Delivering Happiness. For whom??I wonder if there’s any point in reviewing, obviously no one in Emirates Post care. There were lots of negative reviews prior, regarding their poor standard of service. Yet, I am still face with the very same issue at this moment. Called 6 times, sent email and I was given a reference number and advise to call (again).3 appointments later, the delivery still nowhere in sight. Do I want to put myself through this again???

Unacceptably bad service, cannot get my items since weeks , call center don’t follow inquiries and gives misleading information , triple extra charges for the delivery which is not completed, wrong information in tracking system showing my goods are received but in fact they are not received and I’m still trying to get them. Worst ever service together with extra triple costs.

Worst services , after continues calls and follow-up , still Im not able to receive my delivery and I dont see any chances anytime soon . I have may be called 10 times to request to deliver the items as time has been mentioned , even 2 hours extra thn said time Im not able to receive . Even the drivers call im not receiving . help line will send me sms after every call successfully closed ur inquiry , the explanation of the msg is Successfully informed ur request to operation what is the benefit of this SMS to me when Im not receiving any response from the operation . Im so annoyed and irritated , I would never recommend this service to anyone ever. according to them , Th driver will not make him available on ur convenient time , U must arrange ur self according to driver , that will never happen because u dont know his time since he would never call you lol

Very disrespectful staff, useless and incompetence to the highest level. If your gonna deliver a package on a specific date/time, show up for crying out loud.Instead of wasting peoples time and time again.I would never recommend using EPG

At least they pick up the phone nowadays, but they still mess up too many shipments. (delayed, lost, sent back, etc).

Giving 1 star on the behalf of worsts experience of there services. It is not first time but many times when u will call on help line they will put u on wait and tell u to goto website or app.Just wasted 1 hours of calls. ☹️Thank you so much.

Terrible Service, unfortunately Dubai residents have no choice but to use Emirates Post for receiving Government Docs etc. I only use DHL/UPS to send items as Emirates Post is unreliable. Most government services have improved under Sh Mohs leadership, but not Emirates Post. I chose an AM delivery slot and moved a meeting to be home to receive an item, its now afternoon and the item is still not delivered.

The worst service ever! My order delivered to Dubai from Germany since 10days and still nobody delivered. Impossible to reach customer happiness center always the lines are busy, have to wait 15 to 30 min. When you finally reach the agent it’s impossible to talk noisy, kids are crying , the agent can put you on hold forever and not professional at all!I would have given ZERO star unfortunately it’s not there!

People who picks up their own shipment should definitely check twice or thrice with the customer service if its really ready and available.Apparently internal miscommunication is a thing here.

A service which is unsatisfy. Customers are left without any information about their shipments. Even asking you get to be notified only by email, that your shipment has been returned to its local place and needs to be picked by the sender, to resend. Unsatisfied 200% from this service.
