Not even single star rating. Poor customer service, non professional peoples. Dont know how to interact or prioritize the deliveries. Should not give this kind of poor service in this country, as UAE is world class in all aspects these are one amoung the few those will pull back.

This orange courier destroyed your items, put your items in the garbage 🗑 but dont give your items to them ,they damaged your product and not refund money of product to you ,they are not deserve to have company even.

Worst service ever. One simple delivery has taken more than 48 hours and their phones arent working. Plus they give you a different quote on the phone while the rider gives you a different cost

There girl staff there is not accommodating, very hypocrite lady. Not good in dealing a customer specially when answering the call.She raises her voice once you asked her a questions.Poor quality of service.

The receptionist in Dubai office is so rude in answering. She said there is still no updation for your package..Duh..is there a term updation or does she mean update. useless service!! Think twice when availing their services.
