Ever tried talking to a wall time and again ? try communicating with Aramex !Horrible is an understatement.They have whatsapp chatbots who have a standard reply - tracking number is wrong.To connect to a human, we have to call a 600 number which is charged Aed1 per minute, and every call keeps you on hold for at least 5-7 mins before connecting, which is loss of previous time and money.The real issue - tracking website shows no updates for 4 days - is this what couriers are supposed to do ?You complain to the customer service on the website, each time a different agent gives you a different reply, and the issue is closed.You reply to that message, you dont get a reply.In short, they dont deliver on time, they dont answer you, each customer service agent is unaware of the facts, and what I can understand is that by delaying replies, they are only buying time.Given the choice, I would never use this courier, rather work with second class couriers, who are more answerable and responsible, and response.

Third class services provided i orderd a delivery from Ras al khaimah to Dubai it more then a week and still i didnt recive.pathetic service i will say no one should use aramex services

Horrible service. If I could rate them a 0 I would. They totally don’t care about their customers and they’re not responsive. Any other shipping company would’ve been more useful.

Horrible service. Better use cheaper courier companies. Aramex delivered to a stranger at my destination and aramex uae didn’t even had a number of Aramex branch in India who delivered my courier to stranger! Pathetic!

They should upgrade the lockers with the ones that you can open remotely (Contact less)

The driver came to pick up. But he didnt bring the packaging bag to put the items inside. I told him to bring the plastic bag so that i can see how it looks like. He left and canceled my transaction. UNPROFESSIONAL EMPLOYEES

Id give 5 stars if they would just move this facility INSIDE the Bay Avenue mall. Why is it outside when there is a lot of empty space inside? (I guess the cost of rent?) Its so easy and convenient to collect a package but my cosmetics were in 35°C+ for over a day. Not good....

The worst company I have ever dealt with3 weeks I am waiting for the to come collect item which must be returned to Landmark so I can Get my refund. Three weeks every single day I call and every single time they tell me today someone will come for collection. Unbelievable! I dont know what else to do. The worst service ever! Highly recommend to avoid this company

Locker service is awesome 👍 you do not need to deal with customer service anymore.Customer service is bad 👎 delivery guys show up without prior appointment, sometime they dont show up at all even with an appointment 👎

Very bad service or not responding and I took laptop to online shopping and pay to aram3x delivery boy.after when I open the laptop that was different to my selection.i call delivery boy and he too me that company will take in few days but to 09 september until today no-one person come for take laptop to me or refund my money.
