I have been phoning constantly in order to arrange for my bank card to be delivered.I am always told that delivery will take place on the day but nothing happens. No communication from the driver even though I am told every time he is in my area.Terrible experience.

Customer service agents are rude, inefficient, dishonest. never received my item despite calling several times. they promise to call back with conformation and never do. I was put on hold indefinitely after requesting email address to write an official complaint. when tried calling again after 10mins it turns out its outside of the office hours. in the end I requested my bank to sort it out and arrange for a branch pick-up.what a disrespectful, time wasting bunch.AVOID.

Theres only one word - NIGHTMARE! The delivery of our cheque book was scheduled twice, it was never delivered, they never called, theres a mumbling robotic person at the customer service who promises to deliver it next day. We have to move and pay our rent and we simply had to cancel everything because of them and now we dont know if we still can hope to get the apartment we want. They dont deserve to be on the market! Why such a bank as Emirates NBD deals with them?? Dont they read all these reviews and get the customers feedbacks??

The worst service ever, i was supposed to receive the delivery between 9am to 11am, none came, i had to call their office 5 times, everytime said that they will check with the driver and call me back... Didnt happen so far, even after 2 days !!!!!Its a bank document and I wonder how irresponsible they are in handling courier and the customer !!!!

Pathetic service.Most rude delivery person I have ever come across.Totally unprofessional, inefficient and untrained staff who dont want to take up any responsibility for delivery and even checking why delivery was not made as scheduled.As customers we have to call and follow up but nobody is bothered.Will share this bad experience with my bank relationship management as Im surprised they would choose such a company.Giving one star because there is no way to give negative rating

WORSET SERVICE EVER!!!! Absolutely shocking service! I have been waiting for over 10 days for some important shipment. I’ve called every single day to be told they would be delivered the next day and nothing! No one seems to take ownership of the issues and actually help the customer. I still don’t have my parcels I’ve even offered to collect them but they also can’t accommodate that either.

Delivery team itself confused with where to deliver. Had a nightmare with the callcenter and delivery guy for my cheque delivery. I had to personally go and collect my shipment from their office. Not a good service at all. I booked the time slot as per their convenience and stayed at home whole day for no reason....

None of them had the basic courtesy to follow up with me regarding my courier .One of the representatives I spoke to was Ms shruthy. Worst Service Ever!!! I’m not sure how they have 4.3 rating. If you follow the top rated comments, obviously fake!!They were delivering a cheque book from a bank to me. I scheduled the delivery on a Saturday between 8:00 am and 11:00 am. No one called me to confirm but the online schedule was confirmed. Waited till 12:30 no one showed up. Called JMBR and a guy responded telling me he will check with the driver and call me back and he never did. I called them again at 1:30 pm and they kept me on hold for 5 mins to tell me that the driver will be late for another two hours, and that he’ll call me when he’s around and the lady blamed the bank that they were late. Asked her, if it’s the bank’s fault why no one called me to tell it’s being late, or that It will be delivered late afternoon? And why did I book online if it turn up wrong. She had no answer!

If there is 0 star option, Id have choose it. Not professional company they asked me about my preferred time of delivery, I told them after 2 pm. The next day the tracking status was customer not available!!! They updated it without reaching me or contacting me!!!. I called to complain today morning they said in your area we can deliver in the morning time only. I checked the status and it says mobile number not reachable!!! They didnt even call me !!!!! How its not not reachable?? Bad delivery company I advise not to deal with them. Their carriers are laying and updating false status. Useless call centre employees.

The delivery courrier experience ever. The company is changing every day the delivery date without advising, the drivers are rude and they even hang up on you after talking bad. No follow up is done, no contact made with customers to advise on the change of delivery date and no explanation given just it won’t be for today and deal with it. I do not recommend them when there are a lot of alternatives with more efficient accurate and better quality ver all service than JMBR courier

I have been denied the receipt of my document as o do not have valid EID as the visa had gone for renewal.Also I offered my New Visa stamped passport and they denied the document saying its not an official ID. Couldnt understand this statement.Customer service is really unacceptable.

It’s being over a week I have received a call from your customer service that my cheque book will be delivered, and every day I get fake promises from your customer service and I did not get any single call back, I work on the field as a courier as well, I know how and what it takes Ron give good helping hand in this field also I can’t be home in working hours time and I desperately need my cheque book but I did not get any good solution from the customer service neither did I get a call from any courier, every of the customer services are just lying to me and can’t be believed(proofs on all my recorded conversations) I don’t think this is professional as this job is suppose to help humanity not to make one feel bad. They are by far the worst the courier company ever! They have my Emirates NBD debit card for over two weeks but just wont deliver it! They come up with new excuses everyday to avoid delivering! Its been a complete nightmare! After calling them everyday for a while week and calling Emirates NBD, the solution is to too to their warehouse to Jabel Ali and check if I they cant even assure its available there! This company should not have license to operate if they will not deliver urgent things like debit card and are most probably into some tampering business! I am now going to open a new bank account because this courier just wont deliver my card and the bank says nothing they can do about it!! Noone please ever deal with this company ever! I will complain to consumer court and post everywhere so noone ever uses their services! The customer service people are absolutely unhelpful and have a standard answer which helps noone!!

I wouldnt even give this company 1 star but unfortunately thats my only option. I was told and received out for delivery texts for 2 weeks straight and still my package was not delivered. When you ring the number it goes through to a human being maybe 1/10 times if youre lucky, the other 9 it either goes to voicemail or says user busy. The staff do nothing apart from tell lies and false promises. I was told on multiple occasions that my package will be delivered today to then wait in all day and nothing being delivered. I would then ring and ask why my package has not been delivered, despite being told throughout the day that it is out for delivery and will be with you soon. The staff then tell you that it will be delivered the next day, and then again no delivery. I urge you to never ever use this company as it will only be a waste of your time, money and patience. Monkeys could do a better job at delivering packages than JMRB Courier.

You can tell that all 5 star comments are fake and 1 star comments tell you whats really going on.Worst company to partner with and will definitely ruin your company reputation. WORST SERVICE EVER!! I chose the 8 to 11 slot to get a courrier from ADCB and when i called them , they said that they will deliver by the end of the day. How horrible can this be.I have a meeting to go to and its delayed because of them . Even the customer service are so rude and as if they are teaching me what time is. They have time slots in their app and i chose accordingly.They didnt even bother to mention that they have would be late. Even when i called them , they asked me to directly call the driver. How unprofessional.Then the driver said that he has so many documents to deliver and hence he will be late. Irresponsible and worst attitudeThe executive calls to confirm and arrange the delivery location and time and on the other hand, the delivery guy reaches the location at a different time. I was suppose to get my DIB shipment on Sunday 22nd before 2pm which i didnt and i have to call JMBR office to check and they said the driver have called you and you didnt pick up i checked my phone and i didnt get a call ... they promised the delivery will be done by 23rd before 1pm... i called on 23rd at 9pm to check and they promised it be delivered before 1 pm... its 1pm and i didnt get my delivery... i called they said its on the way... i went to pray and he called me at 1:06pm and i called him back at 1:16 pm and he hanged up the phone on me and i kept calling... which i end up calling the company... they said he called and he reached but you werent available... he never reached the company which i am working at and if he have someone would have collected the delivery on behalf of me and this lie is been going since yesterday...i needed my DIB as i got commitment.unprofessional and poor quality of service.going through the reviews of others i have noticed a lot of complain and it seems nothing have been done to improve4 complain today after 2pm and nothing have been done

Horrible service, I would not trust them with any important and urgent deliveries. It is shocking that EmiratesNBD trusted them with courier services for its Priority Banking customers. First shipment was returned to the bank without even single effort to contact me, second shipment was out for delivery but did not arrive. I spoke to two agents while waiting and both assured me that I should receive my package but third one told me that it never been given to driver. I wasted a day waiting and 15min before end of business they delivered this disappointing news. How onr can trust their service after such experience? We should complain to their clients, i. e. banks.

So basically they called made an appointment to deliver my debit card between 9am - 12 noon and never showed up. Tried all their numbers on the confirmation message no reply what so ever .... Didnt show up , and didnt cancel. This is the worst service I have ever received. Ive been waiting for my package for 7 days, no one answers, no one is responsive and every time I call they tell me we will let the manager call you back and again no one calls me. Worst Customer service! Not responsive. I booked 8-11am timings, I followed up before delivery time until the time passed, which caused me to be late to work and I’ve been trying to call for many times for follow up and update, and someone answered and put me on hold for long time, or they will tell they will check and call back but never did, and at the time i keep calling they wont answer cause they know the person calling, after I talked to one more agent and i told him maybe they can change the address but no he’s insisting for me to wait for the courier, are u even thinking? Who will recieve if im not home? So he said if you’re not in the delivery address it will be deliver tomorrow, so how is it my fault? Am i the one whos late? Making excuses their driver is new, telling its not their fault, and telling me ive been talking for 5mins and wasting the time, and even i chose 8am-11am their work started at 9am, so what’s the purpose of choosing the timing then? Delaying my work for no reason… I ordered a cheque book from my bank over 10 days and you fail to deliver. Every time I call they say i will receive it the next, however they never stick to their word…Worst service ever, and I will not use or recommend it even if it was for free…0/10

If there is minus star ratings options I would like to prefer that.One of the worst courier i ever faced. From 3rd of July 21 till now 9 July 21. Still waiting for delivery. Got three delivery confirmation calls but still not received. Many calls i did every time staff lying with zero information.

This courier if there is negative zero of service level i will tick it i got schedule july 20,2021 2 to 5 pm. I called also saturday july 24 and they said sunday the driver will deliver 2 to 5 pm but no one are calling to me i called how many times more than 8 to customer service at 4.50 up to 5.20 no one is answer. I suggest dont choose this courier services.😡😡😡😡😡

Worst courier service experience I have ever had. Not only their line does not work consistently but also they were unable to track my order with all the information provided. An expected lead time of 3 days became 17 days and counting. On top of that they committed to a scheduled delivery day and time which was not met and no notification or message of any sort were provided to the customer. Their website is useless as its tracking features do not work. The reputation of the respected companies partnering with JMBR Courier Services is definitely affected with the association with such low level and unprofessionalism. In short, a disaster.

If i can give less than zero star i would have done it. They have been sending msg for five days that my daughter debut card is out for delivery and never deliver. They are good in apologizing only. Emirates NBD should scrap them

The fast shippment and delivery of bank package is treated as the private courier business. A serious approach would be to send the tracking number and agree on rescheduling if you are not able to deliver on time. Instead my shipment is passed from one courier to another one without any notification.

THIS COMPANY IS UNRELIABLE. my shipment is supposed to arrive between 9am to 1pm, i called them at 1:30 to check where is my shipment and why it has been delayed the only answer they have is I DONT KNOW, and that all I need to do is wait for indefinite period of time because the driver is lost and not responding. Is this the type of service you can offer? unreliability and incompetence?
