I had gone to send some Personal Cargo for my friend to Japan ... Reached there around 9:00PM ... the staff at 1st floor counters are very slow... otherwise the service is really awesome

I went as private to do pick up ! No clear indication , can’t park , need to park on the outdoor while doing paperwork then you can come to pick up at the gate ! No facility for customer . People send you from building 1 to building 3 with no clue of what the procedure.Need really to improve the ease to just pick up a package for private !!

Went to the Emirates sky cargo office for some cargo and was treated with exceptional customer service! It was my first time and I had no knowledge of the procedure & the woman at the desk and a man at another desk helped me out professionally with all my questions and guided me with the steps! I asked them 10 questions and they happily answered each time! Made my whole day!! Thank youSoo much Emirates sky cargo and the staff they treated me so good and professionally! 10/10

Had a very bad experience facing 3rd time. When I telephoned to request for update the consignee name, which is EK system fault, she replies pls send an email. I have sent email and they took action next day. but still problem is not solved!When I decided to give an online complaint, I realized registration is another mayhem and will never come through. Its a mess and you are losing business as evidenced in your ER. Management pls take notice and help yourself.

Went to collect a shipment. The service was good till the gate pass. At the gate pass section it’s very slow . Waited almost 1 and half hour . Staff were very very slow at gate pass section

I tried their Emirates Delivers, they add way extra padding to the package to increase the weight (>1400 grams more !!), avoid them at all costs.MyUS and Shop&Ship are way better and more professional.

One stop solutions for all your cargo needs. Very good supporting staff, reasonable rates for shipping cargo anywhere where their flights go. Lot of parking inside the compound and they also have separate paid parking building. There is a easy break cafeteria and a all day mini mart to meet your hunger needs.

Had a very bad experience when I wanted to move 12MT cargo. Customer service email replies are late and goes in a circle. Every reply by me is handled by a new somebody without continuity, who asks the same previous questions asked by a somebody earlier. When i telephoned to clarify, he replies pls send an email everything is there in our reply and hung up. Sir, i telephoned you because your email was not clear. Why not wait to hear the question?
