Service was quick & driver was nice. The only problem was that there was only one very small driver to deliver a 325 pound box in a crate then expected my husband to help haul & carry it into the house by hand! What if it was only me at the house, there would have been no way to get the box out of the truck into our house. My husbands back hurt him for several days afterwards.

They are Super Supportive and very timely service. Just send them the location and contact number, res they shall handle and deliver the courier to your door. Also there rates are also cheap comparatively to the market.

I had given a small work of collecting an item from Dubai to Abu Dhabi. After 2 days when I contacted them they said its not been collected but when I contacted the sender it was already collected by someone in the team. Their office cant even trace their own airway bill and service representative promised to call back but didnt call.Update:After several calls and follow up, item is now received.

Scammed!!!! Horrendous experienceI recently launched my Amazon store and called max courier to book a pick up and to enquire about opening a professional account. For now I booked just one pick up as a regular customer.No one showed up on the day of pick upI tried the landline and there was no answer on the day of pickup and the next day tooI was absolutely ignored via whatsapp, no response at all!!If they do this to someone willing to sign up with them professionally, I cant imagine how badly they treat regular customers

I have never written a review but I am so disappointed with company that I’m considering filing a police complaint on them for my package that has not been delivered to its destination yet. From the same day delivery, it’s been three days now. This cost me an important deal and I am absolutely furious with the lack of professionalism, their lies around the pickup and delivery time, their lies about the area coverage and pretty much everything else. My mistake was not to do any due diligence before hiring them.

Very very bad max courier there nobody professional, there i booked one order more then one week finish nobody come to collect if i call to driver he said wait if i have time so come and if i call to office they are only ask me location again and again and tell me ok driver will contact to you but nobody contact to me.

Dont trust this courier their representatives make false promises for collection, yesterday booked for 4 boxes for al ain and person who supposed to come and collect 1 time he received call and said he will come before 9pm but after that he never picked call, since my commitment was there with customer i had to hire pickup and pay 250 aed for delivery from my own pocket., use any other courier but not this one its suggestion

They have no customer service or quality control. They deliver nothing on time and the communication is very poor to the point that you can’t even understand the drivers. They missed the delivery time twice and then tried to deliver at 11pm so security didn’t allow this.I could have driven to the shop and picked it up myself which would have been faster and less stress.What made this worse is that it was a present for my child who is also very upset he didn’t get his gift yet.I don’t recommend this company at all on many levels.

I would like to share my experience with this Max courier, straight forward one of the worst services in the town.it would be much better if you drive by yourself and drop your courrier.be aware that your items could be lost or destroyed or even given to wrong address like in my case. my brother send an birthday gift from ajman to dubai which is only 40 minutes a way, and the delivery guy went to the wrong address which it was mentioned clearly and they called me for confirmation on the 4th day . just an advice to the manager, if you keep going with the same pattern you are going hit the to wall.and could really put end to your business. educate your employees as they dont know the basic english or manners.bad customer service with no time adhering service.my order took 4 days to arrive from Ajman and its charged as urgent. apparently it was shipped by foot!!!!!

Horrible courier service, my housemaid sent few items and paid hefty to get stuff delivered for Christmas and it was late in delivery. Honestly if she had told me before hand I would never recommend this as it has very bad reviews as I know. What a waste of time and money. You guys should either change your appalling management or shut down its better. Terrible customer service. If this company wants to survive in UAE market, the whole management needs to be changed and review their policies for a better service to the county and its people.

How incredibly incompetent can an organization get. I called the service number to ask where the parcel was and the guy just kept saying its on its way. Then will I asked to speak to the Manager he didn’t transfer me. I asked his name, he refused to answer and again disconnected the line.They have NO idea how to do their jobs, the Courior was supposed to deliver yesterday, no tracking, no responsibility.I can not stress enough the terrible service. I very strongly do NOT recommend these guys.
