Its very worst service! I send my application last march until now i don’t know if my documents already delivered! All of the staff they don’t know their jobs!! They giving to me a tracking number when I check it its in a wrong location. Come on guys! Instead of Canada its send it in Australia! I will never recommend this company.

Worst experience. Illiterate staff. 000511495151 and 000511494890 two messed up shipments. Both originated from lahore by 2 different customers. One was supposed to go to Dubai (my shipment) and other one was meant for Italy by another poor customer of yours. Thanks to your staff we received the shipment that was meant for Italy and our packet is missing. On repeating requests to lahore office to return the shipment that is still in lahore because that is ours, no responsible response. We tried calling dubai office and they said it is matter to be sorted at place of origin we cant do anything. Your staff is lying to the other customer who sent a shipment to Italy that their packet is in transit while it is with us in Dubai. No one should ever use your service because of this behavior. At least dont lie, if you have misplaced the shipment or its lost or stolen, let the customer know and take responsibility of your actions.

In what right are you collecting admin fee for a inbound parcel of 15 aed where as vat value is less than 4 aed (DHL or even empost don’t charge this). When I contacted customer service I was advised to contact shipper? (Yes I will do it to tell them not to ship through you)

Please never trust your shipment to this company! They lost 4 boxes of my personal belongings (more than 50kg in total) and refuse to communicate. All correspondence stays without any reply from their side.Skynet, if you say you take it seriously, please provide the name of responsible person and his/her contact number. Some weeks ago, I already informed the company with tracking numbers and all the details of lost shipment, but the person who was recommended by your customer service never writes/calls back. Please don’t say that you care because you obviously don’t. I called him several times, but he’s never available on his working place and he doesn’t bother to call or write back.

I have experience worst experience with Skynet.As I have book a package for which I have to wait so log. It was a official Package and need to be submit in bank on time. But didnt got any proper response.Even though after 3 to 4 attempts I got connected with operator which shows how professional are they.Also there is no proper tracking detail available on there website so how we can track our urgent shipment.Ill recommend all my friends & family to not to use this service. My sister sent me some clothes from pakistan, (Pakistan post) she paid charges already in Pakistan. sky net delivered it to me in UAE., and again they charged 37 Dhs without giving me any reason. 2kg parcel from pakistan, already paid to Pakistan post there. Again I had to pay to skynet for no reason. They blackmailed me, please guys dont trust them. They will not let you know the charges when you call them. Understaffed, this place easily has 4 people in line on regular timing. The process to pull out a package is lengthy. Parking is a also an issue, its very rare to find a space available in front. The only option is to park at the back where they operation center is and then walk to the front. They should really increase the number of staff and parking.

We placed 5 orders for our customers and they were alllllll late for 5 days!!! We got a bad reputation and many complaints and reviews ONLY becaue of this company and extremely late deliveries!! Just 30 minutes ago, your currier agent called me and claims that he can not find my building (appartment unit), after all the clear and understandable instructions that i gave to him through the phone when he called. It was clear in our conversation that he is just down stairs in his car, and he ask me to go down and get my package and threatens that if i will not go and get it there he will leave. In any country that you are in, irregardless of race acting professional is very important as an employee, i know that because i do act professional and the delivery person which you employed isnt and very rude.

This is literally the worst courier service in UAE and surprisingly big brands use them. 4 days back I got a message saying my stuff would be delivered in 24 hours and till date there is absolutely no update on the delivery. Awful service! they have apparently attempted to deliver my package three times each time listing that the address is incorrect or incomplete. I have called twice to confirm the address and given contact numbers for the driver to call is he has any issues.However this should not be the case as the address is a luxury hotel in Dubai so you can really get that wrong when you GPS its name as its the only one in the UAE! its also open 24 hours so can be delivered at anytime and left with concierge. No Excuses for such a poor delivery service.Now they are not answering the phones!!looks like Ill be having to contact Dubai Customer Protection as well.

I can’t believe, that this kind of company is allowed to operate in Dubai. My parcel is with them since 8 days, every single day I am calling them to arrange a new delivery over and over again. Every day a new service agent is telling me promises that I will receive it the same day - but nothing happened so far. Today I called them again and I have been informed, that my parcel - value 3000 AED! - has been delivered last Thursday and signed by me. What a lie!!! I haven’t been even home last Thursday!I just contacted Dubai Customer Protection to file a complaint about them and I recommend everyone who is experiencing these kind of issues - to do the same. This is literally the worst delivery company I have ever experienced! For the past 4 days they have been stating that the item is out for delivery, and then update saying no-one available which is a complete lie. They have not been to the delivery location once. I have spoken with Zaina, Mohammad and Amena numerous times each day, and they inform that they will request for the driver to call. No one has ever called! I was also assured that each day I would receive the delivery, still nothing. They also ignore your calls, and when calling off a number they dont recognise, they answer straight away.You can see from the companies response, they only ask you for your tracking number. Once you tell them this number they will say it is out for delivery and that is all they can state, over and over again.Completely lack in customer service. Oh and dont even try to call customer service, it just puts you straight through to the same people that are not in any way interested in sorting the delivery issue.The fact that all the reviews are absolutely shocking and they have not in any which way tried to sort the issues, says it all! and the staff dont care about customers one bit!

I think the reviews speak for themselves here. I have been waiting for 6 days for a parcel that was out for delivery last Tuesday and no one can tell me where the parcel is, or they just lie. The staff do not answer the phone majority of the time, are rude and cut the line when requesting answers on the delivery. I have literally never used such an awful courier, monkeys could run their company better. DO NOT USE!!!!

Worst customer service experience from Skynet Worldwide Express Dubai.I sent a shirt to Pakistan last week and I was told to pay AED 200 in lieu of custom duty in addition to the courier delivery fee of AED 55 in order to deliver the shirt after it got to Pakistan. Skynet did not provide any information regarding this was given when I initially called to check how to send it. No email was received with tracking number or info. No airway bill was provided on collection even on asking. When the package was to be delivered, we were told to pay 200dhs because that was the value of the shirt we had mentioned on the order. Adding value was a mandatory field and Skynet Pakistan office said why did you put value and Skynet is charging extra amounts and you should use Emirates Post instead. What would you expect when their own staff is of this opinion?Skynet refused to return the shirt back or deliver without paying the amount. The customer service agent was rude and when I asked to speak to manager, I was told he will call in one hour at 10am on 14/12/2019 and no calls have been received until now i.e. 0209pm on 15/12/2019 even after calling at least 5-6 times to follow up, telling them that I am travelling tonight and need to resolve this before I leave. There has been no response or even acknowledgement of the request.We are not in touch with custom authorities and trust courier companies to inform us on any possible liabilities or changes of policy. Skynet has just shrugged the responsibility and the loss incurred due to providing incomplete information and now are delaying matters unnecessarily by avoiding to talk.I have launched a formal complaint with DED to escalate matters

I would rate them a zero if there was an option. By far the worst service ever.! Zero Customer Service.! Zero Reliability.! Zero Trustworthiness!. If you want something delivered on time, please consider a buffer time period of one month for delivery, that would also include hundreds of follow up calls, uncertainty, loss of time and your worthy peace! They do not honor the promised time frame for delivery and the customer service is extremely weak and the management has no integrity to take over customer complaints.

My package has been sitting with their driver for over one month and I have called them over 5 times to follow up, everyday they tell me they will deliver it and they never do. I provided them with my home address AND work address and told them there is a concierge and receptionist but the delivery man keeps lying and saying that I’m “not home” and mentions the status on the order as “attempted delivery” which is a TOTAL LIE because I was available during those hours!When I called the customer service he told me to pick up the package myself from their warehouse!!!!Disgrace! I was out of town and they said they delivered it to me and I signed while I am not even In the country! This is possibly the worst service Ive experienced in Dubai. The courier called me to tell me he was 2 minutes away from my building though I was at work and he didnt care to call and ask when it was convenient for me to be home to collect the package. Obviously the security does not let him in so he leaves and does not accept to return because, and I quote that just doesnt work for him and asks me to meet him wherever he happens to be when Im done with work. We then agree that he will be drop the package the next day. He messages me at night to tell me he cannot because he will be on holiday for Eid break and asks me to drive 40 minutes to his office to pick up the package or else he would have to deliver it a week from now on Sunday, where guess what... Id be at work!!!!!!!Update!ANOTHER ORDER FROM SKYNET GONE WRONG.I have received a total of 4 messages saying someone tried to call me but I was not available so they left. I have no calls from anyone.Finally someone comes with my package and tells me to pay 643 dhs even though I already paid. I show him my receipt and he tells me Im lying and that he wouldnt give me my package. He yells at me and tells me that I need to pay him the cash now or else I wouldnt get my package! So he leaves! I call the company and ask them to fix this immediately as its been 2 weeks of them telling me they are not available to send me the package. They tell me to call someone else as they dont want anything to do with it. Naturally now... They are closed and will not solve this for me so I have to wait another week till they deliver my package because of course.. My timings dont work for them.

From the online tracking, it says that the item is out for deliver but I still called their call center to confirm. I was informed that it will be delivered between 1PM - 5PM. I called before 5PM to inform that I havent received any call yet. Then I called again after 5PM since I still havent received a call from the driver and the person I was talking to said that he will send an email to the concerned department and that someone will call me regarding the delivery. At 7PM, I called again to inform that I still havent received the item but the rude agent just puts me on hold and then after 2-3 minutes he got back to me with an answer I am sorry but unfortunately the item will not be delivered today since the driver worked half day today.1. I called several times and was PROMISED THAT THE DELIVERY WILL HAPPEN THAT DAY.2. The last agent that I was talking to WAS SO RUDE! Worst customer service.3. The item was not delivered because apparently the driver worked half day that day and I WAS NOT EVEN INFORMED THAT THE DELIVERY WILL NOT HAPPEN.4. Worst courier service by miles. I am trying to send a package from Sharjah to Al Ain, they have the package for the previous eight days. For some reason the package is checked in at their Abu Dhabi station first, then they have sent it all the way to Al Ains station, wasting two days. On Thursday, they said the location is far from them and they can only arrange these kinds of shipments on Mondays. I asked them clearly: so is it going to be delivered next week on Monday? they said yes. Fine. Today I called just to make sure the package is going to be delivered tomorrow. (you have to call them 100 times before they pick up). They said they are off on Monday because of Eid holidays and the shipment is going to be delivered after they are back from the holidays!!! They have wasted eight days only to inform me that the package will arrive at the destination after the holidays. I was not surprised at all when I saw all of the negative reviews here....Oh and i forgot, if they said they will follow up and call you back, they never do. Once they sent a fully loaded car to pick up 30 packages from us, obviously the packages didnt fit. Unbelievable...

Absolutely the worst service I have had with couriers. My package was an internal delivery within Dubai, yet they picked up the item one day late. The parcel is now THREE days late and still has not arrived.They claimed that the 3rd party courier they worked with (Skynet) kept making mistakes in terms of delivery times and locations, but this lack of communication between them should not have the customer absorb the consequences.Update: I just received a call from a person who received my parcel asking me if it mine. WING and Skynet have delivered my item to a different person and left it there without confirming!!Absolutely disgusting service. I received my package from brands for less just today (Aug 13, 2016, 11:45am) from this very rude delivery guy from Pakistan. I had 1000 bill to pay 361 and he said Customers should have change! Worst service ever! Had a parcel to be retuned to the merchant and the courier calls me at the very late of the night, and repeatedly asking my address and never came to pickup the item. They’re very rude, I have to blocked the number of the courier who constantly calls me since he’s only asking my address and told me “he’ll come tomorrow” and never happened! And, one time this courier guy called me in the middle of the night, around 12am, that’s the time that I blocked the number.Customer service from their office call me to check my availability for them to pickup the item, and she promised me that the courier will pick it up the next day, and guess what? Worst service ever. There is courier guy name Mohmd. Usman, he always came whenever i scheduled a delieverg (in ajman) he is the meanest, rudest person alive. He misbehaved with me, my sister and even my Father. His words were too cruel, his tone always unwelcoming. And on top of all he was illiterate. I have a blog of 70k and i promised myself i will ruin skynet and wing.ae for this. They swapped my orders 10 times and i had to pay to get those ordered back. And when i asked for a refund they said they cant coz they will be at loss. Not seeing that i was at 200% loss. I paid for the shipment to be sent, that was INTERNATIONAL!! Skynet worldwide Express is most slow, non-cooperative and without sense of courier business at all levels, including pick-up & delivery agent, customer support call center men/ women and managers.In short I am advising all customers not to use this service for anything if you have time constrain or need delivery on particular day & time. In case you have time & money to waste Skynet is best option for wastage of time & money.They have no proper tracking system, if you will call them for tracking, you will told driver is on the way than whole day you will wait and in evening or late afternoon you will get the delivery. This guys provide very bad and unprofessional service. But still giving them 3 stars because they charge reasonable. So conclusion is that you if you want to send not very important and urgent documents use their service.

They were the courier from Italy CKGS Schengen Visa Application, so I had no choice but to use them. I called them early morning when the package is out for delivery that I needed it on the day since I had a flight that evening (it was my passport). They kept promising that it will come but, nada.When I checked the online tracking status the next day, it said Delivery Attempted on 5:35 PM. Nobody came on 5:35 PM, and I know since I was in the office until 7 PM waiting for the courier! Had to reschedule my flight and pay extra, and now still waiting for the effin delivery with my passport to arrive!Update: After nonstop pestering them about my passport, it finally arrived! I was so worried I was going to waste another 880 AED for rescheduling my flight

Pathetic customer service., for one simple non document parcel, their business partner DHL hold for almost 15 days without any valid reason. and skynet also dont know how to resolve matter fast.very very disappointed. cannot give negative rating. or will do it for sure.

Never ever deal with them as a merchant i have 30 to 50 orders shipment COD daily i used this company for t months , never i faced such disrespect in my life from a company and more also they dont care and they dont listen to your issue with them customer support so bad , and bad team and management they dont care , its not allowed to transfer the line to GM or any GM they are working like community they cover each other mistakes , you cant ake any complain about any one working with them cause any how your complain will not reach any manager ,you hardly can reach the accountants by phone and its like impossible to reach a person from the company by landline number , so many shipment was lost for me and no record they have and late to do payment , its the worst ever really not re commanded at all ,here i am wasting my time to write this bad review and comments about them why> cause they made it impossible to resolve my issue with them and for all the time i wasted with them trying to find answers and talk to them , end of story after i closed my account with them ,

Been waiting for an item for 3 days (been promised at 4 different occasions it would come but still nothing) and still not arrived! It was within dubai! Useless service and if I could give 0 stars I would! Horrible experience and staff that don’t understand a word what you say. Would have taken me 1 hour to drive to the store and pick the item up myself, but at least I know until next time!

Worst customer service in Dubai so far, they can’t help you. They tell you they will contact the concerned person and call you back but they NEVER! do. You can’t ask to talk to the manager because they don’t have a transfer option and when I insist to talk to the manager, they tell you he is not in the office! All my shipments says delivered on the website but I do believe they lost it!
