Do not use this place! They said it would take 2 days to fix the washing machine and it has now been over 8 days. They do not answer calls and when they do they continuously say they will call back and never do. We have repeatedly asked to speak to a manager and they refuse to give us the number. Customer service is shocking! Will never use again.

Been cheated with 315 AED for fixing an electical cable which failed the next day and paid another company to fix it the following day, who charged me AED 50.Upon following with several complaints, still awaiting their response for over 3 months👎👎
