This is by far the most underrated service center in Dubai! This place actually surpassed my expectations. They are quick to everything, pick up, quotations, same day deliveries.. name it!I have dropped my ipad and the display went all black, I called and asked for it to be picked up and it was return back in the same afternoon, ipad is good as new! Overall it was a smooth transaction! To be fair need to give these guys a 5 star! Would definitely comeback!

I do not recommend them for repairs. I sent my macbook pro for repair and cost me around thousand dirhams yet my mac wasnt fixed. I have sent it back to them three times (the first time was 2 months after the initial repair so it is still under warranty) then again after 6-7 months. Now my laptop completely died and when I brought it to other shop. I was advised that the previous repair didnt do it properly. They just put jumpers to my macs logicboard so it can work temporarily. Also screws inside the components are missing and parts was broken like my RAM slot.It was not professionally repaired. In my invoice its state that parts were changed, but contrary to it they just soldered some wires to it. I tried to reach out to the technician but its hard to get a response. Just dont take the risk in having your devices repaired in this shop, to avoid the hassle, your device wont last long.

Courteous staff who provide very quick service from iBerry. The location is central and accessible. They have discounts on service for Emirates group staff holding Platinum cards.

Please stay away from this place, I’ve went there to get my phone fixed, a bit of water entered the phone and burnt one of the properties inside the phone. Iberrycare asked for 750 dirhams to fix it. But before all that they took the phone for a day, we wanted to claim the phone and get it back the way it was, while they wanted to force us to pay and not get it back intentionally. A shop next to it offered 150 dhs to fix it, now it works just as fine. I have to mention that one of the main workers their are insanely rude. This place is a total scam/ rip off, and please don’t bother replying back to this review whether your the owner or an employee there cause it’s a pure scam.

I drop my Macbook at 5:45 pm. with a speaker issue, I asked them to do it as soon as possible as my daughter will be needing it the next day for her exam, they close at 7pm by the way. They gave me the quote in a couple of minutes and next thing I knew my macbook is ready! Thank goodness they have the available parts. This guys are impressive!

Totally bad services ,i just replaced my iphone 6s screen approximately 3 weeks back and they gave me 1 year warranty but only in 3weeks it again get damaged even a little trauma *falling from edge of table),with my original screen even thousand of times it fell but never get a scratch .i replaced it because it wasdamage while probably at that time it fell down from top on hard advise, their original receipt .can i ask for replacment

I gave my iPhone XS Max for repair on 8th May for frequent restart issue. They kept the phone for 3 days and not a single call or update from their side. I was calling them to follow up instead.At the end on 4th day they returned the phone saying non-repairable issue. Very poor service.. 1 star.Then I gave my phone to Mr. Phone, they fixed and returned my phone within 2 days and at very reasonable price..

It’s a 50/50 bet. If they fix it you are lucky. If they break it then they will make 37 reasons to not take responsibility.Service at your own risk

I filed a complaint with the department of economic (DED) and advice anyone who has an issue to do the same so hopefully government can teach them some lessons. They replaced the screen of my iPhone X and it didnt even last 20 days and started having defects. Theyre refusing to fix under their life-time warranty with a lame excuse that I might have pressed too hard on an iPhone that supports force touch.

I had IPhone X and it was totaly dead basically a water damage phone, i tried in so many service centers but they gave a single option of changing mother board . but i berry care is awesome these ppl cleared the problem with in same day, my phone and datas are good as new. very very happy with their service:)

DO NOT RECOMMEND !! I replaced my screen at them after 1 month the screen was burnt and they claimed it to be pressed upon or bad usage, the screen does not have a single scratch !! so they said its an internal break !!

My iPhone 6s plus was having a touch issue, so I showed it to the other service center, but they informed me that its a hard ware issue and they are not sure if they can fix it or not! So I just took my phone and left. Now I searched on google and found Iberrycare, I called them up and told the issue, the customer service informed me what might be the problem of the phone, so I asked for the pick-up. After 2 hrs they have called me and told what needed to be repaired plus the quotation. To make it short my phone was repaired and delivered back on the same day! Thank you for giving a professional service! Definitely recommended!

Worst experience. Didnt solve my MacBook issues even after taking 3 times for service.They lie a lot, office staff will say something and other guy will say something else, utterly unprofessional. they don’t repair or return on time, I had to call them 10 to 15 times to return the laptop even after their given time period, really really bad experience. I took my iPhone 7+ to the Apple Store at the Mall of the Emirates, after inadvertently dropping it into a sink full of water which both shattered its screen and filled it with water.Apple technicians told me it was impossible to recover my data and that the cost of repairing it would be almost as buying a new iPhone 8.After looking online, I took my iPhone to iBerry Care in Karama; they not only fixed the screen and replaced the camera, the battery and the USB port, but also recovered all of my data!!!Fantastic service, very fast and courteous. IPhone 7 sent for screen repair, no further damage to the phone and was functioning correctly. Within 10 minutes of repair a sensor cable was damaged, (clearly by technician on screen removal). My concerns o& this were ignored and was left with no choice but to pay the extra for the screen and sensor cable. Would avoid at all costs

I changed my phone LCD mentioning they are original, then when display colour changed i visited they told it is some issue with some sensor, filter etc and they kept charging me 100 to 150 $ every time, finally i was fed up and visited apple store and i got to understand that they have not changed anything as they told me and moreover the lcd was not original. please be careful about the reception lady as she opens her mouth to speak lies and shout at customers

They are not fair. For a mere job of software for iPhone 7 ( some corrupt update causes phone to restart on it own repeatedly and drains out the battery) they asked for 150 n told it will take four hours and even a day if phone not handed over earlier. The same job was done by a small time mobile repair shop for 60 in 2 hours.Also they told me the charges can go high if there is any malfunctioning in hard ware of the set.

Didnt fix my phone correctly first time. After the second attempt the next day, their driver continuously lied about when he was delivering the phone. I had been tracking the location with find my iPhone. I dont mind about how long it took, the lying is what I care about. Wont be using this company again purely because of the driver.

I smashed my screen in California last week. Apple would fix for 129$. Back to Dubai and called I berry care they came to my home picked u my device returned the device back within 1 hour and just got it fixed 420 including the Vat . I will definitely recommend this guys superb work thanks cheers.

Horrible experience.Initially to get the deal , they talk very decently .after that they don’t respond properlyOne guy says it’s ready, another woman says it’s not ready, delivery guy says it’s with him but can’t deliver because he is late.Delivery guy calls and asks for location, but never shows up and doesn’t responds to calls.

Very bad attitude to customers, once we contacted them to check if they can get it back properly corrected and if they provide original screen they told they do with some OVM screen something like that, the second time we called reception to confirm if it is original again, one indian or pakistani lady is there she instead of speaking just keeps on shouting & raising her voice saying if you want you come and do

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP THEY ARE A SCAM!!! Not enough space to write how terrible this place is. Lady in the front has the worst attitude, not welcoming, no payment with cards (cash only) ofcourse running away from taxes, they told me on the phone they would give me a great price just come in, i went and they gave me a small discount 10$ Less than what they told me on the phone. Bunch of theives that should be regulated. Screen isnt fitted good anyways the touch id circle isnt working and its popping up. Dont trust them go somewhere else.

One of the worst place you can take your apple products for repair. The customer service lady sitting doesnt properly respond to you when you ask something legitimate instead keeps arguing with you with all the lame excuses. Very poor coordination between the customer service representative and the repair technician. I gave my iPad for repair as it was not starting up and then after a week I get a call stating that there is a lot of things to change in order to get it to work. I request them not to do any repair and I will collect it back as they are charging beyond the cost of a new tablet and eventually When I go to collect it, I see that there is an unusual watermark in the middle of the screen which wasnt there when I gave it to them initially. So after a lot of argument, they admit that it could be because they didnt put the iPad back properly. What a lame excuse.I strongly recommend not to take the trouble by giving anything for repair in this branch; I am not sure if its the same level of service in other branches..

Very poor service. Requested the repair of an iPad Pro due to broken screen. Confirmed that they had the required parts for a 2nd gen iPad. Explained that I was traveling and clarified that they could return it prior to my flight.Everything confirmed. Great. iPad collected and awaiting return.Until I received a phone call to say that they cant repair a 2nd gen iPad because they made a mistake.iPad returned late and still broken.Appalling. I have repaired my iPad pro 12.07 inch badly broken and home button completely damaged so i started finding the other option before reaching iberry i have tried two other people but nothing worked .So i called last the iberry they picked up my iPad in the morning they diagnose the issue within the 2 hours they quote me the price and informed everything can be fixed but not the finger print not be working i said no issue .go head with the repair and u dont believe they repaired my iPad within one hour and after approval they sent me back .Its amazing service i will definitely recommend them .

I repaired my iPad Pro which is badly broken I had no hope I showed to other people they quoted me very high amount but when I called iberrycare they have asked for the pick up services I have said ok come and pick up after picking up they diagnose they quoted me the price pretty reasonable and they delivered it within the same day .this people are amazing I liked their services very well done thanks for it guys .

I got a battery for my Samsung A3 it started bulging with in 4 months . Asked them they replied that it is because of defective mobile charger which is wrong . Don’t waste money here go to Samsung directly

My daughter dropped her iphone (last December and I Googled three companies. (I was too far away from the Official Apple Store) Two of the companies confirmed that they do not use original Apple parts (OEM) but it was vital to me that for the warranty not to be invalidated only original parts were used. iBerry confirmed that they ONLY use OEM parts (they confirm this on their website as well) and thats the only reason why I chose them. They quoted me 295 AED and I was pleased that they were prepared to collect and re-deliver the phone to the Ritz-Carlton (Dubai Marina) Two hours later I received a text from them (Jens) confirming that ...Our technicians have found a broken flex-cable and that the price to fix the phone will have to be increased to 435 AED. They also said that for this extra price they would also give me a screen protector for free. (a piece of plastic that fell off one day later and probably worth (1 cent!) I dont know why but for some reason I didnt believe them and I asked them to bring the phone back to me. They texted me back saying Since we have the phone we will do it for the original price. I said fine and they delivered the phone back to me later that day. Yesterday my daughter told me that the home button on her phone wasnt working so I took it to my Apple Store in London to get it fixed. They did a diagnostic test and asked me whether I had had the screen replaced. I confirmed that I had had it replaced in Dubai two months earlier. They told me that the screen was not an Apple part. Also, they confirmed that the home button had not been connected properly and the fingerprint option wiring had not been replaced. (My daughter confirmed that the fingerprint option had not worked since iBerry “fixed” the phone but had not mentioned in to me.) I have noticed from other reviews that this is not an unusual story from this company. Also I strongly suggest that perhaps those people who have given this company a good review (as I would have done back in December) probably dont/wont realise that the parts are not genuine until they have a problem and go into an official Apple Store. Finally, I hope the owner does not give one of the same silly responses that he has given to ALL of the other bad reviews similar to I have the worksheet so please contact me. This is not a company that in my opinion can be trusted but, of course, you must make up your own mind.

I had a water damage iphone 6S which I took to some other mobile shop for repair, when I told them its water damage,they didnt even touch nor check my phone and instead they told me they cannot repair it! So I searched google and found iBerryCare, took my phone with them,they diagnose it and told me to leave the device as it will take time because they need to check everything and do proper job because fixing water damage is very risky. And because I badly wanted to recover my datas, I agreed. And after sometime of waiting, (which is worth it,because) voila! Phone is working, datas are all intact! Thank you soo much iBerry!
