Very good service and very affordable…and safe…when I send a document to Canada it choose this courier service and the cost was only aed 100 but other courier services are charging more than 350 also very friendly staff very supportive I like their service I choose only skynet in future and recommed my friend and family ❤️

Location is little bit tricky in um ramool , you cant find easily unless you ask. shipments prices are better than others. Usually it needs 4 to 5 days for international destinations.

I had ordered from amazon and opted for free delivery....and had to travel earlier than expected. Called amazon to upgrade delivery but it was too late. Called Skynet Call Centre and 2 staffs assisted me...both called Ahmed. They were both very courteous and empathetic.....i got my item a day earlier than what amazon updated. The delivery staff came early and he was also very courteous. I am of coz very happy and appreciate their service!!

I didnt even choose this courier to ship my item, they charge for customs and then being me a beaten up box. Its 2020, get a card machine! If you are going to charge, at least dont rip and beat up the box. Whats the matter with you?! They have zero communication, received no calls, no sms for delivery of package. Received Zero Information, delivery man shows up (luckily I was home) and has no card machine and my box is beaten up and demands payment! If you have the option, NEVER use Skynet as your Courier.I paid 161 AED due to customs, and SKY NRT ONLY DELIVERED 1 OF MY ITEMS. The customer service is so unprofessional that they dont check with the driver or at least give me the number of the driver!!! They told me to wait, and dont care at all that I paid over 1000 AED for my order, and paid the customs, and SKYNET Failed to deliver my full packages!!!Please please. Dont use this courier to send your customers packages. They are highly unprofessional, they dont care at all.So not only Im missing my package, SKYNET destroyed the box of the 1 item thry delivered.

I wish i can rate is as - stars. They lost my important documents and they have 0 idea where it is. Providing every time different information. Like on 7th they told me its already in Ukraine, on 9th they told me that they only going to send it same day. On 11th they said they are going to send it tomorrow. Today in one email they told me that they lost it and after I told them that they are reliable and they have to provide me a ticket to Ukraine and cover all expenses as its possible to restore documents only back home, then they replied with an email that package is in the transit. What the....? Is it a service, all packages should be scanned at each point and its should be transparent reflecting in tracker. I request #DubaiPolice to help me to resolve the issue. Skynet lost my original Bachelor diploma, copy of it translated and notirize and letter of attorney which i made in Ukrainian consulate and also paid for it 187 aed. I require this document to legalise my diploma. Its not possible to do without the original of Diploma. Im really frustrated and require help.

Worst service with hidden scam ... i was charged 18000 PKR on my parcel of 400 aed. These people are scammers they wont tell you all details and later on once you are trapped and given your parcel theu will then ask money to deliver your parcelI wish i can give less then a star 👎👎👎👎

Who even are this company and what business do they have hanging on to your deliveries at customs and demanding payment!?!I had to chase them for my ASOS parcel because it has been two weeks. The package finally arrived and then the driver demanded 157 Dirhams in cash. For what!?!?Seems like a big scam. Driver refused to give me my parcel unless I paid in cash. Seems like a big scam to me. I really dont understand why this company exists.

I sent a shipment and has been lying in their warehouse for the excuse that they dont have a receiver number. If they have thought it out they would have called me and took details again, not keep the receiver waiting. This is so not professional and will never deal with skynet again.

Just 30 minutes ago, your currier agent called me and claims that he can not find my building (appartment unit), after all the clear and understandable instructions that i gave to him through the phone when he called. It was clear in our conversation that he is just down stairs in his car, and he ask me to go down and get my package and threatens that if i will not go and get it there he will leave. In any country that you are in, irregardless of race acting professional is very important as an employee, i know that because i do act professional and the delivery person which you employed isnt and very rude.

I called the call center to pick my document . The customer care agent said they close at 9 . But I asked her if there is any possibility of getting the documents as it was very urgent as the next five days were government holiday but she said we close at 9 and open after holiday .Then I called my shipper and got the number of their warehouse which is opened 24 hours . The call Center agent was so irresponsible that she could not guide me properly . I will never work with them again

My shipment from Amazon was suppose to be delivered yesterday 26 july 2020, driver called me and asked my location through whatsap which i sent immediately. Again after an hour i called him to confirm the time of delivery he said he will be on my address by evening or tomorrw because he is very busy. Today 27 july 2020, i did wait whole day but my delivery did not arrive. I tried to call driver he did not receive my call. I called skynet customer care they said we will check and follow up tomorrow 28 july 2020 by calling us. Its been 3 days my parcel is with them but they have not delivered. I am really very disappointed and i will not recommend SKYNET for any kind of delivery.

This is literally the worst delivery company I have ever experienced! For the past 4 days they have been stating that the item is out for delivery, and then update saying no-one available which is a complete lie. They have not been to the delivery location once. I have spoken with Zaina, Mohammad and Amena numerous times each day, and they inform that they will request for the driver to call. No one has ever called! I was also assured that each day I would receive the delivery, still nothing. They also ignore your calls, and when calling off a number they dont recognise, they answer straight away.You can see from the companies response, they only ask you for your tracking number. Once you tell them this number they will say it is out for delivery and that is all they can state, over and over again.Completely lack in customer service. Oh and dont even try to call customer service, it just puts you straight through to the same people that are not in any way interested in sorting the delivery issue.The fact that all the reviews are absolutely shocking and they have not in any which way tried to sort the issues, says it all! and the staff dont care about customers one bit!

The worst courier service ever!We have a local shipment from Dubai going to Abudhabi. Our package extremely damaged, though we raise a complaint and the Management doesnt even care.Customer service wont able to handle the issue. I will never recommend this company again.Even their pricing is higher than the other Courier Company.

After two years, I tried to give this company another chance and as usual extremely disappointed. I think more than the company, the employees are extremely disheartening. Every guy who has come to pick up orders are VERY rude. Not only to me but to any elderly person as well (my parents) for absolute no reason. The curse in their language thinking we wont understand and insult you very bluntly. Only work with them if you want to loose your self-respect or feel low of yourself.

This is possibly the worst service Ive experienced in Dubai. The courier called me to tell me he was 2 minutes away from my building though I was at work and he didnt care to call and ask when it was convenient for me to be home to collect the package. Obviously the security does not let him in so he leaves and does not accept to return because, and I quote that just doesnt work for him and asks me to meet him wherever he happens to be when Im done with work. We then agree that he will be drop the package the next day. He messages me at night to tell me he cannot because he will be on holiday for Eid break and asks me to drive 40 minutes to his office to pick up the package or else he would have to deliver it a week from now on Sunday, where guess what... Id be at work!!!!!!!Update!ANOTHER ORDER FROM SKYNET GONE WRONG.I have received a total of 4 messages saying someone tried to call me but I was not available so they left. I have no calls from anyone.Finally someone comes with my package and tells me to pay 643 dhs even though I already paid. I show him my receipt and he tells me Im lying and that he wouldnt give me my package. He yells at me and tells me that I need to pay him the cash now or else I wouldnt get my package! So he leaves! I call the company and ask them to fix this immediately as its been 2 weeks of them telling me they are not available to send me the package. They tell me to call someone else as they dont want anything to do with it. Naturally now... They are closed and will not solve this for me so I have to wait another week till they deliver my package because of course.. My timings dont work for them.

Worst experience ! no one is responsible there .Mr shakir sheikh which is handling my order is not even answering the phone or email .customer care is not aware of anything and I have to keep telling them what happened , and every time I get different information .they can not clear simple package from custom for past 7 days , meanwhile I do clear container in the same day of arrival to Dubai !I contacted them more than 100 times with no luck .

The same thing happened with me.my courier was arrived 3 days before and i was calling for tracking my courier they gave me delivery guy contact number and when i was calling he said same that he cannot come because he will be on holiday for Eid break and asks me to drive 1 hour to his office to pick up the package or else he would have to deliver it a week from now on Sunday, that is my Eid Clothes and it will be delivered after eid1

It would have been better if they had not exploded the package I sent and put it all in the pocket. How nonsense. You also need to find a cutting tool to hunt that sack. I spent at least half an hour trying to open the sack, this is in the heat of God. Total disgrace ...
