I would have given them 0 star if available.. Could not fix such a simple air purifier who h broke after 2.weeks. We all. Know electronic broke. But there are service provider who can fix it. Very weird bought from Samsung store, dint knew That its jackys in MOE as not mention anywhere out of store...Any item went to. Repair at thier service Centre. Could not fix it and no solution, keep. Telling bring back again..Nver buy from Jacky and jumbo

Too hard to find due to road construction. Reception staff are lovely, also in general staff friendly. You may have to visit several time as technician are not really up to standard to find out issues with items. In general good service.

Well its a huge repair workshop.. take almost all big brands of tvs and other products. mainly sony and samsung.My personal experience was not that good as i end up getting un repaired tv back due to very high repair price quoted...Lots of road construction going on in the area just to.plan ur route to reach the workshop.

Poor response. Had an LG TV part which was required urgently. Customer service was friendly enough and said they would check and call back. Called to follow up several times with promises they would get back but no one got back.

I went there to fix my mobile cracked screen , there was one female Filipino receptionist who was very helpful with me , she gave me each and every detail what I asked her , as per her we will get genuine mobile/laptop products there . If you want to fixed anything they have pick up/drop facility for nearby area . The reason I gave four star is for time which she told me it will take one week to fix, so I came back without fixing

I have tp link neffos c5,701a mobile. But that mobile phone touch screen broken. I check by Google for change touch screen. I got jumbo service center doing tp link neffos from google. Then I contact jumbo service center. I got answer from jumbo,they said to me they are not doing tp link neffos.

It is the worst service that one can get from Jumbo for Samsung washing machines. They have taken machine from my house for repair since 14 days and do not have the decency to update the status when it will be delivered. After much follow up, I come to know they do not have parts. So when asked to return the machine and the amount charged they say we cannot return machine and neither can we pay back the full amount as there will some service charges. On top of the fact that our family is without a washing machine for 14 days. This is an insensitive and poor service oriented company.

Went there to pick my new remote for my Samsung smart TV. They received my enquiry and called backed promptly to say that the product is available. Bit far and will have to face industrial traffic. Customer representatives are pretty friendly.

Extremely bad and disappointing. I came to Jebe Ali service center to pick my order, as I was told the part is ready, but after about an hour waiting there I was to that the part is in Al Ain and I was told that it will be delivered to my home. Yesterday, a Jumbo delivery person came to my home but with a wrong part, and still I didnt get my order. How worse can it get?

Simply they are well managed, trained staff with top of line repair and maintenance equipment and tools. I almost lost hope of getting my sound system repaired, but finally I was advised to contact Jumbo Elec. and I got my Sound System repaired with half an hour right then and there.I advise all that if there is repair or electronic or electrical equipment please do visit them once, the difference is there.Regards

Dear Jumbo and the Dyson team. Thank you for being easy to reach and receptive about information. I brought my Dyson vacuum from Singapore to look for parts. The Dyson technician told me identical parts were not available. But suggested another well thought out solution. Special mention for ANIL the dyson technician for being patient and guiding me on how to repair my vacuum. The lady at the counter was also courteous.

Very good I must say. professionals at what they do.i had my oneplus7pro screen cracked.i called the service center number n spoke to Mr Jithin n he told me he will replace the screen and give me the phone. The same day.when I reached the service center i asked of it could be done on urgent basis as I didnt have a spare phone. they told me they will try to do the job in 2 to 3 hrs. I went for lunch and came back in 2 hrs and my phone was ready.im happy with their service and would recommend Jumbo Electronic service center .OnePlus users this is the one place solution.

Was the only place to fix the screen of my Oneplus phone. Expensive- due to high cost of replacement parts according to the center. Could fix only the front side (screen) but no replacement for the back. Was not as fast as I expected and had to make several visits until collection.

I would rate then a negative 5. After having extended warranty any paying for an expensive laptop they say you dont have warranty (without checking that it was bought from Jumbo) and that the manufacturer will descide on fixing it. Lucky for me I had the proof of extended warranty and things were resolved. All in all inexperienced staff and will stay miles away from Jumbo.

Worst costumer service ever for international brand like Sony, i give a product for service since 3 weeks ago, since day one they advice that Sony will replace the product and that usually taking few days like maximum 1 week, no replacement happened yet and no proper feedback about the expected date to deliver, just repeating that factory not working we will call you tomorrow and tomorrow never come their.A week ago, I advice them to give me a voucher to buy a new product if the factory not opening and am going to receive new piece sooner or later but still they can’t take a decision and no feedback as well.I keep follow up 3 days each week now but a replies is just a pain killer with no solutions. Today i knew from customer service that the service center is now working 2 days a week on Sunday and wednesday only.I don’t know how you represent an international brand like sony if you can’t handle small problems like this, simply you don’t care about your costumers.

One of the worst fixing experiences ever. Gave my bose speakers to fix which was supposed to be returned to me in 3 weeks. For four weeks, I didnt even get an email notification that they have received the device. CAlled the toll free number several times and I couldnt speak to anyone but was given a machine response that device will be fixed in 3 days a week ago. Received a call today from a technician who said he has no idea what the problem is. Pathetic service!A company like Bose shouldnt associate themselves which such a pathetic mode of service. Bose customers deserve better than this.

My experience with them was terrible, I gave a phone to repair and they never got back to me on where the phone was, I called them every week and they would say ill call you back in an hour and they never called. They had the phone, for three months!. With no proper customer service, its best to give to a third party to fix anything than give them.

The staff members here just dont want to assist with an out of the box issue until you push them. Even then its a task. Now I have been told to change my 5yr old Samsung 3d led TV because they do not have a remote to replace mine. Amazing.

Absolutely stellar service in changing my Dyson’s battery, with special thanks to the senior maintenance service agent Mr. Siddiqui.I no longer had my receipt but could provide information on when I bought it and he could verify it easily.Also, cleaned and replaced some parts that were functional but had some wear and tear, at no additional time or charge!Highly recommended!

I left my Acer Predator 15 laptop there. They had it for 3-4 days and said that it would cost 5,700Dhs to fix an issue. There would also only be a 1 month warranty on this part.I told them this was ridiculous and i would find someone else to replace it.Went to pick up my laptop - they said other than the issue i brought it in with, everything was fine.I took it home, plugged it in and now the 2 x USB ports and SD card slot on the left hand side of the laptop do not work.I cant afford to lose my laptop and drop it off for another 3 to 4 days to resolve an issue which they caused. This wasnt even the issue i had with the laptop in the first place!Shocking customer service when you try and call the person who fixes your laptop - you keep getting routed to a call centre and they have no updates on any issue.I left feedback on their website - clearly they didnt read anything i wrote and they told me Bring it to the service centre after i told them explicitly that i cant afford to lose my laptop again.I will not be looking at any products distributed by Jumbo (Dyson, Sony etc) in the future if this is what they are able to do - break a product with no recourse at all.

This is with utmost displeasure that I would like to write this about your service. I have given my Samsung s8+ for display change under jumbo salama scheme on December 3 at Sharjah city centre branch. I was promised 7 to 14 days. I requested a bit earlier as it was only a display change and the person told that he will try. But today it is the 17th day and I have got no feedback. My lot of work is involved with this mobile and everything is disturbed now. I have been calling the toll free number but all service executives informed that they will get back to me but no one ever got back to me. I called the sharjah city centre branch and they informed that they are helpless and contact the Jebel Ali service. I regret for taking jumbo salama and wasting my money and time.
