Worst delivery services I have ever encountered. I never review to anything EVER but this company made me irritated enough to write a review about it. And I must agree with x3131x x3131x I am very disappointed with ADIB for using such terrible firm as their delivering service.Very impolite delivery employee, and call centre never pick up. Am not gonna go in details to explain what happened but just to make it short they want to give you the delivery whenever they want at whatever time they want and for me as (a working employee where my line of work is never in one place and have a lot of meetings) it is not very appealing..They come out of no where demanding for you to come while you are busy, I mean seriously I have asked them (POLITELY) to come at a certain time but no, delivery guy decides to come earlier and gives me a time limit to come and pick it up, and I did go. But never found him?! he left and shut-off his phone..

I am extremely disappointed with the service. I have a Credit Card Delivery form a bank, TCC have been promising me to send the card from 11th April; as of today, my card is in Dubai while I am in Abu Dhabi!!!!After invested hours on the phone, the supervisor “RIDA” said that they will try to deliver it tomorrow afternoon to my address. Not only this, she can NOT share with me a direct number to track the status of my shipment!!!I would NEVER EVER want to work or deal with The Courier Company.

The worst delivery service you can get, no body can imagine how bad they are stay away, Im supposed to get my shipment 15/MAR and I recived it at 28/APR true story and did so many stupied thing I dont want lose my time by talking about it, by the way Im really disappointed With Abu Dhabi Islamic bank they use this cheap company.

Call center will not pick up call at least 8 -10 mini, Delivery is too delay even u call many times. Promise from Customer care is not indent to meet.

Poor services, they will not check your address , and they will send the item to some where else, you have to go to the office which in Al Qouz area to inform them about your location cuz they will never answer your call. stay away from this courier.
