Used the offer from Huawei to replace the battery for 9 AED only, arrived to the service center, but the offer was in high demand, therefore it could not be completed on the day of arrival. As i was leaving country rhe next day for a business trip and would come back only after promotion is over, i adressed my problem to the service agents. Mr. Shameer and Mr. Hamza were extremely nice and professional and tried to accomodate my request, so i dont miss the offer. I was met with smile and my issue was solved professionally. I appreciate the understanding from their side and fast help to me considering the situation.

You have a Huawei device you need to fix, do not hesistate reach out, I would recommend to call the call center first you will get an idea about the cost of repairs and availablity of spare parts.the Customer service agents are very helpful and they will give all the options to resolve your problem and the can fix your device in the same day.expect to wait in the que for some time as the agents will give the customer the time they need.

I went to Huawei Authorized Service Center Dubai Sky tower yesterday (9-14-21) to have my Huawei P30 Pro Charging port and battery replaced. My phone wasnt super charging and my buddies told me that probably I had wrongly inserted the charging cable which resulted in damaging the charging port/jack. I went with the same mindset to this shop. I was very warmly welcomed by Hassan and an African fellow (Sorry, cant recall his name). Hassan suggested that most likely its the dust thats not letting the charger do its job properly. He also said that I wouldnt need to spend my money if the job can be done by just cleaning. The phone was thoroughly cleaned by the engineer (not only the charging port but also the speakers etc as I felt different when I talked over my phone, the sound was very clear). Charging issue resolved too.Guess what? I wasnt charged even a penny!!!Good job to both the gentlemen, you are turning moments into memories.

Very bad serviceI replaced the screen of my device 3 month ago, the device was out of warranty and I paid for the service, after a while the proximity sensor became intermittently not functioningI called Huawei call center and they advised to reset all settings, the issue was resolved for a couple of days the it occurred againI called the call center once again and they referred me to the service center, they also advised the warranty will expire by the end of MayI came on my 30th and they asked me to pay for another screen, they said the warranty was expired yesterdayThey said they were opened and its my fault that I did not come before, they did take the quarantine circumstances into consideration.I have at least 5 devices for my small family from Huawei and I was always recommending the brand to others but now Im very disappointed!I think its time to change to a different brand.

No one has any clue on any question you ask related to your product. All they say is go online to huawei support app and check, then come back to them. The whole point of visiting a physical service centre is to avoid online support.
