You pay premium only to be shocked by bad service and DELAYS. This is for sure one of the worst services in the UAE. Everyone should avoid. A package requires up to 3 days, then it takes 10+ days with more money to be paid.

You literally have to chase them and cannot get things done. Worst ever courier service. Bunch of unprofessional people put together. I won’t be ever using their services again and will make sure to recommend no one I care about to use.

One of the worst service experienced on 06.02.21. I had been chasing for the delivery of AWB # 1Z729YR38605167209 and informed that the cargo with the delivery vehicle. Keep on chasing for the delivery in 2 hrs. time and informed that the delivery would be end of the day. I made the call @ 5 p.m and reply was the same answer that delivery will be before 6.30. I waited till 6.30 and tried to call all the available UPS contact numbers but there is no answer.Next day morning @ 8. am I tracked the shipment and shown the tracking as they have delivered to Leopard at 01.00 pm on previous day.Because of the emergency I personally went to Leopard and collected the cargo and from Leopard I had informed that the cargo was received by them by 09.00 pm on 6th Feb.Because of the non availability of the items our client is going to impose huge penalty due to delay.This was utterly worse communication from the customer care people and I never recommend to anyone and myself will not use this service.

This courier ticks all the bad boxes. Avoid at all costs. The worst courier service in the UAE. They will just stress you out. Everyone should avoid.

It’s pretty fair to say that this is the worse ever courier service! They promise to have your package delivered in 3 days yet it took them over 13 days to deliver a single document from Dubai to Canada!Called they customer support more than 5 times and complained and no one get back to you or call you back! So no one really cares as long as they have your money.ABSOLUTELY horrible and waste of money.

The worst service i had with them from my first time.My order cant be delivered in proper location.i send them my proper location by email as Bilal Fayaz asked but he didnt update the system and again they send it to the wrong location since 2 days i cant get my item. All of customer service team useless!!!!!
