Incredibly unacceptable and unbelievable of the lady with black gown, I reckon she came from South Africa. Slow, ineffective, and unprofessional service!!!! Prolong my ID for two weeks!!! I receive the text and even checked online saying that the ID is ready for collection but whenever I went there and assigned to her counter, she always said NO. What’s the problem with her?? She should get fire.

Very poor costumer service,I got message from central post office that my Emirates ID is ready and I have to go and pick my card from there but unfortunately its very far for me.I called central post office and they told me that I can request from any post office near by me to transfer my card,I used to do that before already,but when I visited this time the costumer service people has changed,before there were two Local People and they were very polite and nice,but this time there was one guy and he told me he is from Egypt,very bad costumer service,he did not want even to listen to me when I tried to explain that I was doing before the card transfer between post offices,but he was very rud and aggressive,he was smirking like I dont care about your complain at all.VERY POOR SERVICE

No sitting facility.. Queue is made on footpath outside the post office..Dint see any office working this way..!! Total disappointment..!!

Bad experience always. For collection of my EMIRATES ID I have shown my document. Still they need one more slip from post box that they deposited in box !!!!! Waste of time

The Security person here is always seated on a corner seat and behaves as if he is disturbed when someone ask him something. The management must look into this and take corrective steps.

I am really afraid of officer here. Sometimes he shouts on customer. Carry always change otherwise you will not be entertained.
