Be very careful, I have been suffering from them for ages and my latest regret is a shipment to Georgia which was supposed to be delivered within 2-3 days, a week has passed and no update at all.They are cheaper than their competitors, but that price difference will make you hate your life.Fedex is waaaaaay more professional.

Their drivers are lazy enough not to come to your house even if you are there waiting for the package but leave it in the mailbox

Aramex are delivering goods at your doorstep. At times it becomes difficult to coordinate but they send you message on whatsapp to book appointments

The support service works for luck. It was impossible to choose a real date from the link, and the support service has no idea about the work of their company at all. I got burned three times on their deliveries and therefore strongly recommend paying extra to any other delivery service and not wasting your nerves. I have only negative experience here.

Very bad experience with this parcel service, I have one parcel- they send the confirmation and 08-12-2020 they will deliver between 9 am to 6 pm,Im waiting for their call or msg from there side, now 6.26pm I dont get any call or anything from Aramex, very bad service. dont choose this parcel service waste of time any money.

Poor workmanship, paint color is not matching the original.They removed the memory cards of backrest screens.They did not fix the reported damages.I dont recommend such untrusted garage

If I could give zero stars I would!Sends Whatsapp message to confirm address. Then calls 12 times to repeat address.Never shows up on booked day or time.Makes you sit in your house for days waiting on delivery to show up, and never does.Have to call them 100 times.Happened every time Iv ever gotten anything via aramex.Most unorganized company on the planet.

This Company its horrible shame to CEO !I have received my shipment 2 weeks ago since that day im calling them and spending 15 minutes of my time to explain all agent unprofessional promising and not delivering my shipment. They helping Carefoure store to do delivery but they not delivering own customer items ! Guys Please do not work with this company you will not get your item on time! If you have same issue please complain to Dubai Economical Department !

Extremely bad service! My package was meant to be delivered to my address and for 2 weeks no delivery!!! When I call to find out what is happening I get put on hold for over 10 minutes then all I get told is to reschedule delivery to which nobody delivers! So frustrating. Day after day I was waiting for a delivery to be delivered and Nothing!!My package gets sent back and I get no apologies. Really really bad service!

Very good post service. It’s very fast and you could be sure that you’ll receive your shipment in the best package and condition. The agents are very polite and helpful . Also you can easily access to your package in 5 minuets if you have the lock number.If you’re looking for reasonable, reliable and affordable post service, I 100% would recommend this one.

It worked! We picked up our shipment from here. It was easy and quick. All you need to do is enter the code you received on your phone and pay by card. Your shipment then magically pops out from one of the storage units. Many of the reviews here are irrelevant as they refer to Aramex services in general and not to this specific shipment collection unit.

Worst customer service ever! i have spoken to 3 different employees and they still fail to deliver my parcel to the location I requested. Its definitely not a serious company. DHl is a amazing one and never have had any problem with them.

Terrible service in regards to complaints. Very prompt is charging you for every service charges and VAT. Not really anything good to say. They keeping parcels to the DIC office despite the fact that I set the DSO locker for pick up.

Bad service.I bought an item from AMAZON and it was delivered to my US address 3 weeks ago, and the supplier even sent me a delivery note from FEDEX which delivered the item to my NY address.but until now the item is not registered in my shop&ship account, and i have sent many emails to ARAMEX asking about the item, and all the answer i keep getting is ( we will update you once we receive confirmation), such a waste of time.

They treat customers can be improved. They delayed my shipment for days and accuse me of being unavailable. Cleverly they shut off all their customer lines on their website making sure u dont reach them.

They’ve got the stupidest courier delivery timings?They call me to book a delivery time, and I tell them I want it on Saturday. And they’re like. We will deliver anytime between 9 am to 5pm. So you expect me to be home and waiting from you for 8 hours?? HahahaWeird! UPS or Fedex any day. These guys (aramex) are the worst.

Great service in theory but Aramex has made it a mess recently. Please take at least 2 or 3 credit cards because the payment system always fails and youve to try at least 2 or 3 times with different cards.

Aramex is a good company and delivers orders well. They have branches in most areas. Their prices are average. They have delivery in most areas of the United Arab Emirates and their treatment is good. They have good representatives.

Very convenient service, but lockers are not available in all places and regions, so I cant use them often كثيرا
