Simply BAD. Very bad. The worst courier experience you can ever think of having. Avoid at all costs. This was a nightmare. 3 shipments ruined. Not 1 or 2, three. Learn from someone else’s mistake and never use their services. Ever.

UPS is the best delivery company. The are fast and very efficient delivery. Way 200% better than DHL which is the worst. I had a experience buying online and the delivery was DHL but till today I have not receive the product but the same product was send by UPS and I was shock to receive the product on the same day. That fast and updated information on the tracking.

To be honest I thought they were bad, however, customer service were really nice to assure me that my package is arriving after changing the address, and couple of hours later, I received it.

Terrible terrible experience!! I cant remember the last time I dealt with such a poorly managed courier company. I made it very clear to them that I required my delivery before 4pm this afternoon. I called several times to make sure and the only response I got was that the driver will call me. It is now 6:12pm and Im still waiting for the driver to deliver or call me. Whats more is their call centre is now closed and I have no way of contacting them. If shipping an important package, I STRONGLY recommend you use a different company. Ive heard fairly good things about UPS from friends and family in the US but the service of the Dubai office is abysmal, frankly ruining the status of a very reputable global brand. Very disappointed.

The worst experience I ever had in my life with a shipment company. They lost my document and still not able to explain where is the document. Very unprofessional Pick Up service, who doesnt know how to register the document on the system, after receiving it. How can you loose a document has been handed over to Pick Up Service?Ridiculous!!!!!!!!!

If you want to get a heart attack. UPS can help very fast by losing your shipments and “investigate” where they did lost them. And if you want to protect your heart, go to any other company, it will be much better

Service was fast but not much

Worst service on the planet. Couriers do not speak English, and customer service does not follow up your requests. Logistics in 2020 should not be a problem, but ups make it be something worse. Compared to other logistics companies ups is simply ridiculous.

It’s pretty fair to say that this is the worse ever courier service! They promise to have your package delivered in 3 days yet it took them over 13 days to deliver a single document from Dubai to Canada!Called they customer support more than 5 times and complained and no one get back to you or call you back! So no one really cares as long as they have your money.ABSOLUTELY horrible and waste of money.

Worst service in the world. Broke my surface pro a 1400$ device. I took a picture of it when it was at 1 piece at the store. And thats how i got it

Great option for courier if you dont want to use DHL or FedEx although I did not find prices cheaper than the other two. Could be result of shipping from UAE?

UPS is the worst courier service in UAE, no proper tracking system they have. Customer Service teams are irresponsible peoples. Even account mangers also giving fake information about shipment. No higher authorities are available for to take responsibility.

One of the worst in the UAE. They dont communicate properly. Everything is for them is tomorrow. The expected time span for delivery is ridiculous and the administrative charges are more than the vat and customs combined. If you are using them think twice and in case you are receiving a shipment...good luck

The worst service i had with them from my first time.My order cant be delivered in proper location.i send them my proper location by email as Bilal Fayaz asked but he didnt update the system and again they send it to the wrong location since 2 days i cant get my item. All of customer service team useless!!!!!

Simply a rip off, they charge 100 Aed if your a receiver of a parcel! Better to use Aramex shop and ship.
