Instead of giving 5 stars I coukd have just written FedEx. Quality, assurance and professionalism. Loved their service and highly recommend it.

So I was not able to pay by cash when my parcel arrived from China cuz i wasnt at home . I call them to ask for payment link as many logistic companies provide that. However, this company doesn’t have one and what they do was they asked me for my card detail. All was cool until they ask my CVV code!! Seriously? The government or even the bank itself warns us not to give this code to anyone. This code is not for everyone to know lol. I thought they asked my card details so they can make a payment link but no, asking for CVV code somehow it’s kinda like frauds. So unprofessional that you are a big company from US and doesn’t support payment link system, on the top of that, you asked for CVV CODE? TERRIBLE SERVICES. I WOULD LOVE TO RECOMMEND WHOEVER WANTS TO GO WITH THIS COMPANY, BETTER CHOOSE DHL OR ARAMEX. THEY WILL NEVER ASK YOU FOR SUCH THIS KIND OF DETAILS ALSO THEY WILL SUPPORT YOU WITH PAYMENT LINKS

Baddest customer service ever I call them more than +10 and nobody answers me, the don’t respond by email, they don’t know to deliver the shipment even if I write my exact address and my shipment in their facilities for 4 days

Super convenient since this place offers 24hour pickup service. Although I found, FedEx usually keeps/delays the items for delivery until you reach the expected delivery date which is kinda sad considering you can see traxk status updates that the item you ordered is already in Dubai.*Delays are usually like a day or two*

I approached them for top urgent parcel delivery to UK and they made it. Professional service and trustworthy.

Excellent staff and fast service with lots of free parking. You have to go through the security gate and continue to the far right corner. There you will find 2 doors. Only 1 is open 24 hours a day which is for shipping. The guys there are very helpful and try to assist you as much as they can.

Poor customer service. The Filipino staff who served me on 25/JUL/2020 @0030Hrs. was unprofessional, has no work ethic, had no professionalism whatsoever. Din’t know how to interact with customer, no eye contact, absent minded. Worst customer service in today’s modern times.

Well known brand I went there yesterday it was my good experience with any courier company. Staff was very helpful and appreciable. Its near by Dubai international airport terminal 2. Very huge operation handling around the world. Now TNT become FedEx. Nice location when I was working at airport so I handle so many MD11 and also 777 aircraft.

Customer service is not only physically at the store but also over the phone and what’s the point if it mentions 24/7 and a phone number is available if you are not going to answer..... being a multinational company you should have a 24/7 contact center specifically if you have a location which is open 24/7. I see a lot of reviews from employees which is also misleading because employees should not be giving you a rating to boost up your stars... bad tactics

Worst experience had with them. Had to sent the courier to Oman and Bahrain, got a quote of AED 7,000.. i agreed as it was urgent, my cartons arrived and the quote shot upto AED 16,000/-. Reason i got was the shipment is oversized though it was well clarified before bringing.They don’t give importance to customers requests and do job as if doing a favor, apparently they own the Company.Next door is DHL, very efficient, prompt and amazing rates (much less than half the rates of Fedex) with on time delivery.

Ordered a servise at the beginning of October. They charged me and the package was sent out. One week later they came into my account and took another AED1,000! It was a fraud! And now 2,5 months later I still can not get my money. Customer service and the finance representative who took the money is absolutely incompetent. They told me to be patient after just taking my money and not returning it for several month. I used to love Fedex in the US, what a shame on Dubai FEDEX
