I used Meridian to pack and transport my household items from Dubai to Pune, India in march 2021 The packing was terrible and much damage and breakage occurred. The chandeliers and other light fittings came all broken/smashed as they were just dumped into boxes surrounded by our clothes obviously. All the painting frames badly packed were damaged at the corners. Clothes were dumbed into boxes and reached us all crumpled. A lot of crockery and glassware came broken due to poor packing. I have sent pictures and numerous messages for compensation to Sherli Kumar the Manager in charge of Relocation and Transportation. He rarely replies and if he does make a commitment his word is never kept. I have never dealt with such a 3rd rate organization and would not recommend them to anyone.

One of the worst places to get your stuff shipped from. My parents and I transported 15,000$ worth of furniture and house supplies just for us to literally lose 10,000-12,000$ in value after everything arrived in literal pieces. When we tried filing a claim they blamed everyone but themselves. We tried to look for solutions but they wouldn’t help us anymore due to the high bill they were going have to pay. I bet you remember me now Meridian. Dont ever ship to Canada through them or any other place if you’re a family. They are the worst to deal with and worst customer service. No guarantees for safety. A bunch of amateurs handling big boy business.

Staff too busy to call back

Good customer service. Well rehearsed with all the documentation. Comparatively better rates than dealing with courier companies directly as Meridien offers bulk rates. Conveniently located in Qusais which is the hub for many residential areas
