Hi, I had bought a pc from this shop in computer plaza about 3-4 weeks ago and at first everything was going well and the service was nice. After I took the pc home that same day the led button which changes the fan color was not working and the light of the power button of the case was flashing.The next day I took it back to the shop and just told the person in the shop to connect the fan with the mother board and he did that and also had not fixed the power button light properly.Then few days later there was a sound coming from my pc (sometimes the sound comes sometimes it dosent) so I had to again take it back to the shop. The person who was checking my pc was not helpful at all. At the time when in the pc shop the sound was not coming and I also showed him the video of the sound coming and also where it was coming from.Aince I was over there I told him to also check the power button light as it was not fixed properly and he told me that “the light flashes like that and it’s fine” but then I told him “I’ve seen YouTube videos of this case and the power button light does not flash like that” and then his reply was “it is fine does the flashing affect the pc and cause problem”.What kind of answer is that? I paid 4100 AED for the pc which is not a small amount so as a customer I expect everything to be proper and working well. Carrying the pc all the way to the shop and back is very risky and it can not be done always.After telling him about the light I also told him that check everything once again to see if everything is proper because I don’t want to come and go every time holding 4100AED pc. His reply was yes everything is proper. I was standing right behind him and he did not check anything.This was really not a good experience and now I still have a pc with a flashing power light and now the ram light is also flashing. It is very hard to carry the pc to the shop and back home.The shop is very nice the price is also good but the the end product. Already having many problems in the past 3 weeks with the brand new pc.I have to make another visit to shop now. This will be my 4th visit to the shop.

Required after sales support on a defective product but they never returned my calls. Eventually had to resort to contacting the manufacturer abroad directly which resulted in delays and import fees.Edit: like I said in the review, the issue was resolved by the manufacturer directly. Replying to my complaint months after I asked for assistance and after I had to resolve the issue my self is pointless. You left me with a useless product. I was very lucky that the manufacturer was able to ship to the UAE the replacement part, free of charge.
