Excellent service. My LG 55 TV had picture quality issues (bluish image) and I called the service center. Same day the technician visited my flat and found the issues. It was with LED malfunction. They took the TV and after one day they delivered the TV with replaced LED system. Now my TV is working excellent.Thank you very much.

This is by far the worst supplier in the UAE, my advice to everyone to stay away from buying any products from Al Yousuf Electronics. The brand new AC units we have purchased 8 weeks ago have suddenly stopped cooling, upon contacting them they have dishonored their warranty certificate and simply stopped responding to our emails and calls.Avoid this supplier at all costs.

Worst company, they sell defective products and they dont honor their warranties. Stay away by all means.

One of the worst service center . I would recommend not to buy LG products any more , complete scrap and waste of money . On the other hand call center and service center doesnt have any cordination with each other . They dont even deserve 1 star .

Terrible service. The call center rarely answers, the repair quality is absolutely disastrous. They have been repairing my LG washing machine for almost a year now. I keep paying repair costs and it is not even an old machine. They keep saying electrical problems and changing parts. No idea why LG have them as their distributor. Spoiling brand image.

The service levels have dropped over the years.Not a pleasant experience this time.

The worst lg service company, they send you there cheap workers they are unprofessional, untrained and they dont know theere lg product they deliver.Bought LG Signature Air Purifier, the guy delivered it stayed 1 hour trying to figure out how to use it, WTH!, until i told him how to refill the water to make it work.You are LG Athorized service provider and you dont even train your people!!! 👎

I am surprised that Al Yousuf Electronics, Service Central, specially Spare Parts division never receiving the phone calls. As I am aware that LG Jebel Ali always particular to have the most high range Customer Satisfaction. Unfortunately, customer are unable to have the proper response from the Distribution Offices.

I suffered for many days until someone catch my request to fix the washer which already in warranty time.. But till now after 5 days the machine not maintained and needs more time to fix! Really disappointed with thier service and with Carrefour service first.. Its like we paid money for warranty just to get headache first and last.. I think next time I would like to bring technion from outside and thorw the warrenty in garbage.... just to be out of hassle which was happened because of both parties Carrefour first then al yousef maintenance.......

Finally you connect with a voice - and promises to return the call does not take place - I had last week (3/10) spoken to Leena after many attempts and I am yet to receive a call back -This morning I have been trying to dial 04-2673251 - but call trnasfer does work again.
