Worst customer service. Next time you should think twice before buying a samsung device. Unprofessional staff and repairing is really bad, they returned my phone aftee battery replacement with many scratches. Ughh will never buy samsung again
Uncooperative at all. Buying Samsung Galaxy Flip was a waste of money, energy, time and i do regret buying this device, I used this phone for 4 months only, then a black line started to spread from the folding site and now the screen is not working. I took it to the store and instead of helping and offering a logical solutions to fix my screen or at least admitting that this Flip device is a “major failure” they accused me that I either reverse flipped my mobile or i tried to put an object while folding the screen! Absolute non sense! Unprofessional way dealing with customers who came to you seeking help fixing their devices. Don’t buy Samsung Galaxy Flip, they will not fix it for you even if guaranteed. Screen price is almost equal to mobile price. Don’t sell us phones you aren’t willing to fix or even offer a reasonable solutions.
I had come there to change Samsung S8+ mobile phone USB port which cost 275 Aed. Your representative told me to change even Led screen as there is small dark black circle. I informed her that there is not need to change LED screen as there is no problem faced by me. But she informed me that they cant change only USB port as the Samsung Quality test will fail. Then finally I agreed to change Led screen altogether I agreed to pay 800 Aed. After service I see there is a small dark mark when I open my Camera. When I enquired about such issues she informed me to change the camera as this problem exist earlier itself? I informed her there was no such mark before I give for service but she didnt agree. My question is how did the Samsung Quality test passed? As she told earlier that a single small issue in the phone will not approve or pass quality test now how did it pass? They cheated. I had a bad experience with this service center.How did you remove my comments which was posted 4 months ago?Why our rating is very important to you when you dont satisfy customer and why you really appreciate our valuable feedback when you dont satisfy customer needs. (we really apologize for any inconvenience that youve had, this is not the experience that we wanted so from this sentence its understood you want us to experience still bad I think)
Samsung customer service both in City Centre Deira and in Baniyas Complex lack professionalism and they dont even care the customers time.I visited till now 7 times to fix the battery of my Galaxy Watch Active 2 , 6 times Deira and today in Baniyas. Only 2 times they accepted my watch and they said they fixed it but still the issue is not fixed. I went to Baniyas Complex today as advised by Samsung customer service center. I called the service center yesterday and enquired about their timings and clearly they said they will be available till 7 P M and I went around 6 PM. But when I went there the technician said he cannot accept the watch since it was 6 PM. If that was the case, then they should have informed when I called them . I went there to give my watch for repair and they did not even accept it. I hope Samsung does know that everyones time has value and they should train the staff to value the customers time and effort. I told them to accept my watch and to keep it and check for 1 or 2 days but they were not even willing. And I also you cannot even speak to store manager as there is no one like that.THIS IS REALLY PATHETIC
The worst experience ever with Samsung UAE . They took my Samsung fridge for reparation ( 8 months old fridge with warranty from Samsung) more than 3 weeks have passed and still have not received my fridge knowing that it is summer time and with extreme heat but they dont care . since the fridge took more than 3 weeks to get repaired , I asked for a new fridge but they still have not provided it . how come a multibillion company cannot spend 400 $ ? i am very disappointed and this is the last time i buy an appliance from Samsung .
Goto service centre for ur samsung mobile...sud be available longer from early mornings till late nights please
Worst customer service every time you visit them they will tell samsung server is down and we can not do any repair service. I dont know why Samsung is listing this location available for Samsung service.
Very poor service.Few months back i bought one the latest flagship phone from Dubai and after 2 months i found the power button is coming out from the device. Device was perfectly maintained it dont even have a minor scratch on my device.After few days i contacted with samsung service center in Deira City Centre. They told me to come over there, when I went there given my phone to technican for inspection that guy told me it will not cover under warranty if you want to change it you need to pay for it. They also dont have the stock and that guy told me to wait for some day.When i asked him why it wont get warranty that techician told me that switch is broken why because of putting sceen guard on device..Does it make any sense??Then i left there and contacted samaung service centre in Mall of Emirates. They helped me lot on this and told theyll find solution in the next day itself.It was such a bad experience for me. Ill never reccoment to go to this service centre.
I booked an appointment on Samsung Members app for service at this service center.At the moment I arrived there I realized that the appointments dont really matter as they operate in first come first served basis (appointments are useless), and that was my first disappointment.Inside the store Covid- 19 doesnt exist! There is no social distancing guidelines, people are not wearing masks and no one bothers organising the people sitting or standing.On top of that, the service is really slow and unorganized which made me very doubtful and eventually I rejected the service option.I guess the fact that Samsung doesnt have service centers of its own in UAE makes the whole experience up to the standards of the service center chain (Harman in my case).

Staff cant explain customer in english what fixing is done on the phone,had to ask my friend who can talk to her in malyali so she can explain us properly. After continuous repetitive explanations when asked for technicians she called him after an hour. I explained battery is giving issue but they just fixed the software and for 2 days phone did not start. When it started battery is in worst condition, for 2 hours they made me wait but actually fixed nothing. Atleast hire ppl who can talk in english and can understand customer and vice versa. The female kept repeating herself when she did not even understand my complaint. So frustrating.
Guys dont go for Samsung, after sales service is really poor ..even if you guys went to repair something they will do that and after that any fault comes, they will not entertain you anymore...and the service representative say you to highlight this and even though you will not get any response..you will feel like you being harassed by them Samsung I got my phone screen replaced note 8 by paying 800 AED..the phone was working absolutely fine with slight broken screen but I thought to replace it...upon going to store they ask me me to trade in and ISaid my phone is working fine and I would like to replace only my phone screen..they charged me 800 AED and after that network issue started coming up...they make me sit for 2-3 hours in their Dubai baniyas service store and it kept on repeating for 3 times , lastly i asked the representative to give me store manager number and he denied and asked me to highlight this ..I feel like I was being harassed...I was a big fan of note..but by this pathetic act by samsung really makes me feel that its not at all worth to spent even a penny in their stores anymore. They are not loyal at all.#samsung
Hiked prices on the basic products and very expensive cost of repair... Never seen a cost repair more expensive than a new product price of the same item. Only found it at this place.

This store is showing open until 9:00 pm.But when I reached there at 7:45 pm, he said its closed but there people were working and he said that you come tomorrow, what kind of service centre is this, is this just for there enjoyment not to help the customers.I finished my duty and I reached there from very far and he is asking me to come back tomorrow again. Irresponsible persons working in the store they don’t want to work at all just taking free salary. Very rude behaviour. Unsatisfied with Samsung because of their service.

I had come to repair my Samsung S8+ Mobile phone as its USB Charging port was not working plus to install the power button. But unfortunately, the lady sitting in the reception told even my LED screen had a small dark circle so I must & should change LED screen along with USB Charging port & Power button issue. I told her that I dont want to change led now but instead do rectification only for the USB Charging port & Power button issue but she told it is not possible if they do that then Samsung Quality test will not pass. Finally I agreed to change LED screen & do all rectification for 800 AED. Unfortunately, after giving to this service center. I see a very small dark circle in the rear camera. I mean when we take photograph you will see this dark circle in the photo. Unfortunately this was noticed by me after going to my room. Then again I came to the same service to show this issue she is charging me again 271 AED. This is not at all fair and it is absolutely cheating. Also I just want to ask a question NOW HOW COME THE SAMSUNG QUALITY TEST WAS PASSED? earlier she told even a small issue the test will fail.
It was a great service provided by the support team. I have a Note 9 and its camera module was not working properly. I took it to the Samsung Service Center and asked them what can be the issue, the front desk person responded to my query very professionally and sent the phone to the technician and ask me to come back and collect the phone in 2 hours. Thats it.. I got my camera module replaced free of cost (phone was under warranty) in just 2 and half hour. Highly recommended.
Waiting for service center is really the longest waiting time ever seen .. other sales person roaming with no work and they set one staff for service request which is taking long long time waiting .. need to reorganise the work force in this store

They need to know one thing customer is a king.Service was very poor. They need to learn how to be more polite and understand the problem and take or resolve the issues asap and not as per their convient and time.
Quite convenient location, but the service is a bit cool. I wanted a stylus for my Note phone, and it became a bit of a bargaining game - start with a high price and work down. To be honest, it was not an enjoyable experience. Just have fixed and fair and honest pricing. I would try Souq next time.
Excellent service.My recent purchase Samsung S9 Plus made me visit the place. The representative was very helpful and well trained to tackle customers. Since my device was less than 6 months old, I got free replacement for the charging adapter ON THE SPOT.My advice to anyone facing problems with samsung mobiles or accessories, dont visit Deira City Center showroom. They will address you as a burden and lately suggest you to visit this branch.
Wao wao wao 🤗🤗🤗🤗🤩 words are rily few to explain How l grateful l felt after l got my Samsung Tab ProS windows 10 12inch problem fixed....Bravo to Hassan Mohammed (DFC) Mall who fixed it.After purchasing it the retail assistant informed me that little does he know about how to fix the PC Tab and everything concerning its proper functioning.Therefore he recommended me to go to Baniyas Samsung customer services.Uhmmmmm on getting there ,the Brown skin ( he looked to light skinned African) guy....he attended to in less than 2 minutes and referred me to online video or call the main branch (as in Samsung head office). And immediately returned to his other work. #he seemed to be richer than his own job title😎.However other two staff ( Asian) were grate.l had to find my way l spent sleepless night and stressful the following day thinking how he treated me . l just wanted him to do his job as big companys customer service assistant.I tried all other individual shops in Deira but in their point of view they were not familiar with the windows generation of Tablets.The next day went to Dubai Festival City Mall around 18:00hours....Where my issue was successful fixed bya Humble Amazing Patient customer oriented guy (Mohammed Hassan).Hassan your product knowledge, willingness, attitude and patience will yield you the of Desires Heart and will Open you doors anyway.This Tab Not only costing me almost all my monthly pay l have to use on 25th in my examination . I had lost hope till when u fixed it Thank you GOD BLESS YOU.I Love Samsung its products has never let me down.

Dear Samsung user ..... please note that above mentioned service center after 8 pm they are not giving service, but in the system showing till 9 pm working ..... i come from bur dubai by taxi i paid 60 dhs for taxi and i reached sharp 8.30 but they are not given service they instructed that technician and service center work till 8 pm only. Dear samsung team kindly update working hours in the system it will help for samsung user and i lost taxi fee 60X2=120.
