My MS Surface Studio would not power on and I gave it to FixSquad to bring it back to life. The parts - motherboard and power supply - were not available locally and they sourced them from outside the country. Got my iPhone 7 Plus battery replaced by them, the technician came at my home at the agreed time and did the service. Initially after replacing the battery I was seeing abnormal battery drain, 10% drop in 5 mins.I figured this is because the phone is still used to the old degraded battery and not reading the new one correctly. All I had to do is recalibrate the battery by draining is to total shut down, left the phone dead for 3 hours, then used an Apple offical charger and cable to charge to 100% while keeping the phone off and kept it charging after 100% for 2 more hours, so about 5 hours total.After that the battery is working well.

I interacted with FixSquad team members on Thursday for a replacement of my screen (OLED) of my I-Phone 11.We agreed to get that fixed on Sunday. Definitely a very professional service. I had a 2012 iMac 27 inch that Apple had officially classified as obsolete and beyond repair. FixSquad collected my 2012 iMac from my residence as promised. I received a system generated email when the initial inspection was done. I received a message via whatsapp to inform me about the pending repair and the subsequent cost. My unit required a power unit replacement and the motherboard to be repaired. Once i confirmed the price and accepted the proposed repair they proceeded. The fixed unit was delivered back to my doorstep as well. Overall a very pleasant experience. Their quick response via WhatsApp makes it convenient to follow up with the team and the 90 days warranty after the repair makes this a no brainer. Needed my ipad fixed urgently, called them and dropped it off late Thursday, saturday they managed to order a new screen and fix it. Honestly thought Id pay a fortune but price was very reasonable.I had also thought my charging system was not working and would need to be replaced instead they checked it and recommended buying a proper charger as the system was fine.They are honest and friendly. I sent my ps4 working with random shutdown issues. I did not agree with their price and they sent back my ps4 totally not working and the power supply was changed (with a totally different part number). I sent my ps4 to them again and accepted to pay the repair charges, my ps4 was not fixed and they said it is not repairable. My ps4s problem was not fixed and it became worse.

Received my phone back with a defect speaker after screen repair. They took the phone back for repair under warranty of the speaker. After almost 3 months I still do not have my phone back and hear every time the same excuse.I understand there were some difficulties with getting the part. Fixsquad did their best to speed up things, but still would recommend to provide the client better feedback as now I had to ask every time for status updates.
