Costed 20 dirhams for delievering my id from distance of 5 kms. Unfair and poor service also

If you wanna go there the. Choose evening timing and believe me there will not be even a single customer there or car in the parking area. I just went there last night parked the car in big empty parking area and took me hardly 5 minutes to receive my parcel. I dont know what is the situation in the day time but later in the evening there’s no one there but the staff.

If you can spare an hour or more to receive a package, then you are most welcome to come here. Only one staff behind the counter and a long long queue of people waiting, even the seats were almost full. See attached image!! Only counter number 2 is open with one extremely slow staff at it.

This is the worst service there is only ever 2 person behind the counter and Manager sitting in office. I have had to wait 20 minutes just to collect overseas mail it is a joke. Regretfully its the same poor standard for all Empost offices i have been to except the small one al barsha

If there is a minus star I’ll rate it. Staff on counter and rude and impolite (maybe it hasn’t been her day ,week or even a year). She doesn’t bother why are there ,just finish as soon as possible. Very disappointed with service.

I have been there to post a letter at 8:35pm. The person at the counter was on the mobile and told me to come back in the morning because the counter was already closed. According to the website is closing time is 9pm. Very unprofessional!

The staff is very bad, and the customers are not courteous. This includes the receptionist and counter staff.No system though there is a ticket machine. Except that the employees are messy.The center needs to rehabilitate and train the employees

As per the information on the site ergonomics on Saturday !!!When I went there it was closed.
