I had used their air cargo services to send my things from Dubai to Mangalore. The cargo was delivered in 9 days even though they had given the lead time of 2 weeks. You are constantly updated by their sms and also you can track the cargo through their website. Very satisfied with their services.

On 21 August, I brought my MACBOOK to be deliver in Philippines. It was sealed when the staff put it in the box. But when the laptop received my family, one day it was working but the following day its not working. I reported to the staff of Prime name Bless, but she is not assisting me well and she did not even showed concern to me as I am a client. My question is how you guys dealing this matter, what is the compensation or consideration for this. I have paid also the insurance for this. If you will not fix this issue no one will trust you anymore.

Such a bad service! We sent a cargo to india on 18/01/2021(way bill number. 39937)This is september now but still hasnt reached ...Still now no clarity when it will reach the destination.Even they didnt send any notifications about delay in the shipment which is common sense.

I had sent cargo to Kathmandu on 25th May, 2021 and it reached after 3 months even it was air cargo. I was more upset when I got to know that some of my items were stolen. In fact, my kids were waiting for those items for 3 months. I had visited Karama branch and reported about the stolen items last month. Until now no one called me back. Then I had called back to the branch but they transfered the line to each others and hanged up the phone. They are very rude and irresponsible. They simply tells that managers are in India and in Nepal. Sarita, Rashmi and Ansar are very very impolite and dont know how to behave with customer. I will never use this cargo service in the future and do not recommend to anyone. This is my worst experience ever.

Hey this is Genova, It was nice experience that I have sent my house holds from Sharjah(UAE) to Madurai(India). Most of the goods are good condition and safe, including TV. while delivery they are not in a position to wall mount the TV again as like the removed while sending it from Sharjah., it is my concern. TV Wooden box packing is little bit expensive, but safe; and we dont need to visit Customs at any point, they have delivered door to door delivery.All the services are awesome, appreciated. I had sent 2 boxes from dubai on 09/12/2020 to 2 different cities in India and ai haven’t received them as of today 04/09/2021. Replies to my emails are unprofessional, they make me feel as if I am doing wrong by asking about the status of my cargo. They are not professional enough to be prompt enough in keepin the customer updated. They take months to update their tracking system. I feelHopeless and their is zero empathy from these people.I hope they give training to their staff who replies to the emails. They will reprimand you if you try to inquire about the status.

They say the cargo will reach in 30 days. Once you make the payment it changes to 60-90 WORKING days and not calendar days. Meaning almost 5-6 months just to send 30 kgs. So If you have something, which is near to expire don’t bother sending it through them. Poor customer service and lack of initiatives from the team. Wish I had the power to shut them down completely.

Hello everybody, beware of this firm. They accepted our cargo in dec 2020 and it hasn’t arrived until now. We are in Aug of 2021.And im not alone, theres numerous whatsapp groups where people are worried about their belongings.Prime Cargo is manipulating its online presence by fake reviews and blocking comments on their social media. And their Indian representatives never answer or revert to emails. Attached is the consignment which they refuse to talk about.Don’t want anyone else to fall for their discounted rates/ speedy shipment/doorstep delivery adverts and end up never receiving their cargo.

Its my first time sending an important documents for our staff, Im thankful and greatful that someone recommend me PRIME, coz they didnt failed us for the maximum date i request it, my staff even received ahead of the given time. Okay. Just to give you heads up. Be careful to use he service providers. There is certainly something wrong. The staff if no doubt good and courteous but certainly has no idea of actual business. They dont know exact charges you might end up paying. Once your shipment is stuck you end up paying hefty money. I paid 700 aed to get 250 aed worth products shipped. They charges 135 only but said there will be some extra charges in my home country l. How much..some basic amount mam..i paid good 250...why no answers. Be careful dont send very precious things through them.Thats just beginning, I have seen people waiting for their shipment sent through sea cargos from 8 months. Literally crying and begging to get hold of things. And they cant do anything. Some people sent their entire goods for wedding and post retirment only to loose it. Beware. That might be my personal experience but yea there is a strong possibility it might happen to anyone with their current status.

I have been choosing Prime cargo express air freight services during difficult times encountered due to pandemic, the team assisted me many times to send packages to my home country without any delays/damages to Sri Lanka for reasonable charges with multiple package size availability. It was my first cargo ,So i was very nervous about it, but one of my friend suggested me to go through with Prime, With his suggestion i talked with one of their sales executive, anyhow now i forgot his name but he was very professional in his words and he assured me that this will get delivered within 40 working days,. But lamo, it was delivered within 25 days, and alhamdullilaah all the materials was safe because packing staff did their work very efficiently , (they bubble wrap all of the fragile items , and put tape in liquid items for securing leakage). i am really really very happy with their services ,Insallah in future if i want to send anything i will choose Prime only and will refer my friend too.

This is getting tough day by day, we sent our cargo from Dubai to Mumbai in December 2020 and its been six months we havent received our cargo due to some customs issues or whatever you guys are proclaiming since so many months. Always we try to enquire, its the same story of cargo stuck at sea port due to custom clearance. We lost our everything, our jobs, our homes, our base. What was left, our things that we are attached to were sent by cargo and now even those are where we dont know. We are patiently waiting for the same, as without job here in India we again have to spend on small small items that are in the cargo but we have no choice we have to buy stuff for our kids and ourselves for life to move on as the cargo is still in clearance. Please help us, this is just getting hopeless day by day.

I am writing this review with my own experience and I regret a lot that I chose this cargo service.one of the worst service I’ve ever had in my whole life. Its been 4 months and yet my courier is not yet delivered.If the company is facing any issues with the delivery they should inform their customers about it right away and make a service recovery at-least by apologizing for the inconvenience and let them know about what they are doing in order to restore the trust. But instead, After writing emails and calling them again and again they reply with multiple reasons but no solution for their bad service and no estimation or update about the delivery.

I have sent twice parcel to Mangalore by air. The first time 1 dish drier tray was broken and 2 oats packet split open so it was a mess. However the 2nd time we sent again to Mangalore by Air, it reached before the estimated time (which was highly surprising and appreciated) and all things were intact. So I would say it is still worth itGoing to send again to Mumbai by air and hope my experience will be good....Fingers crossed!!
