Very bed service . Their is nothing like a quick. Everything they will take 4-5 days . And they have to order from company or another service center and why they open this service center , @samsung needs to work on that either give to someone else who will run this better way .

I had an issue with my charger port , i thought its gone , and i was worried untill i met manav there , he was very friendly and professional at the same time, he fixed it in an hour , amazing mobile technician , i recommend to talk to this guy for any phone problems , he is just amazing 👏

Good service. Only downfall is that instead of calling to my friends phone to let me know that my screen needs changing, they let me know once I got there which meant waiting another 2hrs. Other than that good service, patient and polite staff . Prices a lot better than fixing in the mall

I think its important to leave feedback when you have poor service but also to leave feedback when you receive good service. Having said that I was very reluctant to visit this service centre after reading the reviews here but I have to say my experience here was excellent.No one likes to bring in their expensive electronic items as the prospect of paying $$$ for accidental damage is stress that no one wants so I expect the guys that work here have a lot of angry customers to deal with. Upon my arrival, I was greeted by Mr Manavalan who tried to manage my expectations of giving me a 3 day wait time for feedback if my Samsung Galaxy note 10+ was covered under warranty for a defective screen. I was initially annoyed as there was no external damage to the screen and I was shocked it would take 3 days to see if it was even covered. I begrudgingly left the phone with them.To my pleasant surprise, I received a text with a tracking number the next morning and by 14:00 I received notification that the phone was repaired and ready for collection.I came to collect the phone and everything was in perfect working order less than 24 hours after depositing it. I would like to thank Mr Manavalan and his team for managing the situation so well and would highly recommend them for a trustworthy, efficient service provider.

Bought a Samsung Galaxy Fit fitness tracker through their online store 12 days ago, it wasnt working out of the box. It wouldnt charge or turn on so I called them and they advised me that I need to send it back. It took them 3 days just to send someone to collect it and now Im on my 4th day and still no updates! Very bad experience with my online purchase from them as its been more than 2 weeks since I paid and dont have a working product! Their customer service is horrid!

I have been callin around 5 times to the service center noone answesr finally automatic system says to leave a mssgs and once it finishes talking the call drop by itself ...so doesnt even let ANYONE leave a mssg....wt a poor service samsung ,what a poor service!

Very poor service,l gave them my Samsung to fix the charging port on 8 July 2020 and they told me it will take 2 days to fix it but its now 6 days and l havent got my phone back and they keep saying the engineer is fixing it,extremely poor service l wouldnt recommend any one to go there for service.Very poor service.

Samsung service center are useless they keep on promising that your device will be repaired today or tomorrow. But still its not repaired. One of their agents said there is a delay of diapatching spare parts bec. Of the new 5%VAT. Well all uae business has adjust about the VAT how come samsung didnt still started adjusting? One more thing is that they have new samsung devices yet the spare parts are not available if this devices are in need of repair?
