Its been 9 months now, I havent received my delivery from Dubai to Kerala yet. Still its showing customs process. Dont get cheated with these people. Dont believe the good reviews given in it. Its all fake. Even if you mail them, they will say that mumbai port has started processing, you will get is ASAP. Its a big lie. Never ever use this company. All those you got cheated please file a case against this cheaters.

Extremely pathetic and horrible service .Not professional by any means. A worst courier service which I have came across in my life .if possible dont send any courier with this group who doesnt fulfill the requirement on time. Forget about Time they say , can u imagine ur courier not reaching home even after 3 months . And such unprofessional people in office who have no idea about what they do !!!!! Agreement delivery time is met with +1 to 2% delays, the third delivery done in exactly 30 days (special sea cargo), no delay at all. I had sent sea Cargo to Kerala. When I called to DR Courier they said delivery time 45 days to 60 days. But I got boxes within 1month. I called him arround 11.30 PM. When he left with my items. I got good response from him. I sent a door to door courier on December 7, 2020. Unfortunate to say that even after 65 days, I didnt receive the items. Since December 26, I am receiving the same response from the call center shipment is waiting for customs clearance. This is the first time I used D R courier for a door to door cargo and surely the last one as well..............Today is 20 March 2021. I didnt receive my items yet. It is now 105 days!!! No proper response. Always receives the same response from customer service that the cargo is waiting for customs clearance at Mumbai and team from DR courier is on site doing their best to get it cleared. I feel regret to select DR courier for shipping my valuables!!
