The delivery man was not professional. I had to keep telling him to put the package down by the door because of Covid-19. He kept questioning me about who I was. He kept asking me what my name was. I kept telling him 4 times what my name was, but he just kept standing there with the package in his hand. Finally I said, “PUT THE PACKAGE DOWN!”He was horrible and I got a migraine headache after he left.I had not experienced that before.Terrible service, terrible delivery. That delivery was supposed to be easy like every other delivery, but he made it horrible.He does not need to be delivering packages to anyone anymore!!! Find someone else.

I can’t begin to describe what a nightmare it was dealing with the delivery person. He was awfully rude and unprofessional. I left the cash for him at the door for a no contact transaction. He claimed he didn’t have change. Although after I told him I’d contact his company he waited for around 30 minutes in the car and he took off. I tried calling him to see where he’s going because the change issue wasn’t sorted yet. He hung up on me. I sent him a text he replied that he left the money already. So he had the change but it’s obvious he was hoping to take AED 40 in tips. Goodness he was so rude and dismissive and even waved me away while I spoke to him through the door. I couldn’t take it I texted him “you’re rude” he said”yeah”. I texted back saying I’ll be send a screenshot of this conversation to your employer he said “So?”. Haven’t been through anything like this in my entire life. He is next level unprofessional. I called Time Express and could access any help, I also emailed them early this afternoon but no reply so far.

I received a text on 5th December around 9:30 a.m that my package would be delivered. I even was sent a tracking link and it showed that my package would be delivered in a couple of hours- which was great. But then on the prescribed hour I checked the website again and it showed it would be delivered in the next hour..... This same scenario continued till night 9: 30. So I spent an entire day in anticipation of my package and also cancelled my meeting just to stay home. The next day I received the same message and wasnt falling for it this time, until the courier guy WhatsApped asking for my location to which I called and confirmed with him the approximate time of his arrival and hence carried out my day as usual and was also back home when my parcel was to be received. So the service wasnt bad, but my day spent in anticipation was horrible. Thank you!

As per app my delivery date was 28th Dec to 1st Jan but till 2nd Jan there was no update. On 3rd I call them to deliver d parcel on priority but they didnt not knew what time courier person will come. So I waited full day but no one called or delivered.On 4th the courier guy called around 10:30 am n took d location n he was completely unaware of this area. He said will be reaching in 1 hr but no update, than I called him atleast 3 time to deliver as I had to go out.Finally he arrived around 1 pm n called saying come down as there is no parking as he was alone. I went down he handed over wrong parcel and asked for payments. I checked d parcel n told him this is wrong parcel, he looked lost n confused. Than finally gave me my parcel.After 2 hrs he called again say plz share my location to deliver the parcel.Very unorganized n unprofessional courier service.

Staff needs more training on how to deal with customers. Received a delivery today on a Cash on Delivery mode of payment. Amount to be paid was 220ish and i gave the delivery guy a 500 bill. He had no change so he rudely told me to go down and bring change for him. I wouldnt have mind if only i wasnt working in a Clinic and had patients to take care of. This exchange went on of him trying to force me to go find change and he only gave up when I told him he could return the order and that I dont want it. I know that I should have prepared the exact amount to avoid any hassles in the delivery but I did not expect the order to arrive as soon as it did and was notified too late for me to prepare said amount.

I have my muudha orders delivered through Time Express. They are always very quick and very professional. On a couple of occasions I wasn’t home, but they always try to reach out to reschedule. I would definitely recommend.

Very convenient. I did online and created an account, scheduled an online pick up for an envelope which i wanted to send abroad.The next day i received a call from the staff named May that my documents will be collected,a driver came to take my envelope right from my office, so i didnt need to go anywhere. A few minutes later i received an update from the staff named Dasty about the envelope being received and processed and sent me the AWB on my email.
