The worst company in any field I have ever dealt with!My parcel was mistakenly sent back to Dubai from the UK after being sent to Dubai by mistake the first time.I had to pay 1200 AED for charges and for the parcel to be shipped back to its original sender.I paid this over 5 weeks ago, after many time being told I would be updated on its progress I have still yet to recieve any information, no tracking number nothing.Vijay who has beem dealing with it reads my messages then doesnt reply, I will be contacting the police to report them as at this point they have just stolen my money, the worse part is I didnt even choose to use this terrible company.Never use these ever!!

We received a gift from our family in Pakistan, the shipment went tru them, they selected SOLD. We eventually had to pay 130€ for a gift wich is not worth even 20€
