I got my first phone protection in Dubai mall 5 years ago. At first I wasnt happy because of the service charge, but then when I compare to glass protection on my other phone it is definitely worth buying since the glass protection breaks easily I need to replace it more often so in total Im paying more on it. I suggest you visit their location in the morning because it gets busy in the late afternoon/early evening. And be patient on waiting for the installations because they need to concentrate also to make it properly align and bubble free. Highly recommended!

Clear coat is highly recommended for everyone, not only its because of the warranty they provide but the excllent service and their product they are providing.I and my wife been using the clear coat long time back and we really like the product. Tow times in raw after fix and pay for my mobile protection get lose within less than 3 days. Make it worst I have to pay for replacement. As they expected to pay for replacement in case it get damage within 14 days. I pay 180 AED for protection stays only for 30 days and keep pay 25 AED for replacement. Worst ever

From my experience. I suggest you invest in a good cover rather than their screen guards.I got mine replaced thrice. All in a gap of 2 months.First time it was after 18 days of getting it done. And they refused warranty saying its more than 15 days and asked me if I use a mobile cover... I said yes... They said it was damaged cas of that and its not their product.Second happened in 17 days of replacement. This time again they asked me if I use mobile cover and I told them no... They said its cas I dint use a mobile cover...As advertised there is no military grade protection

Brilliant product and totally worth it. Brought the product from mobile outfitters mall of emirates , 1year back, tool off the material and the phone still looks brand new without any scratches or dust. Now I am able to sell my old phone for a high valuation in the shop.

Been using glass protector for how many years but these guys offered me fusion this is their impact protector and compared to glass I kept on changing glass for several times in a year because its keep on breaking. Am a fusion user now and still in good condition, been using it for 7 months now. They gave me unlimited warranty by paying 10 aed and I will have new one whoooa!!! The staffs are friendly though and very accomodating. 👍👍👍

Yes lifetime warranty (trick) but the materials were not good. You have to change it monthly due to bubbles will come. And if the bubble comes then your phone gets ugly. If the replacement product is free then fine but you have to pay 10.50 Aed for 1 sideand 21 AED for for all sides. If you dont want to spend more and lose your money then dont consider this. Buy original case & protector that would lasts longer.

I bought my screen protector from the company paying the full fee. They have taken my details and registered me in their system in Virgin Megastore MOE. They told me for the next time I can come and have a replacement of the film for the minimal fee (around 10 to 15 dhs) i came back in Mall of Emirates but different place this time with another guy who was not very friendly and attentive telling me I have to pay the whole fee again since I didnt bring the old film. Ive tried to explain that I couldnt bring it and my details are registered but they didnt want to listen. I dont know why they took my contact details and after that asking me to carry and keep the check. I find it as a scam. Very disappointing service unfortunately... :(

YOU GOT AN VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE EMPLOYEE.Got the worst experience here yesterday (09AUG2020 around 9PM, so you can who is this very rude guy you have). I asked for a full body cover thats got done very poorly. First I ask there there was a ball of dust bump in the side, so he did fixed it, but the deformed film cover is still visible so I ask him to check it out again. He said no wait for an hour and check. So I said ok but then when I check the camera OMG it looks like it got shuttered there was dust all over it. So I approached him for the third time and in to my shock he RAISED his voice and tell me to wait 1 hour. HE DID NOT BOTHER TO CHECK THAT THIS CONCERN IS NEW taht you can clearly see that waiting for an hour to settle the solution is not going to fix it since there are multiple dust inside the cover. BUT I LET IT SLIDE SINCE I AM ALREADY TIRED. I went home, did not use my phone so the solution will settle perfectly. AND GUESS WHAT THIS MORNING, like I said dust will not disappear even when you let the solution cure for OVERNIGHT.SO NOW WHAT, I HAVE TO REVISIT YOU AGAIN ALL BECAUSE YOURE GUYS was SO STUBBORN AND UNPROFESSIONAL.

Not good. I spend 150 dirhams on my iPhone XR. I replaced my phone from apple store,thus I lost that covering materials.i produce my bill for new covering.but the shop guys saying need to bring that old material for the discount. This is not good because customer paying money for lifetime guarantee.

I bought a screen protection for my Apple Watch in the Fujairah store. During my flight to the USA one month later I placed my watch in my backpack next to my sunglasses case. The film on the screen was scratched all along the left side of my watch. I went to the store to have the rubbish removed from my watch, but the clerk would not remove it and kept trying to offer a replacement at an additional cost. There is no way I would be willing to try this junk again, and if I could give a ZERO star rating I would. BUYER BE WARNED!
