Arrogant company, wont listen to customer feedback. It took them 7 attempts to deliver a bank card and they dont want to listen how to improve the process. They think they own UAE logistics.

I was supposed to get my delivery from ikea today 09/09/2021 nothing came. I did not even receive a call or anything. I had to download the app and when i called at 8pm i was told today not possible because his truck has a problem and then he stop answering calls until now no feedback about my shipment. Worst service ever!!!!! Now driver is texting me at 1am saying that i told him to come tomorrow on the call. Utter rubbish!!!

Be very careful, I have been suffering from them for ages and my latest regret is a shipment to Georgia which was supposed to be delivered within 2-3 days, a week has passed and no update at all.They are cheaper than their competitors, but that price difference will make you hate your life.Fedex is waaaaaay more professional.

The worst service ever. Scheduled a delivery. Got a call in the evening that the delivery is in delay. As they are not sure about location. As a result - no delivery at all. And this is a new card from ADIB which is obviously a personal and precious item. Exceptionally disappointed in both Adib for using their services and aramex for the most unprofessional treatment

Wish I read these reviews before dealing with Aramex. I am receiving the absolute worst customer service Ive ever encountered. They just keep saying I will email the concerned team and you never hear from them again... no accountability what so ever. Would never even consider using them again.

The worst pick up center. Extremely slow. Only one executive to attend. It takes about 30 minutes to pick up a parcel. Would be better to choose home delivery that’s significantly faster.

Handy little aramex office in DIC, just one employee so somtimes the wait is crazy.

Didn’t update their times for Ramadan, I came at 5pm only to be told to come back at 8pm. Showed up at 8pm sharp and they only opened up at 8:20. They have lazy and incompetent employees.

Respond time was really. Shorter. Easier and quicker as well. Got my shipment on time. Its easy to collect from my office while going back to home. Hurrayyy

Only if there was zero rating as an option !I arranged a simple document pick up from Dubai to be delivered in Abu Dhabi. Waited 4 days and called the incompetent customer service to find out that the document was never fetched because of a system issue aka incompetent agents !I don’t blame the agents because it’s the companies fault that these agents are not trained - how to talk, empathize, probe or are given system/product training!I spent close to 25 mins on my first call to arrange this service as the agent was unable to understand basic names or mobile numbers.After completing the call I received a call back after 5 minutes from the same agent because she forgot to ask certain info relating the shipment !I don’t know the service at their physical locations but calling 600... is appaling to say the least !My first and certainly the last time with ARAMEX !

Very small office with just one employee. Better to avoid and either use their app to pick what you want to send rather than going to this office.

Terrible experience, the officer named Mohammed Mousa was extremely rude, he was late for 20 min I was standing and waiting for him, despite that he saw me waiting, didn’t make any effort to apologize, or at least hurry up, instead he rudely said - you can complain to the office.

Never get on time. You want to wait for there time.

Worst service ever experience is always with this company. I never do reviews but right now I have no options since there is no chance to get any help over the phone from this company. Waisted already third day today on waiting for scheduled delivery. Impossible to call them to talk to anyone, you pay for someone’s service to completely waste your time and stress you so much! Who knows when I’m gonna receive my package. It says will be today 2pm-6pm as requested(same like other 2 days) and today is actually 3rd day I’m sitting at home for no reason. My advice, never use this company find other even more expensive and don’t deal with any company that works with this one(as I did).pay more dont stress, this is just unbelievable.

I sent a small sports accessories to India from Dubai to be used for personal purpose by my cousin.Aramex India charged us 110% duty on the same inspite of the fact that duty was max 20% on it. Aramex did not give any proper documents that they collected the money as Custom Duty. Not sure whether Aramex pocketed the money in name of duty. On top of that, they have stationed non cooperative customer care executives who can not solve the problem.Moreover Aramex in india do not deliver on their own. They tie up with some local delivery company who dont take any responsibility and delay delivery by days.Be careful with Aramex. I had worst experience and would not recommend to use Aramex ever.

Every time that I have Courier, Better I choose to pick up in their outlet ,nearest to me.

Aramex Dubai has to be one of the worst delivery services I have experienced in Dubai. Doesnt even deserve the 1 star. They are SOOOO unreliable, unprofessional, no sense of customer value or loyalty what so ever. The drivers cancel pick whenever they want or cant be bothered to show up, they keep you on hold for 30 mins min when you contact HQ and then they reassure you and apologies to then do nothing about it because it happens again and again. I have never had so much bad experiences with a delivery service. The supervisors are kind and sound pleasant but useless and never actually empathise for the inconvenience caused by they incompetent staff they.They dont update you or call back when they say they will. Do not use the service unless you have unlimited free time and looking to waste time and play a games.

Try other couriers. These guys just put you in a circle of confusion, call this, wait, we call you. Its a battle. Aramex lockers do not work as intended either. Dhl and Fedex is my choice.

The worst service provider anywhere on earth, you can never reach a human on a phone, phone system is a rabbit hole that gets you no where, inaccurate app and lying delivery staff, the most frustrating service ever, everytime I recieve a notification that aramex will deliver my shipment my heart sinks ! Worst service. They can’t deliver a small parcel inside Dubai more than two weeks, while I’m receiving parcels from different countries within 5 days.Call center quality is very poor.

The service is slow. Online options are not convenient.I have scheduled a pick up from Abu Dhabi to be delivered same day to Dubai mentioning the time between 08:30 till 11:30. It is 12pm now and the courier didnt pick up yet. Called the given number 600544000, on hold for more than 30 minutes. The agent redirected me to another agent, but nobody responded.The services are becoming worse and worse every time.

Aramex seriously needs to review both delivery and pick-up services. Delivery window is too wide and never on time, pick-ups are so crowded and to reach an agent in call center is impossible. Pl. contract us to redo your service model or i see Aramex as a name in history.

Absolutely the worst company ever. If the there were a cup for the most unprofessional company Aramex and shop n ship would win it without contest. You can’t talk to anyone. Courier prices and snail mail deliveries. I have logged countless complaints in the past year.

They did the job. It is a small outlet so I guess it is mainly for sending / receiving documents and small packages. In case you are sending or picking up something bigger, you should consider taking a drive to their branch in Al Quoz - I think it is the main station before the packages are shipped to the airport. The outlet in DIC can easily get crowded since it is really small. And they are not able to issue invoices for huge amounts(above 1500aed) which is disturbing...

This location focuses on just sending packages. You will not be able to find anything else here. There was no queues when I went and the service gets done efficiently.

Another Zero from me. I am just surprised how they still in business with their poor customer service. If I own the company I would look for another agent to handle UAE and surrounded region instantly.

Very unprofessional. I arranged for a delivery time between 10:00 and 15:00. Its approaching 18:00 and I havent even heard from the delivery personnel. Whats the point of offering preferred timings when theres clearly no adherence. I called to follow up and was on hold for over twenty minutes. I hung up before the call was even. I will never make the mistake of choosing Aramex as a preferred service in the future.

Really wish I could give a zero. Got a message to arrange for delivery. Some important document. Was informed that next day delivery is not possible as WE DO NOT COME TO THAT PLACE ON THURSDAY. WTH - this is one of major banks of UAE and the reception is always busy with courier guys everyday. Ok - accepted the lame excuse and asked for the same to be sent to DIC for pick up. Even after 24 hours waiting for confirmation which I am supposed to receive before proceeding for pick up from a place so poorly staffed that it closes during lunch as there is no cover staff available. What levels of customer service. And from the reviews it seems organization doesnt even care to regret

Excellent services. Thank you Aramex. Most important they call and arrange the delivery time, no just jumping at the door you suddenly get your shipment. I struggled with other shipment companies as I am frequent traveler and hard to stay in the office so many times I missed the delivery due to availability

Got WhatsApp message giving me choice where to pick up my delivery. Well, would have preferred to collect from sender. That would have been closest.ARAMEX, please put a flag or sign board outside the building. In all those construction it is almost impossible to find you. Especially Google Maps was entirely useless in this case.

I wish I could give 0. All previous people just covered me. This is ridiculous service. They send you message for confirmation and then they come whenever they want anyways. You arrange a day and a time, and then the courrier calls you next day to tell you he is outside and coming regardless of what you arranged before. I do not understand why they have this useless whats up “service”. There is not a single person to communicate with. Worst company ever dealt in long time. Amazon is really losing money because of them.

They will have you waiting all day 9-4pm to have a package delivered with no possible way of tracking. I would strongly recommend better delivery slots and customer service.

WORST service EVER!!! Operators are lying all the time. Reshedule my deliveries without notification. Courier called me once for 3 seconds and then not replying to my immediate calling back. - that they are calling you was not available in delivery address at that time.I wish all of them lost their jobs, company became bankrupt, and never ever do any business. I will post this on daily basis for all your branches until my delivery completed. If not - every group in facebook as well.

Poor systems, incompetent leadership, false promises, make you wait for days, lie every time on call, customer service person on phone is helpless, phone numbers not displayed on their site. Delivery through ARAMEX is more of a torture than customer service. They have audacity to schedule time with you (twice) and then after whole day wait they wont show up and when you call them they will tell you our courier guy was busy. They will send you WhatsApp to confirm your address and delivery time and then wont show up and rather tell they still dont have complete address. Absolute mockery of customer service and e-commerce. hope they shut down ASAP and Amazon lose them ASAP else Amazon will suffer same fate.

The Media City branch is outstanding. The guys behind the desk give friendly and fast service. Get rid of the lockers or relocate them inside or at least in the shade.

I have been unfortunately dealing ARAMEX (non-my choice) since I came to UAE. The worst courier EVER, an advise; if you have the choice, just use Emirates Post, more reliable, cheap, good customer services and actually deliver on time
