They have charged us for the delivery and yet asked receiver to pay for the delivery charges. We have highlighted its gift and very special clients we are delivering too. They put us in very emberesing situation in front of the clients without any understanding of their action impact. Would never ever use them again or recommend.

Terrible courier, highly not recommended especially if you need urgent shipments. Urgent shipment was ordered to be delivered same day or the next but still not delivered days later. Extremely shameful service, called them plenty of times to be disappointed every time I called. Hope they better their service in the nearest future.

This courier company employees are unprofessional and rude... i book for item pick up from abu dhabi delivery to dubai. i called the driver at 7pm telling he will come and pick up the item. i waited for 2 and a half hours and at around 9:30pm i called them and followed up my request; then they told they will not come and they are already going home... and they just drop the call even i’m still talking to them. I will not recommend this company. never ever. poor quality of service specially the driver.

This is the worst service i have ever used. Literally ruined the product! they wrote using a permanent marker on the box and the bag, which is beyond unethical. I would close my business than use them as a courier service again. We called to lodge a complaint and the guy was so rude, when we said we will report them he said do whatever you want and then he closed the call after which he didnt pick up again. I will surely report them to the best of my ability.

Very very bad! The messenger could not come up because he cant find parking and he asked me to go down. He even threaten me that if i will not collect from down he will deliver the following day. Absolutely terrible. I received a receipt for a domestic package in UAE and i was trying to track it in their website and nothing would happen. Not to mention their website would crash every second attempt to track it. I tried calling them and found out that something was wrong with my tracking number which was more than 7 digits which is for domestic packages. So i was trying to get their help to find the right number or at least find out the status of my package using other info. They just hang up on me.Great customer service fly express, youll definitely grow like this. Definitely reflects on your review score here.

My company has been dealing with Fly Express since 6 years or more and they have never disappointed us. They are reasonably priced compared to the multinational courier companies. Can count on them for COD deliveries.Edit: I was reading the comments below, I believe in certain areas they might ask you to come down to collect the parcel due to parking issues or sometimes a lone driver. I guess for the price the charge, its good enough. When we send shipments to areas like JLT, Shk Zayed Road we always inform our clients that they might have to come down the collect the goods

They are good for B2B transactions from popular retail/warehouse areas like Deira Musaffah Al Quoz Industrial Areas etc. If you have parking problems in your area, they will probably not wait/entertain. They will also not wait 30 mins outside your home/office

If you send materials against cash on delivery, the courier will give back our money by delaying week after week. Even we follow up for the payment to their office with the reference of waybill number, you will not get a proper response from them, and they will return our money only at their convenient time.There is no option to post without star, thats the reason I am giving single star...

Sent a package. it got returned to me since my client declined it because of rude and arrogant delivery guy who doesnt cooperate. The package got returned to me with damaged things inside because of the temperature. Box was also damaged and most of all the box was tampered. It was opened already. Called their office lots of time but they just insisted they cant do anything about it. Such a bad service. I would never recommend this company with such a bad service.

I called the number on the website to track an order and the guy who answered the phone had no manners nor was he helpful in any way. A bunch of lies I was told and never my order arrived. 2 weeks of this for an order which should’ve been a very straight forward job to do.

I should have checked the reviews before deciding to use this disaster of a service. I forgot my purse while travelling from Sharjah to Abudhabi and asked them for a pick up with the condition to deliver latest by 5. I specifically told them I have no money to eat and will have to starve till I got my purse. And I am still waiting for it a day after. Everyone I have talked to in the last 24 hours have been unprofessional and have no idea about customer service. The worse service ever, please do not use their service ever.

The most unprofessional courier service I have ever encountered. If you call them up to track something, they talk to you as if they are doing you a favor. Absolutely rude behavior. Apparently your urgency to receive a package is not their problem. They will deliver only at a time of their convenience. Useless is an understatement for these guys.

Terrible company, we asked them to deliver chocolate boxes to our clients in the EID ocassion, and we informed them that this is a chocolate and should be delivered under cool weather (cars with AC), then we received terrible photos from our clients of melt chocolate that is useless and right away to trash!!! which reflected negative impact on our business because of their bad service, and when we called them they said yes we delivered with scooters, then they hang up our calls and ignore our messages.

Very unprofessional company! I am so disappointed. I called there the day before yesterday and polite man answer me i had explain to him where is my location and that i need 3 deliveries to Fujairah. He told me that I should call tomorrow before 5pm any time to arrange for pickup same day and to be delivered next morning also he said it will be around 25 aed. So I did the following next day and it was already another man i think his name is Ubeis( not clear was said). I called at 1pm . And immediately without let me to speak he said that to arrange for pick up I supposed to call before 1pm . And when i told him I already spoke to someone else, he was in a rush to hang up and was saying “ you can call after 5pm and you can speak to him again”. I was trying to explain my previous conversation so at the end he said that it will also coast me 55 aed. When I said that I had been told different price, he simply said that the man I spoke to yesterday “ doesn’t know anything he is new”.Any way will never use services of this company and will never recommend it to anyone! You guys should learn how to speak to a potential clients before start any business.

Third grade company gave an invoice to be submitted 2 days ago the driver does not care neither does the company called them up instead of the operator checking if the driver has delivered or not he gives me the driver number to check with him and in regards to prices 25dhs for 1 to 5 shipments and then 20dhs later same price if u send to abu dhabi but the problem is they are not committed to the time they will deliver just in case you deal with them dont give them important documents to be delivered on time.....
