I would like to share some very positive customer feedback for one of Elites delivery men- Ebenezer.I had a consignment being delivered recently from IKEA and needed the items delivered in time for a removal company to transport my belongings to my new apartment. Ebenezer was extremely accommodating and went the extra mile to ensure my delivery arrived on time. He was courteous, patient and very professional in his manner. On arrival Ebenezer adapted to the circumstances without complaint. He ensured I was happy with the receipt of my items and left with a smile. Its always great to see service delivered with a positive attitude. Im a very satisfied customer😊

My second time to order from the same merchant using the same courier. They had a real time tracker to monitor when is the ETA and to call the driver. Both are useless. ETA changes constantly. I called the customer service to inform the driver that Ive been monitoring and waiting for my order. Gave them until 5:45 pm before calling the driver. Driver said its with another driver and delivery to be scheduled tomorrow.Question is, why give me a tracking number and tracking website when the package is not with the mentioned driver? Also, rechecked the tracking website after all this and it says delayed due to rescheduled. And whose fault is that?Either give the customer an accurate tracker or not at all.

Extremely disgusted with the service. Tracking service is meaningless as it shows one time and then changes. In my case it changed by over 4 hours. Displayed that the parcel was out for delivery at 1056 a.m. today and received sms and WhatsApp tracking stating that it would get delivered today on 26th June 21. Have been monitoring the tracking the whole day and specifically stayed at home for the delivery the whole day. Finally it showed that the parcel would get delivered latest by 1938 P. M. We specifically did not leave the house to collect the delivery as it was to be given as a gift to someone for an occasion tomorrow. At one point around 1910, though it showed that the delivery van was in my area and literally 4 mins away at one point, it suddenly changed the time to show that delivery would now be done before 2358 P.M. When I tried to contact the land line number provided there was no answer as it is beyond your working hours. Now checking the tracking at 2200, it states that the delivery is delayed. The whole essence of gifting the item which costs upwards of AED1100 is a waste. Will never be ordering online from this retail outlet because they use your courier service. Will also be filing a complaint with the retail outlet.Extremely disappointed.

The tracker of the delivery follow up that was send to my whatsapp was showing ETA delivery at 13h today and now they are saying tomorrow because the driver is on the other side of RAK and I did not answer my phone at 11h30??Useless tracking then if we can not rely on. Most disastrous experience!!!Products purchased with delivery + installation scheduled Tuesday Aug 4.That evening, a totally unprofessional team came, they had no proper tools and had no idea what to do. They ended up severely damaging my wall and left the job unfinished. Despite many calls and promises still no one came to fix this mess till now, 3 days later !!Almost 1 week with my office out of service, 3 days taken off for nothing, and they couldnt care less ! nobody even bothers following up with me.EDITElite did eventually come, repaired the wall (quite well), and fixed the shelf. A very painful exercise overall but at least I give them credit for finishing the job. IKEA on the other hand did not lift a finger.

Very unfortunate that Ikea have to rely on this company to provide the delivery service, I specifically selected the time slot for delivery to our office between 10am - 8pm, and the driver starts calling me at 7:00AM insisting on receiving the shipment, when I politely explained that there will be no one available to receive the shipment, he kept insisting, how about in next 30 minutes? How about in 1 hour? What is the point of choosing the time slot if we have to depend on drivers convenience?Very unprofessional!

If I could give 0 stars on a review, I would.This is possibly the worst delivery company and I’m surprised a company like Ikea uses these guys, and charges 200 dirhams for the privilege!My delivery period was between 10:00 - 17:00 and once 17:00 came around I called to chase, I was advised they would arrive at 20:00, which I said wasn’t suitable because my building won’t allow the installation this late due to noise. I was promised another team would collect my furniture to help it come at a more reasonable time, which didn’t happen and they arrived at 20:15. As expected, I was only allowed delivery, but to be honest I’m happy to build it myself, I wouldn’t have let these people inside my apartment,When they delivered, the packaging was damaged and had shoe marks all over- they don’t care about β€œfragile” shipments and they tried lying saying it had been done in Ikea warehouse....even though the second delivery guy admitted the marks weren’t there when they picked it up.They were rude and refused to give me their managers name, and were laughing at me when I asked them for a contact number for their office. I told them to leave my apartment and am now left with potentially damaged items that I’m scared to open, which will void my returns policy.Absolutely shocking.

Extremely terrible in arranging shipments, they sent me a message with live tracking and the driver’s number but when I called the number its switched off and kept called it more than 10 times and still it was off. So, I called their central office to get in contact with the driver, they said they will call me back but never did and later that day I received a message saying β€œwe attempted to deliver your package but failed due to no response”They could’ve texted or Whatsaaped me but they aren’t as good as any food delivery who are on motorcycles and deliver on time. I’m extremely saddened by this terrible experience and will never choose this unprofessional company again.***Update: I have received my shipment the next day. However, when I wanted to contact the driver from the link received from Elite, the driver’s number was also wrong! I’m updating my rating from one star to 3 stars now. My experiences with Elite through IKEA has been a disaster. A few weeks ago I had an Elite team come install a closet. While the team was upstairs working their driver drove into the entrance barrier and damaged it. He then called me and asked me for money to pay the security of the building for the damage. That’s not only unprofessional but extremely rude. I’ve made several complaints to IKEA but there has been no action from their side.Yes, the Elite team does a great job once they understand what they have to do but that in itself can be a lengthy process where someone literally has to stand next to them so they don’t make any mistakes. It would be great if the team actually came a bit more prepared. Also why do I always get a call asking for my location when I take my time on the IKEA website adding my full details AND pinning my address?I had an Aramex team over the other day installing an IKEA closet.The experience was like day and night.

I missed 3 calls: 1 at 11:57 and 2 at 11:58. I was away from my phone for a few minutes and I then received a message to say attempted delivery, but it could not be delivered due to no response. This company has serious issue. My IKEA order was supposed to arrive yesterday between 9:30 and 18:30!!! Thats the max after all the time I waisted waiting and escalating this order.My advice to Elite:- do a proper route scheduling with customer slots of not more than 2-3 hours- fix the tracking app as it always shows delivery between now and the next 30 minutes- introduce policies that drivers call/ send messages to customers to confirm delivery times in the morning/ inform on delays during the day- have a proper customer service helpline, if something goes wrong

I thought the delays in delivery were due to the COVID-19 outbreak, but reading reviews below it definitely doesnt seem that the virus is to blame for their sheer unprofessionalism. On the one occasion that a call did get through, I was promised delivery within three working days...seven working days ago. Even by UAE courier standards this is bad.
