WORST EXPERIENCE EVER !!!Waiting for my delivery since 2 days and the courier never came. They keep lying in the app that customer not available however no one ever came because I stuck in the flat since 2 days waiting for it.Called customer service and they are same lier. Said that will arrive today at 2 pm and until now 3 hours after nothing came.THE WORST COURIER EVER !!!Hopefully I will receive my parcel ever in this year hopefully!!!!!!!!Ah btw. the app which should show the “life” tracking is not working as well. The car stuck in one place

Good option to add lockers. Prices are on the higher side. Customer service is terrible. Address options for membership account are good.Once had my package opened just because they couldnt read and understand that it was a box of trading cards.

Pathetic experience. Order an item from amazon which got to be delivered by Aramex in UAE. The auto whatsapp chat kept asking for location in whatsapp, then building name and then flat number. Whereas complete address was given while ordering at Amazon

Worst service.. No one will contact for delivery.. But in tracker it will show as attempted delivery customer not available. If you need anything urgent dont use this courier service. And they are least bothered about the customer.
