Well organized, professional and fast services

I have huge experience with many post offices in Dubai. This one was the best for me!!! Guy on 3 counter very polite and friendly, explain me everything without drama (how ladys usually do in others post offices). Pity, its far from my home, otherwise i can enjoy my each visit.

Unprofessional and indecent treatment of customers.After collecting my ID, the executive who was in counter 3 threw my papers in front of me and told me ‘5alas’. He could have kept it in decent manner.

Went here to collect Emirates ID for my husband. There is free parking at the premises for empost customers. One more perk is that it is a covered parking. The service is fast and excellent. There are 5 serving counters and all are dedicated to Emirates ID.End to end the whole transaction only took about 5 minutes. The service was very quick.The only downside I see is that it is bit tricky to reach through public transport. But if you have your own car its best place for EID collection.

My advice is to be alert when here.Went in to collect my Emirates ID today and the security guard denied giving tokens as we entered. He made us wait around and pulled out tokens after every few mins. The flaw with this? He couldnt remember who came in first and those who came in after me ended up getting ahead.Thankful for the man who came in after me was honest enough to notify the gaurd, even the gaurd said its OK, keep it for yourselfBut the man was honest enough to walk across the room and hand it over to me.

This place will be permanently closed after 4th of April as a and itll be moved to Alwarqa happiness center, so if you have a post box here you have to go to alwarqa branch to exchange the keys as per the receptionist staff, after 10th of April the POBox no will still stay the same.

New location. Only people with own car can reach. Not advisable for people using public transport. Be very specific on all your delivery address. Choose the most convenient place to pick up your deliveries. This is convenient for the people live close by that area.

Dropped by from work to pick up my Emirates ID. There was only one other customer at the time. Theres a kiosk right by the entry door where you take a token and await your turn. I interacted with a staff named Mujeeb who was very prompt in verifying the identity and picking out the package. All said and done, it took me about 5 mins and I was able to return by the very same taxi that took me there.

Calling the number which is given here is simply a waste of time because nobody ever is going to pick your call. Its a super piece of example on how to harass the customers. It seems like they are always facing a high amount of call anytime you call them. Hence, theyll ask you to go to the website. Shame on you emirates post. If you are not willing to receive the calls, please stop putting up a show by simply displaying the number.I had a very special order which I didnt receive yet the tracking id shows it was delivered. I needed to enquire but I guess you guys dont understand how important few things are for the customers. Sorry, a very bad customer service. I think my order is never gonna be delivered. You dont deserve a single star if only I had the option of giving you a zero star.

After the addition of VAT into the system in UAE, Emirates Post started charging 10 AED for their service of paying VAT on the clients behalf, something that doesnt make sense at all.I use Emirates Post to receive items from aliexpress, a chinese website that sells really cheap stuff, the other day the total sum of my order was around 80 AED, so the total amount of VAT payable shouldve been 4 AED, I was shocked when the employee said, 46 AED.Here is the break down:40 AED is 10 AED per package.4 AED is total VAT for these 4 items2 AED VAT on Emirates Post Services.Why? I would have logically accept if they totalled it to 10 + 4, but 10 per transaction? That is not logical, it is not acceptable and not fair.

Super fast service -under 5 mins only theres no public transport to the area so if you go by taxi you might want to ask the taxi driver to wait for you 5 mins.

Service is good and quick, as i went on Saturday, so there is no waiting, but location itself is far away from the downtown.

Not at all satisfied. Without any notification they closed at 3 pm on 31/12/2019. Searched web and it was till 9 pm and went there, but it was closed.

I have received my international mail post from ebay Ali express and other economic websites,you have to have an mail box, but you can send without one

The first time I see a post office does not provide postage stamps or even a balance to measure the weight of messages !!! I do not know Is this employees boss or not because all his answers to my questions are, you must go to another branch which is Rashidiya branch .... Is it possible to see the building of this size does not provide stamps !!!!
