These guys repaired my sons iPhone but evidently forgot a loose screw right under the home button. After less than a week, while he was pressing the home button (which wasnt working well to start with), the screen shattered as indicated in the photo. We went back to the shop (which is located at the union co-op) and explained to them that this was a fault at their end and even showed them the loose screw which the guy removed. Their justification was that they dont give warranty for their work. I explained that their work was not carried out properly, but they refused to fix it shrugging his shoukders. Unfortunately, I cant recommend these guys. For them to see the problem and refuse to own their mistake, is something that cannot be tolerated. Thumbs down.

Very bad service. Went to get my screen fixed. Went into the store, I wasn’t greeted, when I said hi, he replied “what do you want” I said excuse me, again, he said “yes what do you want”. Extremely shocked at this kind of customer service. Go at your own risk

Very bad experience with my iPhone 6s. I had the battery replaced in Nov 2020, when the technician told me it would last for at least another year, but it broke down within 2 months. My phones battery is bulging out of the phone. When I went back today for a resolution, the technician said nothing can be done, quoting No warranty, no guarantee after 2 days. What kind of a service is this? On top of this, theyve jacked up the price of the battery as well! I request to get a resolution on this issue, otherwise this place cannot be recommended for any service.Dear owner - This is DSO branch.

Avoid the place. Gave my laptop to fix (Bluetooth, usb driver don’t work) or reinstall windows. It took them several days to say that they can’t fix it. The guy in the store lost the charger from the laptop. Told me to come the next day, but as I had a deadline at work (and next day is Friday, not sure they work) I asked to solve this problem now. I had a car so I could drive to the service and pick it up. I asked to call the service. The guy at the store put his phone on the table and told me that I could talk to them. I was shocked. I felt like he was a client, not me. I had to pick the phone and call and on the other side they said that they gave my charger to the store. So basically the guy was just lazy to look for it.And cherry on the top. I gave my laptop clean and tidy for the service, I got a device with stickers which you can’t remove without leaving the marks and FOOD STAINS! Massive fat food stains. Guess who cleaned all of it?So, 5 days, no results, messed up organization, item was given back in a bad condition. My order number was 4519, drop off 3.05.20 pick up 7.05.20. The staff dont give you feedback they say they will call you but they never do so. Their material is very bad but they still charge you a lot of money for a copy, their material doesnt work properly and the staff damage your phone.iwouldRather say unprofessional technicians which are newly appointed.

Dishonest employees..they sold me a car mobile holder which is supposed to charge my phone too. It never worked .they refused to refund my money back or replace it with something else. Said that it was compatible with some mobile brands. However they never told me so when I bought it . They are not honest. I regret dealing with such a shop . I do not recommend it. They are using fake batteries (I checked with the Apple store after they installed it). They charge you 210 for a battery (260 in Apple store, so I thought I would be genuine).Now my phone is restarting randomly, giving incorrect battery percentage and only lasts for 1 to 2 hours of use. They are refusing to refund me so I filed a complaint with the DED. Hopefully that should push them to give me my money back.

I am very disappointed with the service as i had given them my iphone 5s for battery issue they replaced my battery saying original and charged me 100 AED but when i got it checked in the apple service the battery was duplicate. So i ask nobody to give them ur phones .
