Poor customer service most specially the customer care representative. rude and didnt listen to what I am trying to say. I called 3 times because their representative cannot speak and understand English.

Drivers don’t communicate well about the delivery process , they pick the time without prior notice for the costumers they also wont tell you about payment should there be one and delaying the delivery , i have canceled some pf my orders from korean beauty products becasue of this company

Agents refusing to bring the parcel(medications) stating that the appartment number is not mentioned ..i ve been calling him for 3 days begging for the parcel sending him messages with all address details yet refusing to bring the item stating that he is far and duty time is finished . .raised couple of complains still waiting for an action to be taken !!

Shockingly rude customer service. The guy who answered me barely spoke English and did not listen to me and just did what he wanted and kept repeating “listen to me” in very rude manner and then told me he cannot change my adress for unexplqined reason and then hanged up the phone on me! Thankfully second time I called a really nice lady answered and changed my adres withing seconds! Such an inconsistency with operators.. Guess it all depends on your luch who anwers you..

I have been calling their landline for a couple of weeks now. This company is a scam. 😔🤦🏻‍♀️ I even send them my emailed and no responce from their side. The guy who works in their company made a mistake and took 20,000aed in my account instead of 2000aed only. They were able to returned my money but only 17,500 instead of 18,000 and they said because the amount is too high thats why they took my 500😔🤦🏻‍♀️ which was never my fault. Until now I have been trying to reach to the manager and they don’t allow me to talk to their manager. :(

I purchased an item with K-Secret last April 15 and they told me I will receive it 2-5 days but until now (8th day) its not delivered. I received a link last April 15 from them to confirm my location but it cant locate my exact address then suddenly the link expires. Tried to contact their customer service but no one answer. When I contact K-Secret about the updates for the past few days they told me that SMSA Express said that my mobile number and address are both invalid and as of today no updates yet. This kind of company wont last here in UAE, aside from lying you have a poor service for not coordinating with your clients especially during this time (PANDEMIC)? what if the items that should be delivered are medical supplies? and your customers badly needed it? how are you going to explain it with them? you should improve your customer service and should always update your clients as much as you can thru email, phone or whatsapp.

Never and ever use SMSA Express, I have blood pressure because of them. Showing Out for delivery for more than a week and nothing delivered. Called several times without any help just lies. I cant believe really, Shame on iHerb as they are using SMSA sh*t

One of the worst delivery companies follows me. The driver is rude. I wait for him from 12 in the evening to 8 in the evening, and what is received, and the last, they write that they passed by me, and the response has not been made by the customer. A star I was dying.

Parcel delivery company has nothing to distinguish it

I try to communicate on the numbers shown in the website or UAE contacts, but no interest and no response. Call the Dubai office and call will be transferred to Saudi Arabia. Honestly the service needs to be improved to satisfy customers and I hope that one faster delivery company like Aramex
