I was searching to replace my iPhone screen and found couple of companies providing the services. I choose Celmetro to repair my iPhone as they were very transparent, gave the right advice and were very professional. I cannot say they are the cheapest but they dont compromise on the service they provide to their customers. I got my iPhone screen replaced in 30 minutes and also got a screen protector plus one year warranty on the screen. They were also very knowledgeable and gave me some advice on how iPhone is not water proof but water resistant. IPad 7 screen of death, where the iPad couldn’t be restored and kept restarting with white screen and logo. CelMetro undertook the ‘unrepairable’ Ipad that had an unsuccessful attempt by another shop, took on the challenge and after almost two months of continuous trouble-shooting, fixed it!!! Totally recommend them for customer friendly approach and the estimated amount was never bloated up and charged me as agreed when I dropped off the device although many hours were surely spent under the microscope! I repaired my iPhone 6s from CelMetro Al Barsha, Dubai. They did a great job fixing my phone. Phones mic wasnt working and battery also had to be replaced. They gave discount for the battery along with free screen protector. Even though the motherboard had issues, they didnt charge anything extra for that, I only paid the amount that was initially told by them. Great Overall Service. Highly Recommended!

Ive recently taken my iPhone X to CelMetro to get repaired after a very disappointing experience with Apple. Initially, I went to an Apple authorised repair outlet to check why my iPhone X died on me all of a sudden. Their response was: We dont know, the best option is to buy a new iPhone X that would cost me AED 2500. Obviously, I was fuming withe response.Then, I took my phone to CelMetro who were able to fix the motherboard effectively and efficiently, without damaging my iPhone whatsoever. Their prices are fair given the hard and complex work they had to perform with my phone, but saved me a lot of money as opposed to buying a new one. I went to celmetro to get my cracked phone screen (iphone se) replaced. They told me that they could fix it for a reasonable price.without hesitating I handed over my phone to get fixed. In about 30-40 minutes i came back to see my phone and to see that they added a free tempered glass screen protector. Im glad to see my phone good as new and thank you to cel metro for fixing it!

Great customer service, previously I had replaced a screen and battery on my daughters 6S. A few weeks after that she got it wet and killed it so I bought a second hand 6S replacement that needed a new battery. Cell Metro swapped the good battery from her hold phone to her replacement phone at no costs and were happy to do so.

Repaired the broken screen of my iPad pro with OEM parts. Clean and quick repair. Price was fair. After resetting and upgrading to iOS 13.5 the device shut down every 3 minutes. They immediately investigated the problem and gave me instructions but nothing worked. They picked it up again and found out that the update caused a very rare hardware failure. Repair was done, service and price was again very correct.
