They are authorised for servicing the hitachi refrigerator, first mistake to buy a hitachi refrigerator. Waste of money and very bad experience, freezer is full of ice all the time even clean it . Then secondly call eros for servicing. Their technicians visited 4 - 5 times but they failed to repair it and the door also broken, might be because of removing the door by them on every visit. Now they do not have parts n door and telling us to wait for 3 - 4 months.Realy disgusting brand n also the service n response are very poor. Need to throw it away in only around 2 years of buying....Must not choose.
I own a refrigerator from Midea and since the past couple of months its been giving me issues. Some where over 45 days ago, I called the service center to raise a complain about the problem i am facing with my refrigerator. They did send over a technician within 2 - 3 days to inspect the fault. After the inspection the technician informed me that the refrigerator is not defrosting properly and they need to replace a pin to fix the problem. Ever since then I have been waiting for the service centre to update me on the status of my request. I have to keep following up with them regularly to check with them when will they address problem because clearly the team is too busy to make sure their customer is updated on the situation.Whenever Ive called them, the customer service agent assures me that he/she will get back to me with an update which never happens until I call them back. I cannot understand from which part of the word is the spare part being shipped that is taking it so long for Eros group to address my request.A suggestion to those who are going to buy electronics please check which company is responsible for the after sale service and then buy your product because if its Eros Group get ready for horrible customer service. And for brand who are looking to tie-up with a company to offer after sale service please make sure you sign-up with a company who values their customer.
I was told yesterday (1st July) morning that I would be called back within 30 mins. After 3 hours I rang them back. I was then told I would recieve a call back before the end of the day. It’s now 10:30 on the following day! Extremely poor costumer service! Little or no care for their customers. It has been over a week since the service men came to fix my dishwasher and I have had zero contact from them or update regarding the part that as of yesterday was still not ordered.
I have requested for Samsung note4 battery it was one week back but they are until no call back and no answer me
We are in 21 centuary and eros still dont have delivery, or at least deliver the part to neatest store, why we should drive 500 km to get a spare part cost 20 AED

2 months back Media vacuum cleaner was not working and they said motor has to be replaced and i did. Now again same complaint and motor has to be replaced !!! What kind of motor you are using ? Every month need to change motor ? Dont squeeze your customer like this.

Absolutely awful service. I called on Wednesday to report that my AC stopped working and I need service. They said someone would visit within 24 hours, most likely in the morning the next day. Next day comes, no one calls. I call them and ask whats going on, they say oh someone will be there for sure. Nobody comes. I called 4 times and asked for a supervisor, but theyre all in a meeting. Its now 4 days later and my AC still hasnt been fixed. Horrible customer service.

Excellent Service. I got spare parts for my 8 years old Hitachi Fridge. I was not expecting it to be readily available. I asked for 3 spares and 2 were available. The only issue was for non available parts lead time committed is maximum 3 months. For this specific spare part, no advance was required to pay. Overall, I was happy with service.
Unprofessional place to send any of your electronics , i have suffered with EROS team like any thing , before 1 month i called them to come andcollect my TV and they came very late in the evening , then without even discussing any thing they offer me either we take your TV and charge you 150 Aed or you can send it by your self and they will not charge any thing tell they find whats the issue , directly i have taken my TV and went from ajman to Dubai al barsha and drop my TV , they ask 150 AED before taking the TV for checking whats the issue !!!! then they kept it for 5 Days and they came out with the report which confirm that the TV is absolutely okay and they deliver it back to my house at ajman with 1 month warranty on the tv .. 3 Days later the same issue appear and i call back they came and took the TV ,, 1 week later Which is today they called to tell me thereis an issue in the board and this will cost around 1300 AED ,where is the warranty ? and why this problem appear now ? its only 2 years since i have taken the TV and since its out of original warranty they are charging this much ? why last 2 weeks my tv board was totlay fine and now need to be changed !!!!!!i am not happy at all and i will raise this up to dubai consumers
I visited the service centre to get a remote. Despite being a remote of a popular TV model, this was not available. That is fine but to order a piece, they wanted me to deposit the amount with them. Does this mean that if I dont deposit the amount, this spare would never be bought by the service center. This is totally unacceptable level of after sales service for Samsung. The remote would never be available unless someone paid a deposit for this spare remote.
