a long time and never had to visit their service center before but now after i did i am seriously considering switching to a different brand due to the horrible service.

Good evening dear reader!Poor value. Low then one star I cannot give to samsung Electronics . Today my mobile not functioning properly so I installed new version. Then I saw the camera change it before there was allot options now nothing . Camera results totally different. Also many functions different. I prefer to do not use poor and ..................Manny times I used but this managment and function always make you disappear disappoint.Thank you!

Worst after sale experience from Samsung. Technicians look for MINOR scratches to get out of fixing under warranty based on orders from Samsung management. What a joke the scratch has nothing to do with the issue , it is 2 months before I put a clear coat around the phone which was removed inside the shop by the technician himself!Note: The scratch is smaller than the aux hole, the technician was using a flash light to find it.

I bought brand new samsung fridge from Carrefour and after 3 weeks it failed down and is defaulted. I called samsung for repair...it is now 5 days since I called and no one show uo for repair. They dont answer calls.. product is very poor and after sales service is the worst ever. I dont recommend any one to but this product.

I am posting my phone from Canada and my tracking states that the item it ready to be picked up by the receiver. It has been sitting at the post office for 7 days now and they refuse to pick it up. I contacted Samsung UAE and they cant even get a response from their own Service Center on why they are not picking up my phone. Ive talked to over 15 different Samsung reps and they are basically telling me the same answer and its to wait for this Service Centers response. They wont even reply to their own company - what a joke. All I can do now it wait for them to post the item back to me at my expense. $200 down the drain and a whole lot of wasted time. I will never buy a samsung product in the future anymore even after being a loyal customer for over 10 years.

I am trying to post a Samsung phone for warranty repair. I posted it to the address given by Samsung support. DHL advise they attemp[ted delivery but the address was incorrect. I contacted Samsung support who gave me the Butterfly building address. I contacted DHL and amended the delivery address.DHL insisted on a contact name and phone number before attempting delivery. I contacted Samsung Live, they gave me details of Mr Mohamed and his phone number. DHL tried to contact him but he never answers his phone, they would not attempt delivery until they make contact. I again contacted Samsung live who were extremly reluctant to give me a contact name or number. I finally managed to get details of a person and their number.DHL will; again attempt delivery using the contact details supplied. If they fail this time they will return the phone to me at my cost. It is impossible to get an individuals contact details or to have a meaningful discussion about any issue. I ADVISE YOU NOT TO DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE IT IS IMPOSSIBLE!!!

My note8 which suppose to be water resistance got fully damaged from few splashes at the swimming pool, Samsung claimed that it is tested and doubted my experience, being as Samsung enthusiastic got shocked from their response that it is pure water resistance so guys keep you mobile away from non pure water, means any water except the one in the labs.
