Hi All, The pictures are damaged stuff which was shipped by me from Dubai to Mumbai by ABC Cargo. When I complained it was rejected for the following reasons: 1) The damaged stuff should have been mentioned by me on the Point of delivery acknowledgement paper which was not possible as we had shipped 18 cartons each weighing 39 kgs / complaint to be done within48 hours. It took us 2 days to open all the cartons post which we figured out the damages and immediately complained via what’s app to our sales contact within 48 hours. 2) ABC cargo does not guarantee fragile items but we were sadly not informed of the same. We were told by the team that fragile cartons would be repacked at their warehouse and we should have ni threading to worry. Anyways posting this review so that others who use ABC Cargo are made aware how this unprofessional company takes customers for a ride. We paid approx. AED 5000/- and used their air cargo option. I used ABC Cargo service on 6th August 2021 from the Karama Branch. 30Kg Cargo to Kerala(Thrissur) via Air Cargo(Normal) they charged AED 310/- agreed the delivery period 25 to 30 days.Cargo received on 2nd September 2021 which means delivered the cargo on 27th day.Pros:I called the Executive in Karama Branch at 11.30 am for booking, within 10 minutes the collection boy reached my doorstep.Cargo Packing was good, nothing damaged.At the time of delivery, there was raining but the driver covered the cargo with a sheet which I appreciate.Cons:The online Tracking system is very pathetic, only shows the activity doesnt show the location or place.Customer Support on their website is not helpful not getting any information.It doesnt make sense that required 27 days need to reach a cargo from Dubai to Kerala on Air, the executives claim that because of clearing delay.

It took 50 days to receive it. Most of the items were damaged, still we go to claim for only a dinner set, which is the heaviest and bit costlier item received in really bad condition. After severel weeks of emailing they finally came with a solution that our claim request has been rejected from the insurance department due to no missing/damage remarks mentioned in the POD. We have lost the money to buy the item and the delivery charges. How we supposed to know the items were damaged by looking at the outside box? Did your delivery guy can wait that long? Anyway thanks a lot for give us a lesson to not trust you anymore. Definitely not suggesting to anyone to send your valued cargo through ABC cargo.

Please donot use this ABC cargo service in Dubai.I have handed over to ABC team 6 box cargo to be delivered on door to door basis and after constant call and emails I finally received 5boxes with most of the items damaged. still they are unable to trace 1missing box since 2019. Im still following up with them for the same and they have no update till today 18th Aug 2021. Once the cargo and money is fully paid then dont expect any better services from them. Till then they are very good at providing services.The worst cargo service in middle east.

Sent the courier 8 months and still not received. This is my sincere advise to not choose ABC Cargo. Not only they deliver stuffs super late but the response from them when I call to check the status is very bad. I used their services on last December 2020 to send some stuffs to my home in India and its been not delivered yet. It would have been better for me to take a plane and go with the stuffs. Delivering few days late is accepted but saying the excuse that for the past 8 months the courier is stuck in Mumbai doesnt make any sense and they cant do anything about it and just says some funny reasons when I call them.This is my experience and I sincerely advise anyone who is looking for a fast and reliable courier service to skip these guys without a second thought.Surag

Delayed delivery and items were damaged! Wont prefer ABC again.I relocated my family to India and sent cargo via ABC Cargo. They told me the delivery time will be 20 days time by air and 45 days by sea. I chose to send by air but still took 45 days to reach, duration same as by ship. So I doubt my cargo was sent by Air even though I paid more for it.Above all, my boxes were damaged, items were broken and some items were missing, especially the trophy of my Son which is valuable to him.

I send some materials to India but when I received my goods some materials are missed.and I also informed to ABC cargo office in al quoz they are not responding my message, I dont prefer this cargo to anyone, dont send with this cargo, very delay and materials missing and office peoples also not responding. very bad good bye ABC cargo I dont want send goods with this cargo in future.

Since a month back, one of my family member sent a cargo through this company. They charge huge money and they promised to reach destination within 15 days. But its been 220 days not yet reached. I had been among those customers who had really poor quality service from ABC cargo. Many of the things were broken and one of my valuable stuff was missing from the cargo when I received at the delivery address. I did raise a complaint and has been following up with the customer service for a claim of lost item. After persistently following up with the customer service they finally said that I cannot get even a single penny as claim. Guys please note there is nothing special with their service. They have been charging higher than any other cargo and provides nothing for that value. I would recommend any other cargo better than this. Even if you are taking this so called premium and quality service of abc cargo, make sure you check all the items are present in the cargo before you sign the delivery note. Else you wont get anything. From my experience I would never recommend anyone for this service.

ABC cargo is very attentive & cordial when they want your business. Once they get they are unresponsive through emails, calls , WhatsApp messages . Our parcel is 39 days late. With no clue as to where the cargo is and no one is replying to any sort of enquiry. Absolutely unprofessional, unresponsive.

I have sent 3 boxes from DXB to India through sea cargo PROPERLY PACKED in front of me. Once i received the boxes in India after 40 days. My canon printer scanning Glass is completely broken and useless now and Laptop table is broken. Now I cant able to claim or complain about what happened. Because the loss is for me only not them. Door to Door service and proper packing in front of customer and all will be carried out ( EXECUTED )perfectly as professionals. Once the item moves out of your house, thats all. All football and volleyball games will be played while handling these boxes. The problem is with the irresponsible workers and supervisors and managers who handle these boxes. So please think twice and choose a good cargo service in UAE. For them its just a Box, for us it is hard earned money and items.

My Shipment to India was dispatched in December 2020 and every month i get a call with a reason Clearance delay. All my valuable and expensive things i sent through this courier thinking that my material will reach fast and safe.This is the eight month that they say clearance delay.Unprofessional, when we ask date of delivery they themselves dont know.worst experience sending cargo with ABC.

Terrible service! Shipment AAQR37583 picked up on 30-Jul-21, is still not delivered as of today 8-Sep-21 (40 days & counting). Apart from this, they have an Escalation Manager who does not respond and a Delivery Coordinator who also practices non-response. The customer service agents are trained to give only templated responses. Am NOT going to use ABC Cargo EVER AGAIN and will never recommend them.

I was completely under the impression that ABC cargo is a professional cargo service compared to other companies. I had received my cargo recently with one of the items missing from the box. When I requested to find where this item was stolen, they customer service was asking for a list of documents for submission of the claims. Also, there were items that were broken and scattered across the box. The documents were delivery note ( No copy was given by the driver), pictures of all the damaged items, Invoice for the items missing/damaged etc. I believe 99% of the customers would not keep the invoice for the items that were shipped. In clear sense it can be understood that they simply want to evade such complaints. I suggest to look for other cargo options as there is nothing great in the service offered.

I had a beautiful experience with ABC CARGO. The staffs was super friendly. Despite coming late into the night to avail their service, they packed everything carefully. Set everything into different boxes. Perishable items were given extra packing. And the delivered the packages well ahead of the time they promised. And tracking was beautiful. I was able to see current status of the packages.it is exemplary for other services.

The delivery came to us very late on more than 2 months and we found many damages on it.The goods we received against my expectations, the goods/clothes were fully wet and some of expensive portraits were fully damaged and glasses found to be broken, which is totally not useful.Very very bad service this is my first and last dealing with them . I went there office in Alquoz to register a complaint but the manager was not that much helpful and send an email ,till now no reply.

For ABC Cargo , customer satisfaction is the main propeller and here I am giving my testimony.They have such a smooth hand over that I am moved to massive lengths and therefore this review. So I sent a cargo to Mumbai in February 2020. Soon enough covid had spread and as a preventive measure Mumbai went under lockdown. This is where the team of ABC Cargo came together ( Read Mr Abhilash Vijayan who is Escalations and sales head and Mr Krishna who is heading Mumbai division )came together and brainstormed as in how to save my packages. They told me they would guard them and kept three huge boxes safe for so many months till things became better. My sister is still away but the packages are safe under the protection of this wonderful organization. They could have said ,sorry but we can’t help. Instead they went that extra mile. A very Big thank you again to Mr Vijayan and Mr Krishna for taking care of us and a big shout out to Mr. Muhammed Nishad the General Manager under whose guidance the team goes to those extra lengths and makes all their customers feel cared for because of their courteous treatment. Time keeping cargo delivery with reasonable price.

Worst experience ever.The team came to conduct a survey initially and estimated 300 kg weight at 6.5dhs/kg. No official quote was shared, or additional information was shared about additional charges (packaging specially). Being experts in this field, the team should ideally have an idea of how much the items in a one bedroom flat would weigh. We can understand a deviation of 20-25%, this turned out to be over 100%, which was complete misjudgement from the ABC cargo team.We called for the service at 2pm and the team arrived at 4pm. They mentioned that the work would be completed in an hour but the work took over 4 hours to complete.We were still ready to bear the costs for the weight, until we were told that there would be additional charges of AED 500 for the packaging, which was not communicated to us at all. We spoke to multiple members of the team trying to explain what our exact issue was, and instead of arriving at a solution, we were told by every member that if we can pay for those extra kgs, why are we creating a problem to pay the packaging amount. The customer was expected to bear the brunt of the incorrect/missed information from the team.It has been a very stressful experience dealing with the team as well, as every single member kept talking about how the customer should know about these additional costs, and that we didnt ask thats why it wasnt communicated to us. Apparently official quotes are shared only if the value is above 500kgs. We were meant to conduct an inspection to vacate the house yesterday, but werent able to due to this experience.This was the first experience for us at sending cargo, and has surely been the worst. Being a well known company in the market we surely expected a no hassle experience with ABC cargo. Terribly disappointed.

Something urgent have to deliver so I choose air cargo they said that it will take 20 to 25 working days but mine it’s took now more than 3 months still not yet delivered. When I am calling customer service they’re treated me very bad ways. Whenever i am calling their customer service they’re saying the same thing IT WILL DELIVER TOMORROW, this what they’re saying last three months but still not yet delivered. Now I am realising ABC cheated with me. AED 3K worthiness things I have send from here and I paid around AED 700 for cargo. Very bad customer service. Total failure on keeping promise. Promise was for air cargo and delivery within 15 days. Its more than 45 days and no news of shipment. Even tracking details are not available on abc website.Looks like this people are very conveniently blaming customs for their failure and delays. I have doubt that my shipment was sent by sea cargo.

Such a pathetic service.I send my cargo on 19th of March from Dubai. During that time they promised that it will reach the destination in india in 20 to 25 days. But now its almost 2 months still the cargo didnt reach . whenever I call the customer service they say it will reach in one or two days. Stay away from this scam company . We moved to india on april so put our cloths and kitchen items in ABC cargo. When we received the item the carton was opened and the items were damaged broken. My son spell bee champion trophy also missing, Carton full of sand my dresses were spoiled. I never expected this kind of service from ABC cargo. When i see the review i surprised no one give good rating. If i raise a complaint asking origi al bill of all items which iam using last 1 year. So funny. They are not professional please dont choose ABC cargo.

Very poor and dissapointing service, no professionalism at all and they dont give any answers or solution. My cargo to delhi is delayed by more than a 1.5 month. They promised to deliver it within 30 days if I sent it by air cargo, which I did. 14th of march my cargo was dispatched and its 8th may today with no answer. On the tracking link its says waiting for clearance since last 1.5 month. Customer service is of no help at all as they say the same what tracking shows and do not take any responsibility at all. Please do not use their service as they are bunch of liars and make their customers fool with their false promises. My tracking no. is AAQT29719. Hope someone after reading this will help me.

I sent my shipment on 23rd of Dec 2020 not received yet its been 3 n half month now and when contacted them they said they need further 2 months to deliver the shipment i. e may 20th. i believe they have shipped it to wrong planet so its taking 5 months for them to deliver. I regret now, that I chose this unprofessional company for sending my cargo. Its 80 days since I sent my cargo. It has not yet reached its destination. On top of that ABC officials also dont know how much more days it will take for them to deliver my cargo.Worst is a very small word to describe ABC.I will never use nor I will recommend them to anyone.Even a tortoise would have reached its destination in these many days.

My cargo tracking number AAQQ27185 .I have send cargo to delhi through air cargo on Feb 2 2021 but till now its still under custom clearance.ABC representative doesnt care to take responsibility to solve the matter,they keep on saying custom will release next week which is already two weeks now with same answer.I have been calling and sending mails but nothing action is taken on the issue.I was thinking i will send mynext cargo once it reach on time but now I cannot take the risk.Big No to ABC and i recommend everyone not to fall into their sweet words by saying cargo will reach within 25 days😂A very bad experience which iam regretting now why i choose this comapany.

The most disgusting services and unprofessional staff i have come across, some items from my courier were stolen and when i addressed the complaint to their escalation team, since then they are beating around the bush. They are not able to justify themselves, from almost one month i am trying to contact them and the answer from them is constant throughout the day Mr. Abhilash is on break he will call you back. And there is no call back at all.I need my complaint to be addressed asap and either return the value of missing items or return the items.

Abc cargo is the worst cargo service....You better throwing your stuff in trash is better then handing them to deliver...They are so unprofessional that they dont even receive your call... And by change they received they will give you a number. When you call on that number there is no one to pick your call...#google plz add minus 5 star option...They deserve minus 5star

ALWAYS DELAY IN SENDING COURIERS TO SOUTH INDIA & DAMAGES THINGS INSIDE. THEY WILL TELL FIRST 20 TO 25 DAYS BUT WILL NOT REACH UNTIL 31DAYS.THEY WILL SAY CLEARANCE DELAY AFTER THAT SAME THING CONTINUE FOR SOMETIMES. I THING THEY TAKE MONEY BY AIRCARGO & SEND BY SEA CARGO ? SO THAT THIS DELAY HAPPENS.EVERYTIME THEY SAY THIS THIS TIME ONLY BECAUSE PROBLEM IN DELHI/BOMBAY NOW ITS CLEARED LIKE THIS.BUT AGAIN THAT WILL CONTINUE DELAY DELAY DELAY...

These guys give fake promises to deliver our stuff safely. I trusted these guys and send my glassware and when it reached india all I had was pieces of glasses ....50% of staff damaged... I would never recommend them to anyone... Guys better choose a different service provider

Air cargo they are promised 20-25 days but its not on time I have received it after 49 days , I think they taking money for air cargo & sending it by sea

Worst cargo company ever i faced.. Committed the cargo to reach in 18 days because of the flight unavailability . (Normally 10 days). Now 3 months over. Online tracking not available. They are giving a Contact to call in India. That also not answering. Finally they are saying next week as usual. Waste of money. Products like (nuts or something related) perishable and at all will expire and you have to through obce received.

We have sent a courier to India (HWB No.. AAQK21664), on 24th October through your company. Still now we havent received the shipment. You people have clearly mentioned the TAT was 30 days from the time of payment, but it’s been almost 60 days (2 Months) . I have called your office many times regarding our shipment. But, there is no proper response from your side. If there is any issue in the delivery you could have contacted me at that time itself. You people don’t care about customer concerns or complaints once the consignments are handed over. Better provide a delivery, or else refund my money. So, that I can afford any other services. I have attached my bill along with this. Worst service that I ever had ever. This is very shameful for you people. I need an explanation for the above concern without saying,“your goods will be delivered by next week”.

We have sent a Air cargo to India on 06 Nov 2020 through ABC cargo Sharjah Br. Still now we havent received the shipment. You people have clearly mentioned the 20-25 working days from the time of payment, but it’s been almost 45 days. Whenever I called your office every time they said still waiting for clearance. shipment No.(ASHT-15126).

I sent the ABC Cargo on December 25th, but my goods have not yet arrived in my country so no one should use this ABC Cargo my Tracking number is SAQW24851 ABC Cargo Service is very very Useless...7months completed ...Still No Respond

I asked for 4 boxes only they asked me for 40 diram for it I paidThe i turn around and a minute later come back and ask to return and buy only one boxThey refused to give the money backNot only they didnt gave ma a recipe for paymentThey also refused to give the money back and make me wait over 15min for a manger just to tell me the same thing that they cant refund meThey service is not friendly and I would never recommend
