Exceptional experience. I had a totally dead iPhone - tried to fix it myself and bought software online to repair it. Nothing worked. I called in the morning, 30 minutes later someone had collected it and it was fixed and returned back to me a few hours later. I had a faulty proximity sensor. They provided the old part also. Super happy with the service. It wasn’t extremely cheap but I am super happy with the service and they saved all the data on my phone which was of prior importance to me. Very highly recommended.

Unprofessional staff. We waste 2 days coming there to fix iPhone X screen and we paid 700 AED for original - it’s quite high price when you going to NOT AUTHORIZED center.First day when they changed the screen upon receiving the phone we found that text and any app , photo gallery, chats just living own life and scrolling up without any touch.We gave it fix again , after 10 min we got “fixed” screen.We went home thinking that everything is fine now and found out that same issue after 20 min.But we came after night shift so it was too much hard to come back.Even we choose this place by reviews and the nearest one. Even we were ready to pay EXTRA much as they offered - 700 AED.So I was so much disappointed because next day after night shift I waste my time and money coming to this people.They took phone to “fix” and they set me NOT ORIGINAL screen!!!Luckily I read a little before about it and I found out that there is NO True Tone option which must be in ALL LCD screens.This is just TOTALLY DISAPPOINTING.Master is UNPROFESSIONAL and SCAMMED US as we are not that much smart to find out that it’s fake!Well, refurbished phone and copy has a different meaning.I bought online refurbished iPhone which has a warranty. And refurbishing was done by Apple.Copy doesn’t have any warranty and big markets as Noon or Amazon would not cell such a this product.It’s too fail and not professional blaming phone or customer if you couldn’t fix electronic devices.Just say that you can’t fix it from the first time and rename your office to “fixing chairs” or whatever but not mobiles.

I changed battery of my S9+ and speaker of ipone 7 plus. Both phones were done within an hour. Extremely responsive and professional staff. Best of all, they are within JLT.

First time of using this company. Yes slightly dearer than going through Apple for the battery replacement. But apple don’t come to your door and do the repair in less than 30 minutes. So well worth paying that little bit extra for the doorstep service. I will definitely use this company again.

My mobile Samsung Note 8 was not powering on. They claimed it was power ic issue and repaired it charged me 300 AED. After one week issue repeated and they returned money back saying it cannot be repaired. Later I replaced my battery from other place and issue was resolved. However I was told that my mobile power ic was not replaced or removed and battery in mobile was not original. My mobile was first time opened by cell care so either I got a new mobile from Samsung with duplicate battery when I purchased or it was replaced during repair by cell care.

My phone hung up, the phone was dismantled, I needed to reinstall the program. The guys took it, reinstalled it. After turning it on, the top speaker on the phone doesnt work. The reason: when assembling / disassembling, they didnt put it in place correctly. The service refused to correct its error. I highly recommend not to contact them.1. The fact that you sorted it out to diagnose it. This was confirmed by your service manager 2. You didnt suggest I come to you, you just wrote to me, making me know it was my fault with my phone. And then they just went missing. Ive already flown the country when I get to you. Thats why Im writing you a negative review. So that your other comments know that youre a bad company. I have all the correspondence with you and youre lying that you invited me to your place.

I sent my Ultrabook and the repair was less than a hundred bucks. They replace a cable and video panel. Certainly a good deal. Not having credit card machine working is unheard of in 21st century deeming itself as respectable establishment. I had to go through a lot of hustle to get cash and in the end I still paid for bank transfer. Paying additional fees just to pay for the service. Please fix your credit card machine otherwise put it on your website that you accept only cash.Update: I came again to fix my laptop and there was a slight issue with my iPhone button. And once again Sasha and Nadim has provided excellent service and response time. They fixed it quickly and with quality. That’s why I am upgrading them to 5 stars.

I brought my iPhone 7 Plus to them to try to extract the data from it since I dropped it into the Sea 1,5 years ago. in the previous service center after check-up Ive been told that its completely dead, but now I decided to try one more time. Here technician opened the iPhone in front of me and phone there was salt crystals inside and everything looked horrible. Technician said that he will try to extract the data and chances are 30%. In a few hours I got a call from them saying that they was able not only to extract the data but they completely fixed that iPhone!!Absolutely recommend them if you have any issues with your device, even if it seems no hope for it!

Really appreciated,After some days i need to copy the data from HDD to iMac but i did not know how i can, i just call them for the assistant, with in 30 minutes they send me a video for how to copy my data. again after a month my iMac camera not work, i called them they pick it up and return back to me without any charges because there is only the loose connection issue. Above and Beyond !!! They were on time as promised, was wonderful talking to him, had his gloves and mask on and was keeping the social distance all the time. He explained me everything about my phone, and also showed me why phone is acting weird and what needs to be fixed. He told me that my phone will take somewhere between one to one and half hours. I got the call after 20 minutes that my wife phone fixed and working flawlessly. High five to the technician/engineering.It was a wonderful experience and totally satisfied with the service would recommend to anyone.

NOT RECOMONDADED AT ALL. First of all, these people are not professionals. the ask me to pay 315 AED for the IC and battery damage and when I check with other shop in Dubai it’s repaired in 55 AED only and when I told them I do not want to repair my mobile here they said it will take 2 hours to pack the mobile again as it was opened. they make unnecessary delayed and when I went to other shop the said it can be fix in one hour only and not required more time. These people use gum to join my mobile and it was almost damage due to their unexperienced and unprofessional way.They told me that IC and battery damaged when I check with other shop there was only power issue.I am not happy and not recommended to anyone.

I recently visited Dubai for an official tour and unfortunately cracked my Google Pixel XL and was not ready to buy new one as I am in love with my Pixel. I needed to get the screen replaced ASAP and online research led me to these guys. They were quick and I am surprised that screen replacement would have cost a lot more than their pricing. Lcd is pretty impressive and looks great till now. Hope to get the same feel after years too. Totally, they are worth trying even if you are not local.

Fantastic service and very professional. This was the only service center in Dubai who repaired my Sony Xperia 10 Plus smartphone (display issue). All other centers in Dubai said they couldnt do it as they couldnt source the parts. MyCelCare sorted the issue very efficiently and quickly. Highly recommend them for all kinds of electronic issues that need repair.

Great service. I had a Samsung Galaxy J7 Prime 2 with a broken screen. They picked it up within 15 minutes I wrote them. Repaired and delivered back in the same day. Quality work, new screen is original, I dont even notice it is replaced.

My iMac suddenly stopped working and I was really troubled, I typed best repair service center in Dubai for iMac and Mycelcare Jlt came up. I put a call through to them and with the hour their driver was there to pick up my device. It was diagnosed and fixed same day !!!! Would surely recommend great team excellent customer service.

Took my laptop in January and till today it’s not been fixed and they’ve not refunded Mx They claimed COVID delayed getting parts into country but before COVID restrictions they had advised part was ordered. Part arrived later but didn’t work - Which is understandable. But now it’s been close to two months they say they’re processing my refund. David is very responsive to messages/calls but all is giving is false promises. Invoice 17982.Now I’m being told end of month refund should be ready but they say they’re looking at other fixing options. I thought they’re processing refund, why look for fixing options???I just need my laptop and cash back.Update: after this review they called me for immediate refund and asked me to remove the review. But to add salt to the wound, they returned the laptop without the charger and claimed I didn’t give them the charger.

Well how to start? Liars and a waste of time and money. My Samsung S20 had a minor fault with the microphone, I did them a favour my dropping it off to their shop in JLT explaining the issue and explaining that the phone mic still works when calling but not for voicenotes, voice recorder etc.Left my phone for a couple hours got received a call that its done, surprised in how fast it took I go pick it up, the receptisionst informs me that actually two mics were changed for the price of one and that I got a great deal and urged for a good google review. I reach hope, the phone is tapped all around and guess what it does not work, took all the tape off tried multiple times, nothing. I did not mention previously that there is a specific noise that can be heard when shaking the phone after the mic became deattached and guess what? the noise is still there. That means they literally did not even open the phone, they just scanned me out of 315 DHS.I rush back to take the phone back, have to leave it there the night till I receive a call saying that the mic is too sensitive and its going to take time and theyre going to need pieces again. Oh no, thats the exact moment I know they never even tried to fix the phone previously, I later get a call that they wont be able to get parts and that theyll refund me and drop off my phone.The phone arrives with the money, now the speaker more damaged than when given in the first place, theyre lazy, liars, scammers and uncaring towards products.Please do not undermine my review as this is all facts.Would not recommend.

Called asking for availability of iMac RAM. The person who answers the call said its available. Asked for an image of the same so that I could compare it with mine and the guy said he would be sending, but never received it. After repeated followup, got him to say the model number which was partially given.When I Went there to collect the same, I found out that the model was not what I had asked for.If that person had sent me an image of actual product, I would not have visited to collect it since it was not matching and would be looking elsewhere. I wasted my time and I am back searching for it again.Poor service I would say, save your time and look elsewhere.

Excellent. They diagnosed the issue immediately and fixed it within 10 minutes for a really great price. An authorised Apple repairer quoted me 1300aed but My Celcare JLT did it for 350aed.

They were referred to my by an associate whose they had treated with utmost care, Mycelcare returned my already dead MacBook. A1989 was damaged by coffee and I thought my deuce would never work again. They collected it and had it fixed within a day. I’m sure to recommend them over and over again.
